Doctor Levinson was My doctor for many years while I was living in Florida, it took me a long time to find him , but I was so so so happy when I finally did, this is exactly the type of doctor That I need , someone that listen and use some prevention, not the one that prescribed antibiotics for every single problem,. The equipment in the office is for sure not up-to-date but he has everything there including an xray machine. The best way to take an appointment is via email, they will respond to you super quickly because yes they are extremely extremely busy because he such a good doctor, Now I live in Las Vegas For almost 3 years and I still didn’t find a doctor that I like. Dr. Levinson is very professional and nice, but when it comes to his front desk staff just imagine the meaning of the word RUDE. I wish I would of asked for a name to write on the review, that lady is so disrespectful she shouldn’t be working in an office with such a nice doctor because all she is doing is making patients not want to go there.

Dr Levinson is a great doctor,unfortunately those 2 lady’s at the front desk are very incompetent,they never answer the phone,never return phone calls,I’m a diabetic type 1,have insulin is a life matter ,I went to see Dr Levinson on Monday,unfortunately the insulin that he prescribed me is not cover by my insurance,the pharmacy sent a fax to let them know that Dr Levinson needs to change the prescription, meanwhile I call couple times and as always no answer,yesterday was Friday and since Im running out of insulin I went back to the pharmacy to see if they Sent back my prescription and still nothing,I called them few times I left a message still nothing,today I went to the pharmacy to buy insulin and pay out my packet since this 2 inconsiderate lady’s don’t care about anybody else but them selves. I been going to him for years. He has always been a pleasant guy who is respectful and I appreciate him. His front desk and nurses have always been nice and pleasant with me so I am surprised when I see negative comments on the reviews related to them. Dr is pretty good Likeable and he listens HOWEVER his staff refuses to pick up or make phone calls. Took 2 1/2 months to get a referral faxed after many attempts. Very Rude Very Lazy

Doctor Levinson is a caring man. His office is not the most modern but at least he still takes Medicare patients when so many do not. As being the 'primary' or gatekeeper to the specialist who does the real work, he is acceptable. The woman making appointments for yrs is the worst in my 60 yrs. First, she tells me that I will get a call before my appointment. There is then silence as if I should just hang up and wait? I persist and she seemingly unwillingly looks up my name. She then says I missed my appointment and I was a "no show," spoken as if I were a bum. Another time after trying repeatedly to get her to call back she when she does she opens with, "Sooo, what'z the emergency??" Rude.

Larry Levinson is the most unprofessional, careless and disrespectful Dr in town. Zero customer service and the front desk assistance/nurses are heartless. Never return calls no matter the urgency. We almost lost our father due to his negligence. Place is dirty and unsanitary, needs to get shut down.

I unfortunately am leaving the Family practice of Dr Levinson due to the ruddiness of the front desk lady, I should have asked for her name but did not. Anyways, called trying to get an annual appointment for my husband, we have been seeing him for a couple years maybe a little longer, and when I ask her if he would have a 9am appointment available she went off on me saying "Everyone works honey" in a superior tone, I stated that I was simply asking and that she was being rude and her answer was oh no I am just very straight forward. There's a difference in being straight forward and rude and this lady was rude so I again brought it to her attention that she was coming across very rude, and she continued saying that she always gets yelled at this and that and the third, so I told her well ma'am you need to be rude to people that do that to you, in this case it was a simple question about the schedule, and she went asking so what date are we looking at and I just thank her and hung up no dates actually! I want to be treated nice at places we get medical services from. Dr Levinson, my apologies, you're an exceptional professional but will not be seeing me or any member of my family at your practice. Amazing doctor. Unfortunately his staff is what turns me off from this office. Apparently appointments doesnt matter, they never return phone calls, and its like pulling teeth to get answers or set appointments. The office is run more like a walk in clinic.

*THE DIRTIEST OFFICE EVER* Imagine this: There is a doctor who has been at one office location for over 20 years. Now imagine that he has never cleaned or painted his office...including the bathroom, in his 20 years there. Then add in the fact that there were thousands of manilla folders all over the office because he has not updated to computer. Then imagine ants crawling all over the place. I can't even tell you if he was nice because it was so dirty I couldn't get past it.

