Dr. Batya R Goldwaser

I am surprised at the good reviews for this Doctor. I saw her for TMJ issues and after a 50 minute wait, she prescribed me a high dosage of ibuprofen (too high per a second opinion) and muscle relaxers. Her bedside manner left a lot to be desired and she should probably stick with surgery versus seeing patients. I went in for a follow up three weeks later and waited an hour to see her when I was the first appointment of the day. I watched her walk past my room and into the room of the people who arrived twenty minutes after me. I would go elsewhere.

Dr. Goldwaser and her team were fantastic. The procedure for my wisdom teeth surgery was completely painless before, during, and after!! Everyone here really goes the extra mile.

Be very cautious. I went for a consultation for my child and what I got was very few answers and more like sign here and pay this. The office was dirty and very poor lighting. I don't recommend.

I had three total appointments at Dr. Goldwaser's Aventura office. The first was the initial consultation, the second was for the procedure itself, and the third for the follow-up. I found it easy and convenient to make my appointments. I also took advantage of the opportunity to download and complete my new patient paperwork from the office's website. That saved a lot of time. Each time I arrived I did not have to wait very long. I found the staff very courteous and professional. The office appeared clean and organized. Dr. Goldwaser and her assistants were great. The Doctor took her time to explain my situation to me and answer my questions. She left me feeling like I knew what to expect. The procedure itself went very well and her assistants gave me what I needed for my post procedure care. All things considered, I recommend Dr. Goldwaser and her caring manner for your oral surgical needs.

The level of care was extraordinary.  From the initial consultation to the actual operation, I always felt anxious .The surgeon Batya Goldwaser took the time to answer the questions during the consultation and made me feel important, listen and take care of me all the time before and after the operation.  All staff are professionals :Maria, Philip, Marielys, Jasmine, and Johana .Thank you so much for all you help.I highly recommend contacting this team and you will be safe and healthy.

Dr. Goldwaser is extremely professional and made everything so easy. As the mother of a special needs individual, you don’t come across many people or professionals that actually care.

Dr. Goldwaser was exceptional, from the first visit to the last. Her and her staff especially Phillip has the best bedside manner I've ever experienced EVER!!! Kind, patient, personable they answer all your questions, they listen to you and make sure you feel comfortable during and after surgery!! I even had a question later on in the week, and Dr. Goldwaser got back to me right away and answered all my questions. If anyone needs an Oral Surgeon I’d recommend everyone and anyone to Dr. Goldwaser 100%!!! You will be happy you went!!

I went to Dr Goldwaser for a Wisdom tooth. I can’t be any more satisfied with the Doctor as well as other members or her staff (Jasmine, Maria, Philip Marielly. Johana ) I would say fantastic. The same care they doctor provides is transmitted to the rest of the staff). They all made me very comfortable. They all show that they care and that I was not just one more patient passing by I will continue with them for my TMJ issue.

Dr Goldwaser is amazing!! My 11 year old son had four teeth extracted by her for braces. Initially I was so worried about the pain and discomfort he would endure. It was the complete opposite. Great service ! Not only are they quick and effective in helping you from the moment you arrive till when you leave, but they are also kind people who do not keep you waiting. The doctor answered every question I had and the nurses tended to my every needs every time I was at the office and in the day of surgery. They checked up on me the day of my surgery and made sure I was doing great. I would highly recommend this place to others if they want a place that does the job right.

Had a great experience with Dr Lopez and his assistant Phillip. Philip made me so relaxed before , during and after my surgery. Dr Lope removed a mass off of the side of my tongue and I had NO pain. Would use him again if I have a need for an oral surgery again.

My visit has been amazing with Dr.Goldwaser and her team. They were all very helpful and understanding. When I was going under anesthesia and was scared they were helping me try to calm down. I felt as if I was in good hands and I was. My experience was amazing with this team. All my family members have received great treatment.

Dr.Goldwater is very empathetic, kind, and treated me with respect and seemed like she genuinely cared about giving me the best care possible. I’d been desperately looking for somewhere to get my impacted wisdom teeth removed and went to various consultations (even tho I didn’t have a lot of money) but did not go through with the surgeries with other surgeons because of different reasons, like not feeling heard/seen by the surgeon or them trying to rush to just put me into surgery. Something in me didn’t feel right. But in this office I definitely felt like I was in the right place. In addition to my x-ray Dr.Goldwaser requested a cat scan to get a complete picture of what’s going on in my mouth before major surgery and that made me feel safer to put my well-being in her hands. On top of this top notch care the whole process was extremely reasonably priced, compared to other places I went to. Thank you so much for the excellent care! <3

Dr. Goldwasser was amazing. I was extremely nervous knowing that I would need a biopsy done. She went the extra mile by calling me and answering even more questions than I had in the office. She explained everything in more depth and even though I don’t like going to any kind of dentist or oral surgeon, she did put me at ease. Her staff was very caring and I appreciated that. Dr. Goldwasser did an excellent job and I really was not in a lot of pain afterwards. I would highly recommend her for any type of oral surgery procedures and would use her in the future if I should have any further issues.
