Bed side manner poor ignores that your in pain and the medical staff don't know how to engage respectfully to patient rude over the phone and in person. I recommend anyone in pain to seek others medical team . This clinic forgets that helping others and being nice will be the system to get patience and good reviews

Today I had my Lumbar Facet Blocks And I can tell you that my Doctor has a Magic Hands. I’m very happy with this treatment. I know that I need to come back to continue the treatment but today My Baco paín is gone

simply wanted to know if they accept my insurance and when the next appointment available was gave me the run around got upset when i told her to forget about my insurance im paying cash started coming up with excuses. i just want to know when the next available appointment is if it works for me then i can work out how you get paid.

I had surgery with Barry on my hand after I broke 2 knuckles. I recently moved to Florida from NY and I was denied medical treatment in NY due to Covid procedures. Dr. Schapiro was my surgeon in 2019. He did an amazing job. I can walk without any pain now. I am very grateful to everyone who was involved with my surgery.

So sad a good Doctor and a very bad staff!! I call to make an appointment for someone that doesn't speak English not only they didn't do the appointment they told me that someone will get back to her. after 5 days I call back and they increase the appointment form $200 to $300 dollars. When I explain that that was not what they told me in the first place the woman told me well sorry about that but the consultation is $250 to $300 plus X-rays. Anyway, I'm looking for another doctor that takes his time to train there personal and treats there patients with care. So sad a good Doctor and a very bad staff!! I've known Dr. Schapiro for years. He's excellent, has a great manner and I encourage eveyone to see him for their orthopedic issues.

Dr. Schapiro operated both knees on my mother. He did an excellent job. Dr. Schapiro and Denise are wonderful and we highly recommend them both.

Horrible bed side manner very uncaring and rude. Instead of sending me for an MRI, he went on to tell me there was risks involved and those were that I would have to drive 2hours which would waste my gas, its not safe to get them so often (had one 4months ago) and that someone would have to pay and that i wasn't going to be the one paying. Accused me of wanting him to declare me disabled. He even walked out of the room and yelled at me to go get my papers in the front. I was the 3rd to leave mad

Dr. Schapiro is a great doctor, but the staff and everybody else that works there is a joke! I was in the exam room for 2 1/2 hours waiting for someone to just put a cast on me. The guy that did the cast kept leaving the room and was literally on his phone texting when I was just sitting there staring at him. Very bad first impression!!!!! Don't think I will be going back. My appointment was at 11:15. I didn't leave until 2:45.

2 and a half yrs ago I had a full knee replacement in Seattle, WA I have suffered pain every day. After 2 1/2 years, the workmens comp known in WA as L&I, sent me for a second opinion. He walked in the room and me I need surgery to fix it. Let's do it! Love that doctor!

I'm sure Dr Schapiro is a good doctor. But his attitude needs adjustment Upon completing the initial interview with both his assistant & an intern, who concluded I needed a wound care physician I decided to leave & pursue the option. The doc caught me in the hall, took a a look & wanted to do xray. Even after I mentioned one was done which showed no break or bone problems. He insisted I needed an X-ray. I declined, he got upset & rudely dismiss me. Went to ER, all good, just infected. Antibiotic