Staff is very rude and condescending... doctor is OK

Dr. Levinson is great! although the entire stuff needs to be replaced!!!! Couldn't get a hold of no one for almost 2 weeks, left massages and no one called back. Ii decided to go to a different Dr just because the stuff/front desk don't care!

Dr. Levinson Himself is professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful to his patients. He informed me that my blood pressure was high and how to handle the problem. There are many causes of high blood pressure, but in this case I think it is his staff. They had the wrong phone number on my file. I asked them to change it, and they didn't until I saw that it wasn't changed at my next visit. They hadn't found the time in those several intervening months to change it. Maybe that was why I didn't get a call about my test results. I left a message asking for my results. After still no response, I left another, and another. When I brought this up in person with someone at the front desk, she did not believe me. Was she accusing me of lying about not getting my test results? Was she saying that I got results of my test and I forgot? That seems unlikely since my medical files don't include anything about early onset dementia. Then they brought up my old bill. I was confused "What bill?" I asked. They replied by saying that it came in the mail. It did not. Once again they affirmed that they did indeed send it. It was my fault that I didn't get it in the mail. I feel conflicted about my 2 stars. Dr. Levinson deserves 5. I put up with the staff so I can get medical advice from someone that I trust with my health. The stress his staff causes can't be good for me though. Doesnt return calls, cant get my penrscription filled. Terribly unproffessional. Called for over 2 weeks left over 5 messages. Dont recommend.

After visiting fast care, for a possible bite on my arm and being only prescribed antibiotics, I went to see Dr. Levinson. His diagnosis was an an ingrown hair, and his only remedy was to continue on my antibiotics and us acne creme. I felt I had something hard inside my arm and came after five days and he continued to insist this was an ingrown hair, and he prescribed more antibiotics. It was a shock when one morning I saw something black coming out of my skin, when I pressed on it the black object was definitely not an ingrown hair, it was a big stinger. I went to the doctor's office for him to see the pictures and the stinger itself. He wasn't there, I left it with the assistant and I've yet to receive a phone call from him nor an apology for his misdiagnosis. Dr. Levinson is very good. My complain here is about the staff. I have call many times and left messages to get a copy of my blood test results to take to an appointment with my gatroenterologist and nobody returned my call or emailed me the results. Awful customer service!

I found Doctor Levinson through Google, and it turns out he is great and one of the best Doctor I ever had. Let me start by saying the from the start to the finish is about 30 mins to 45 mins the shortest I have ever seen so far. Doctor Levinson is a great Doctor because he really cares for his patients. The doctor is good and professional. Staff leave much to be desired. Every time I call or come in they act as if they are being inconvenienced. It's very off putting. Worse is that the staff don't seem to care about cleanliness or privacy. The bathroom is always a disgrace, dirty and smelly... how can a patient be expected to have faith in their doctors cleanliness if he or she can't even have the staff maintain a clean restroom. If the staff is to lazy to do it then hire a cleaning service...

HORRIBLE!!! Dirty and unorganized office. Patient files all over the place, in rooms with patients waiting to be seen! Pretty sure that's against privacy laws. Unprofessional staff. Wait times over an hour before you even get in a room. There were actual bugs in the waiting room. I could go on and on. Should have walked out the second I opened the door.

Dirty disgusting office, with nasty and unprofessional staff. Doctor got upset with me because he couldn't put me on Prozac and other depression medication, when I said I'm not interested he left the room with an attitude and was visibly upset with me. Be very careful what test you do, I got billed for a test I never did. THIS OFFICE IS A BIG SCAM!!! Filing a complaint to a heath department.

Have been seeing him for over 10 years best DR in the Area

Would not recommend this physician. My father saw him for several years. Had multiple symptoms prior to being hospitalized. Was admitted to the hospital with a ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm and passed away at age 64. Was never offered a screening for AAA. This physician never looked deeper into the signs and symptoms he presented with. I can only hope that this will not happen to someone elses family member due to his negligence. Stay away from this physician.

Dr. L is the BEST, his picture is next to the word thorough in the dictionary. Whatever health concern I have faced, Dr. L prescribes the proper latest tested medication and he follows closely to ensure the desired result is achieved. Within the past 14 months, both parents (previous patients) transitioned. Dr. Levinson personally called to express his condolences to my mother, when dad died, then called again when her health took a turn, lastly he called me when mom transitioned. TOP NOTCH!
