Dr. Steinberg is a true professional but his office assistance does not answer the phone and has zero follow through. He needs someone who is more professional running the office.

Went for headache and after finding out my condition, told me that there was nothing he would recommend other than time and maybe rx. I went to another doctor who performed a procedure and fixed me. In addition, poor communication. Sending an email to the office and copying the doctor resulted in a mixed bag, sometimes timely, sometimes delayed and sometimes completely ignored. Finally, the office billed for a depression screening that I didn't want, didn't know was done and most certainly wasn't told while it was being done. In fact, I don't know what they considered a screening but they got to charge medicare. When I inquired I was told that it law. When I verified that it wasn't law, they said I didn't owe anything because medicare paid in full. BUT THAT IS NOT THE POINT. Finally, a doctor can only perform a depression screening when certain conditions exist (like uncontrollable crying) and I don't appear to have met any of the conditions. Can't support an office like this.

Lazy doctor, just trying to get paid, would not recommend

First visit - Dr was good and I was looking forward to do all his recommendations, however the office manager , she cant be allowed to work with patients, she is not answering the phone , 2 pharmacies have called me to say they cant give me his prescription since office not answering ! after a month that i left so many massages she finally answered , very rude and told me don't try to complain since I'm the owner of the building and the Dr rent from me!!! that's too bad that the dr , is loosing patient for a "manager" like that. save your time, since your prescriptions and tests will not be happening.

The website labels him a sleep doctor but he is knowledgeable in much more than sleep conditions. I have a condition that is difficult to treat, but Dr. Steinberg was determined to find the right solution. He was partially successful and thus changed my life. Unlike many doctors, he is not just a pill pusher but gives holistic treatment including functional nutrition. He is caring, a good listener, and takes his time with the patient. Unfortunately dealing with scheduling can be a headache. Very limited hours and the receptionist, although very nice, often does not answer and never returns calls or messages. I once spent a few weeks calling every few days trying to get in touch. Would have given 5 stars otherwise. *BTW Look into the drug Lamictal. It has some off-label uses and has been a wonder drug for me!

The doctor was supposed to be a headache specialist But he’s not familiar with any of the new treatments I had to even give him the name of what they were called and doesn’t have the ability to treat you if you have a serious headache issue plus his only receptionist never answers the phone an does not call you back until maybe three days later… She did not coordinate what the doctor had prescribed…Botox and IV. Dr. Steinberg is very thorough, ask the right questions, listens to you. He develops a plan to address the problem (in my case-epilepsy, TBIs and memory problems. I had a couple neuros in Virginia that were good, and when I moved back to Florida, could not find one that actually proposes a plan, is concise and is as attentive. Would I recommend him? Absolutely!

He is a very caring and passionate Doctor. He listens to your concerns and helps you get through them. Barbie, the office mgr is absolutely fantabulous. So thoughtful and caring. I would highly recommend this team to anyone ever needing their service. They are the BEST

Great doctor, kind, knowledgeable and patient.

They never answer the phone or call back.

Poor service from both doctor and staff. They never answer the phone and take days to call back. Dr. Steinberg is nice enough but orders meds without asking background or doing bloodwork. They don't follow up on insurance issues or call back with test results. Disorganized.

The office is hard to reach. They do not follow-up with test results or insurnace issues. Dr. Steinberg could do a lot better.

During my initial visit, Dr. Steinberg did a thorough examination and he took the time to become familiar with my medical history. He wanted to hear everything I had to tell him re: my condition and my symptoms. He understood that I was frustrated and discouraged as numerous other doctors had been unable to help me using standard treatments. Dr. Steinberg was more creative in his approach. He did all his own tests, and he designed a treatment plan specific to my issues. As a result, I am now able to work a full time job and function normally. I trust Dr. Steinberg implicitly; I don’t know another doctor who would be as intuitive and compassionate. I have seen Dr. Steinberg for several years now, and I highly recommend him to anyone with a neurological issue. His staff extremely efficient and professional, yet warm and reassuring. No matter what I’ve asked of them regarding prescriptions, appointments, insurance, etc, they’ve gone above and beyond to help me.

Dr Steinberg listens to everything I say. He does not have a God complex. I have a complex pain issue and he is very reassuring and extremely professional. His office staff are always willing to help and are very kind. I just love this office! Julie

Very professional doctor. I trust him 100%

Dr.Steinberg and His Nurse very caring and helpful. Answered all my questions, took his time with each and every one. His nurse gave me her cell number so I can call anytime.

I was supposed to have a nerve conduction study and EMG done through worker's comp. Dr. Steinberg didn't do it and when I declined an appointment the next day and the day after because they conflicted with my occupational therapy appointments his Office Manager suggested, ""Should I tell worker's comp that you refused treatment?" The doctor made a note in my file saying that I refused the treatment for which I was scheduled to receive that day.

Horse Doctor! Told my brother first visit he need not to drive anymore. Still driving three years later see a doctor. Wants to mistreat patients and up set them.

This dr and his PA Are two of the most incontinent people i have had to deal with. From my intake to a basic med list was completely wrong and when brought to them i was met with does it really matter? Well yes actully it does.I have to say in all truth this man should not practice any kind of medical care.
