Barry Todd Sadler

A very cordial, professional that has a knack of explaining condition that a layman can understand. I am 73 and he is the top one or two doctors i have ever had. Does not rush through the exam or explanation, very through in giving all the facts. He does an excellent job in his expertise area. Wholeheartedly give Dr. Sadler the highest rating possible.

Had a small incident with a staff member. Situation was addressed quickly and to my satisfaction. We think Dr. Sadler is a great and caring physician and recommend him without hesitation. Thank you for resolving this issue

Dr. Sadler is an extremely professional and knowledgeable physician. His approach is proactive rather than reactive, resulting in successful treatment. He has one thing that is difficult to find in the medical field anymore- empathy. He genuinely cares for each patient as individuals, not a number. Both my father and husband have been in his care, and I would not trust their health and welfare with anyone else.

I went to an appointment with my mother. Dr. Sadler was amazing! He spent over 35 minutes with us and answered all of our questions thoroughly. He was patient and kind. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Sadler to others. My mom even showed up at her appointment an hour late (she wrote down the wrong time) and the office staff was kind and understanding and squeezed us in.

Dr. Sadler & his staff are top notch. He explained everything that was going to take place. His sonogram tech she explained what her job was going to be. They made me feel very comfortable in what was going to take place in the biopsy. I would recommend them very highly. It was nice that he has a office at Oak Hill hospital as well as in Hudson. Amazing doctor and staff. Dr Sadler performed a routine procedure and another issue was found. There were minor complications from the procedure and Dr Sadler and his staff got me in the office IMMEDIATELY to address the issue. I had to go back a few times and each time my issue was immediately addressed. Dr Sadler listens to his patients ( no rush), talks to you in a manner that the patient can understand, easy going yet professional, caring and goes out of his way to help when there is something wrong. His staff is exceptional and understanding as well, considering my situation. Summation : Couldn't ask for a better urologist and staff !!!!!

Just moved to the area and needed a urologist. On the first appointment, Dr. Sadler had my medical records and had reviewed them in detail. He then took the time to review them and my issues with me. This has not been my experience with other urologists

Very rude and not organized yelled and rolled her eyes at me over there mistake

Although I was very satisfied with Dr. Sadler and the Medical Staff who were professional and polite ... I was very, very disappointed with (Dana) in the Reception/Appointment Dept. They had called me to change an appointment and she made me feel like they were doing me a favor by seeing me at another date/dates ... none of which fitted my schedule. When I tried to talk she (loudly) over-talked me and would not let me finish my sentence. This happened several times and when I asked her to let me finish she constantly interrupted me and(almost) demanded I pick another date... once again suggesting it was my fault and they were doing me a favor. I literally could not get a word in..... I asked her several times to please listen and let me talk but it was obvious she was having a bad day and I was going to listen to her ... and that was it!! I suggested she should be nicer and listen to me (the patient) and what I wanted and even said she was being rude, whereupon she called me rude and put me on hold....The second person (who was obviously told by Dana, in the 4 minutes I was on hold, how rude I was) was no help either...More of the same, take it or leave it attitude/hurry up and pick a date....not listening to me and also over-talking me. Sorry guys, rudeness and cutting me off in mid sentence doesnt do it for me. If you cannot listen to your patients...and have patience with them, then I suggest you re-evaluate yourself and your commitment to your work. It doesn't take much effort to be helpful and friendly.. Awesome Dr. Sadler!

Treated me during a recent hospital stay. Very thorough and knows what he's about. I would recommend him.

An exceptional, competent, and,above all, caring physician. My recent experience involved him seeing me at his office after hours in the early evening to attend to a problem I was having rather then send me to the emergency room. When the problem became more acute over the weekend the next evening, he sent me to emergency room and met me there to attend to the problem personally. The office staff and his assistant are all friendly, efficient, and responsive. A very professional operation.

Although I think Dr. Sadler and Dr. Spires are the most professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate health care providers I hesitate to go to their office. As others have posted the staff there are aggressive and rude. I have also been treated with shouting overtalk in front of other patients and staff and have been hung up on while talking on the phone. I have to call the office this morning and I am dreading it. I wonder if the physicians know that their staff treat their clients like this as it is so unprofessional and unworthy of their practice. Dr.Sadler was very nice. He answered all my questions and seemed genuinely concerned with my health problems.

I was treated very well at Dr. Sadler’s office. He is a great Doctor in all respects and is staff was very good and helpful. I will be using this office again.

Dr. Sadler is a most amazingly caring doctor! Throughout my 2 procedures and my major surgery he kept my wife and I informed every step of the way. He always told us what was going on and always Gabe us options and gave us his option opinion! Also called us the night before all just to make sure we were at peace! And his office personnel are awesome as well. Really care about you!

I was treated by Dr. Sadler in the Hospital. He was very helpful about any questions I had, always available, and his personality was one of his strong points--along with the nursing staff. They made an excellent TEAM !

I had a very terrible experience at Suncoast Urology. Having the condition I have at the age I am is a very embarrassing subject so I try to go to professional places to deal with it as rarely as possible. I mentioned a narcotic that I also take and I guess that raised a red flag. I was in a very bad car accident 1 year ago and have an unbelievable amount of problems with my back. The narcotic I take is literally one of the smallest narcotics on the market. It's very surprising I take something so small for the size of my problem. I was accused of Doctor shopping and asked to leave the practice. I have never had a drug problem and have always feared of having to talk about my problems so it was very embarrassing to be asked to leave a practice because I was honest about my back and what I take. The doctor mentioned to me he didn't want to start off this way. I take it him and the young lady we're extremely inexperienced. My brother and father are both Physicians and actually referred me to this doctor. I'm a good citizen and a business owner in the area so to be treated this way was very unfair and unjust. My family is appalled and I am extremely embarrassed. I will never refer anyone here and hope for the sake of good practice you find a doctor much more experienced than this one. Now I have to wait another month to see another doctor, explain my problems again, and go without the same medication I have been prescribed without incident in the past. The doctor also made this decision without ever speaking to me. That is extremely bad practice I had a very terrible experience at Suncoast Urology. Dr. Sadler is the best of the best at what he does. His staff and him are so easy to talk to and they listen to what you have to say. They have saved me from death with cancer to serviving with check ups. There is no better doctor in my eyes. He will take care of you!

Dr Sadler was very knowledgable, thorough and professional. He is down to earth, easy to discuss issues with, and seemed genuinely interested in my condition. He did not push additional, invasive testing, preferring to monitor symptoms when appropriate. I would highly recommend him.

I had a great experience with my 1st visit to Dr. Sadler's office. I had all of my new patient paperwork and ID cards ready when I got there. I graded one paper and got called back to the examining room. Graded one paper and Dr. Sadler was in to see me. He listen carefully to me. He spoke clearly and explained his plan of action (took into consideration my thoughts), showed me my cat scan, walked me to the front and got the ball rolling for future tests. I am so happy with him and his staff!
