A compassionate medical doctor with a wonderful, dry sense of humor!! His staff is also top notch!! It almost feels like visiting family when I go there. They all truly care about the quality of their work and about the patients!! I know I'm in good hands every time I step through the door!

Great staff; great doctor!

The hour and half wait from checkin to Doctor visit needs to be improved. The quality of medical services received is excellent and recommended.

I have been a patient of Dr. Eduardo Cutie for the past three years. I am a Parkinson’s patient and he has always been supportive in addition to been warm, pleasant and thorough. Dr. Cutie demonstrates considerable expertise in his field. He discusses my condition and consistently offers a high level of care. I am lucky and thankful that he is my doctor. My first visit with Dr. Cutie was cancelled when I got to the office. My second visit was not a good one, the Doctor was in and out like he did not care and his nurse Martine was rude. I was just another number trying to be done as fast as possible. The Dr. did not let me explain my pain. However the front clerk was nice the Dr. gave me a medication to take. I tried so many times to call the Dr. or to talk to his nurse Martine in regards to my medication, they never called me back. Do not go there if you need help, the Dr. does not know how to talk to the patient. My first visit with Dr. Cutie was cancelled when I got to the office. This was my first appointment with Dr. Cutie. Office staff was very nice and probably waited 30 or 40 minutes before seeing the Dr. I did have to fill out at least 5 pages of my medical history since this was my first visit. Dr. Cutie is very nice, did a thorough examination and answered all my questions. I'm glad I went to see him.

This Practice should be reported to every institution that has the authority to shut them down. Their level of incompetence is way too many to list. Lack of patient care, staff that has no knowledge of anything medical, they make appointments and once you arrive they can't find your appointment and then questions you on how you got the appointment. The last visit that my mom had was just to check her blood pressure. He prescribed a B12 injection with no instructions on how to administer the injection. He spent 5 minutes with her and we have yet to be told how far her dementia has progressed. Please don't waste your time going to this practice, you will live to regret it!

Firstly it is absolutely impossible to get anyone on the phone, it will keep ringing until it goes to voicemail. Even after leaving a voicemail you wont receive a call back. When you actually get in to see the doctor he is nice but doesn't listen to you at all. When expressing concern with a new symptom or an already existing symptom worsening I keep getting dismissed and rushed out of the office. Worst!!! office int the world!! The doctors are fine, but the staff never return calls or answer the phone.

Very very very BAD customer service. The workers at front desk seem uneducated and overwhelmed, there not able to handle the work and the customer care that the patient deserve.

Don’t come here if you care about bedside manners. I am still here and in shock at the lack of manners. Extremely rude and did not care to explain any reasoning behind our visit. He spoke to me in doctor terms as if I was a doctor. You will wait almost 2hrs to be seen, only to be rushed. Didn’t answer any questions and I’m still not sure what the diagnosis was. The doctor was okay, (I still didn’t feel cared for and just another number trying to be done with as fast as possible). However their office is beyond inept. They’re obviously uneducated people who don’t give a rat about people. If you’re lucky to be answered they will leave you on hold forever until you realize they wont answer. If I could give zero stars, I would. I had Dr. Cutie. He was nice, staff was nice. I had a small flare up in my MS, I went to the ER and they gave me steroids', fine then I made an appointment with Dr. Cutie and he ordered an MRI. The MRI was done within his practice (Sunrise Medical Group). After I was done with the MRI, the office told me that the results will be done in 2 days. It was perfect because my follow up appointment would be the same. I'm thinking that's great because the results would be in time for my appointment. I show up to the appointment to find that Dr. Cutie never received the results. I was a bit disappointed but made another appointment to get the results. I came to the second appointment for the results and they said they couldn't get the results because their computers were down. I suggested if they were able to use the CD the radiologist gave me and they stated that they weren't able to use it. I got a little irritated and made the third appointment to get the MRI results. When I came in for the third appointment to get the results of my MRI, I waited in the waiting room for about 2-3 hours with my 2 year old daughter. When I got upset and started leaving, they finally called my name while I was loading my daughter into my vehicle. I went into the room to find out they still didn't receive my MRI results. Which had me bewildered because it was done within the same practice. So yes I snapped because they wanted me to make yet another appointment just for MRI results. 3-4 months later I ended up in the hospital for about 1-2 weeks. I had a MS flare up which caused me to lose function on the left side of my body and vertigo. I had to go through therapy to retrain the left side of my body. Even the left side of my face was paralyzed. I did another MRI while in the hospital and come to find out I have not only active lesions but new and more then I had before. I would never recommend this doctor or this practice because even when I was first diagnosed with MS, Dr. Padilla had one foot out the door explaining the disease to me. They have no compassion or empathy towards patients. I believe a doctor should give their full attention to their patients and the patients feelings. If I could give zero stars, I would. I had a visit scheduled with Dr. Cutie today at 2pm. His office requested that I arrive at 10am instead. I arrived at 9:45am for the appointment, allowing time for paperwork. When I arrived the office was a shambles! It looks like the Dr. had other things to do and asked ALL OF HIS APPOINTMENTS to arrive at 10am-not just me. There were 20 people in the waiting room and ONLY 5 CHAIRS! Patients were actually sitting on the FLOOR! Unbelievable. The office staff is very smart, they ask for is your payment upfront. I paid $55 and then stood against the wall with everyone else awaiting my turn. THIS ALL TOOK PLACE during the COVID19 Outbreak! When other dr's offices are limiting the # of patients, this office doesn't seem to mind how many people are in the waiting room. I became uneasy as patients around me were coughing. After waiting 1hr and 20 mins, I left. I couldn't believe I was asked to come in early and wait under these conditions. I will ask for a refund.

The worst experience with appointments ever! I schedule an appointment for 3 months ahead, confirmed like 3 times the date and time. So at 11:40am (appointment day) I got a call that I have to come by 12pm (appointment was at 2:15)! If I can’t come I should reschedule for next months, because they don’t have any dates available earlier! After me complaining for 10 minutes they found appointment for next day morning. After doctors visit I said at the registration that doctor wants to see me in 3 weeks, but lady said that I have to do an MRI first and then call them to schedule an appointment. I’ve been calling for a week. First, they told me the appointments department phone is on service, so I left a message. Next day no one from appointments department wasn’t at the office right now (3 pm), I left a message, but no one call me back. The staff at Sunrise Medical Group.... outstanding. I found what others stated about Dr. Cutie being half right. He's personable and funny but..... he doesn't listen. I have been extremely healthy for decades... until a few months ago. I started having motor problems and extreme migraines. I was recommended to see a neurologist and I picked Cutie based on the reviews. The first appointment went well. For the second, he had me do a nerve conduction study. I was to get the results today and get a nerve injection but my insurance declined the injection. Suddenly, he wanted to cancel the appointment. I showed up anyway and it seemed more of a burden for him to deal with me. He didn't give me the results of the study and showed zero interest in the daily 'pain log ' he asked me to keep. Every time I went to speak with him about what was going on with me, he interrupted telling me about the injection being declined...i guess the injection is everything! I paid a co-payment of $50 to do nothing and receive no advice. I'm extremely disappointed because I'm sure he's better than this HOWEVER treatment of me is EVERYTHING... I won't be back. Wait times are often a few hours then when you get in he does not listen to you. He keeps leaving the room.very distracted.
