Steward Medical Group took over this practice. I have been going to this neurologists office for years. They have always been disorganized and inefficient. I got a call this morning an hour and a half before my appointment that had been scheduled for 3 months now to inform me that my insurance is contracted with Dr. Ginsberg as a provider but not Steward Medical Group so they didn’t not get paid for my last 3 appointments. They told me if I want to keep my appointment, that is an hour and a half from the call, that I will need to pay out of pocket. They claim they we’re investigating and “just found this out” when I told them that it was unethical for them to tell me this right before my appointment. I could not contact my insurance company an hour before to find out what is going on or find another provider that would be able to schedule me right away. The only reason I went to this office is because my insurance only has a limited amount of contracted neurologists and they are all at this office. Dr. Ginsberg is a great doctor and so is Dr. Harvey, the office staff and this new medical group is horrible. Steward Medical Group took over this practice. I love Dr. Ginsberg and his assistant Michelle. They are always attentive to all your needs. They will never rush you and both will take all the time you need to make sure all your needs are met. I would highly recommend Dr. Ginsberg.

Dr Ginsburg has been my doctor for over 10 years I did move and went to Texas but I came back to Florida and got my neurologist back he is a wonderful doctor he listens he explains and he handles my seizures and since I've been seeing him I have not had no Grand mild seizures anymore they are very well controlled so if you really need a good neurologist I guarantee him 100% the office the nurses are wonderful the receptionist is I give them all five stars you will not find no better ???? Dr. Ginsberg was very nice. He treated me with patience. Although, thankfully I only needed the one visit! His demeanor & attitude were far beyond what I expected. He was friendly & courteous. His professionalism shined through! The staff also was great. Michelle, from the front desk was kind & friendly.

A very irresponsible doctor with an equally irresponsible office. Essentially. At the end of May, my wife suffered a stroke. As required by all medical protocols, at the end of June we made an appointment with Paul L. Ginsberg. It was the MANDATORY first apoytment to a neurologist after the hospital. Both he and his office knew this. Unfortunately, recording was only possible on September 7th. It's long, but better than nothing. Three to four weeks before the Appointment we received a call from the office of Dr. Paul L. Ginsberg and said that September 7 is a Jewish holiday and the doctor will not be able to receive us. But they will call us within a week and they will definitely appoint an apoitment from this doctor in the days next to this date. Within two weeks of canceling the uptime, we called Dr. Paul L. Ginsberg's office several times to ask for a date for the uptime instead of the one they canceled. But the staff of Paul L. Ginsberg's office couldn't say anything definite. A month has passed since their promise to "call back within a week". I will note once again: A) THREE months have passed since the patient was discharged from the hospital after suffering a stroke. C) more than two months have passed since we duly signed up for an appointment with Dr. Paul L. Ginsberg, C) More than a month has passed since the staff of Dr. Paul L. Ginsberg's office said that they were postponing the application but unilaterally canceled it. E) a week after Paul L. Ginsberg was obliged to accept us in accordance with the conditions and requirements for the work of doctors in Florida. In fact, Dr. Paul L. Ginsberg and his office, first committing themselves to admitting a patient after a stroke, without a valid reason refused to provide medical care to the patient, dragging out such a precious time for such a patient. These are facts. They prove 100% that neurologist Paul L. Ginsberg does NOT understand how important it is for a patient who has had a stroke to receive a neurologist. The first apoytment three months after the hospital. If the doctor does not understand the elementary, the question arises: "Does his knowledge correspond to the required qualifications of a doctor?" New assistant took 2 1/2 days to return phone call.

Front desk and administrative people need to be replaced. They never answer phone or return a phone call. Not to mention the nurse never gave me a refill for my meds after finally got her on the phone. Dr. Ginsberg is a great neurologist but he is loosing a lot of patients because of these people that don’t do their job!

Dr. Ginsberg does a wonderful job on my Botox injections. I feel so much better once I get them. He really knows his craft. I love visiting his office. I can tell he is very knowledgeable and wants to make sure the patient is treated properly.

Worst excuse for a doctors office. I just spent all morning at Lab waiting for office to send codes for blood work that SHOULD HAVE BEEN on the prescription to begin with. The medical assistant had no idea of what codes talking about and took 6 phone calls and waiting for a fax to be sent. Unexcusable!

Dr. Ginsberg sent me for an MRI in November and made an appointment for me to get the results about 2 months later. When I finally saw the doctor 2 hours after my scheduled appointment they did not have the MRI report so he gave me what was his best assessment of things from looking at the disc I had brought with me. I went to my own doctor the next day and had the report sent and I had concerns after reading it. I called and spoke to the nurse and asked for him to please read it and get back to me. A week later I called again to explain and they just transfer me every time to a voice mail that is full. He is a very kind and pleasant man who took the time to answer all my questions once I finally got to see him, but I would like to have what I went in for...a review of the MRI results. The office left me no choice but to ask for it in this way.

I made my appointment over a month prior. Three days before the appointment I receive a call informing me that the visit would be canceled due to a Jewish Holiday. A staff member would call me to reschedule. I ended up calling, since they never called me, to find out that next appointment would be in 3 month! What lack of professionalism and utter disrespect to the patients.

It is always difficult starting anything new,including seeing a new Doctor. Having said that, Dr Ginsberg was great! He is very Professional and the way all doctors should be. He listened to what I had to say and didn't try and tell me what MY body needs. I appreciated that a great deal. Highly recommended.

Dr Ginsberg maybe a great Dr, but he takes so much time with each patient ge makes each appointment overlap each other and every patient waits 3 hours. If he likes to spend time with patients then allow that on schedule. ImI about to pull a fit , appointment is at 12:30 and still waiting at 1:55, not called in!!! Will not be recommending this office to ANYONE!!!!DUE TO THE FRONT DESK STAFF!!! First off, this office needs to hire an entire new front desk staff. Or they all need to take a course on Patient Hospitality & Care services in the Medical field. My father had to follow up with a Neurologist after Hospital stay from a stroke. His appointment was at 11:45am and was not taken back until almost 2:15p.m. My father who is also diabetic did not have his lunch, his blood pressure was extremely high. (when keep in mind he was perfectly fine upon arrival to the appointment) When taken to the back the MA apologized for the long wait, the doctor himself only read off the discharge orders to my father when he was already aware of what he had to do. He was referred to a neurologist just to be reread his discharge orders was a waste of an appointment. Will not be returning, along with that will advise the PCP a heads up on not referring any of his patients to this office. Extremely disappointed. Scheduled this appointment months ago for chronic migraines . I specifically called in advance to make sure my insurance was accepted and I did not need a referral. I was assured that I would be seen without a referral and that my insurance was accepted. Missed work and drove an hour from pompano to attend a 1:30 appointment. Arrived 20 minutes early, waited for 2.5 hours to be told that my insurance suddenly wasn’t accepted as of today. Was unable to see the doctor and drove an hour back home. I am beyond annoyed with the way that this situation was handled and recommend that people stay away from this office and doctor. It is a MESS!!!! I came here in 2014 for a check up after an car accident and now unfortunately I had another one, which made me come back. It is unbelievable in 3 years this place hasn't got any better. The secretaries who work at the doctor's office has no idea where to find your paperwork. When I called to schedule the appointment I spent 23 minutes on the phone to provide the required information and believe me- after all that time on the phone collecting my info they called me three more times before the appointment in order to confirm or ask for the same information I had already provided to them. At the day of the appointment the front desk lady said " as I wasn't at the system I had to fill up 20 pages of information" . Information that they already should have since my first visit in 2014. On top of that my appointment was 3:45pm and now is 5:45pm and I am still seating waiting to see " the so important doctor". Enough is enough!!! No patience deserves to be disrespected like these! Dr Paul let me tell you something you need to know: First you are no better than anyone else and you need to learn to respect people's time. Also, your staff are very unreliable and disorganized !! I will never gonna see you again and I will let my doctor, who has referred me to you about your poor service. Never more! Had a 10 appointment, they told us to come in at 9:30 since he's a new patient. Finally took us to examinig room at 11, at 11:45 my father who is 86 said he didn't want to come back to this Dr. We demanded his money back and left at noon. Is he really that greedy to over book patients like that? The funny thing is the receptionist told us that is the norm. The lady that had the 9 appt sat there for over an hour. I went to see him. The appointment was made over the phone and took just few minutes. Once I got there has to provide insurance information. It also need to be verified. I was out of the place about an hour later. Doctor was very thorough. Dr Ginsberg has been my wife Marie's Neurologist for over a decade. We love him so much. Please don't retire, or we'll find your home. ??

I was kind of apprehensive with previous reviews. I was in the office at my appointment time and out hour an a half later. Did wait about 30 minutes but to be fair it was the first time there. They had to run my insurance, double check I had the referral from PCP, etc. In general a positive experience. Nurse was very friendly. Doctor Ginsburg was very thoughtful and thorough. He was very helpful answering questions and asking what other questions I had. I will be seeing him again soon.

I wanted to follow up on my previous review. As bad as the front office was, once we got into the back, everything changed. Both nurses were thoughtful and caring The doctor was thorough and patient. We were advised that there was a new system which had caused the front office fiasco. Bottom line the doctor was great and hopefully people will learn the system so that these delays will not continue

Dr Ginsberg, MD. Has been my Doctor for over 20 years. He treats all of his patients like his friends. He Really Care's about all of them. He is Wonderful Doctor. I'm in process of making an appointment.

Save your time and money. Under his care I am now out of work. He is not thorough. His office in Hollywood is very rude. Waste of money and time. Wish I would've did my research first.

The wait time was 2 hours the last time I visited Dr. Ginsberg, and when I finally got in to see him, he was brusque and wanted to rush me out of his office. He did not want to hear about (serious) things going on with me neurologically. I have called his office for concerns with my medication after hours, and it has been downright impossible to get in touch with him. They are also the only neurology office I have heard of that does not have a doctor on call.

I have been seeing Dr. Ginsburg for years and you can not ask for a more patient and caring Dr. He takes his time with you and does not rush you out and he cares about the patient. He will do everything in his power to help you and resolve your issues. I Love DR. Ginsburg and would recommend him 100%. And his Assistant Michelle is awesome. She will do everything in her power to get things taken care of. She is the Best
