Dr. Jorge Mauricio Hervas

Dr Hervas is a phenomenal professional and his team is amazing! I went through a long and complex treatment (almost 3 years), and he was one of the specialists I needed. He and his team went above and beyond to ensure I had the most optimal experience as well as fantastic results. Throughout the whole treatment, they used high end technology and combined with his caring personality, made my visits productive and enjoyable. He took a great amount of time studying my case and it wasn't finished till is was perfect. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Hervas and his team!! Highly recommend to anyone who's looking for a perfect smile.

I am not a person who used to write reviews, but since this is in regarding a so successful outcome from a complex case about my mother, it is highly important to me to express my gratitude toward Dr. Hervas, and to make sure that my review will be fully read and considered to anyone who is looking for the best result possible in the prosthodontics industry nowadays. During all her late adult life, my mother had been struggling with her teeth. We thought we had been in the best hands in Europe and Brazil, but in the last few years she ended up with constant infections and rejections from her implants, not to mention repeated root canal problems in teeth that had crowns as well as further complications with her gums that caused her to loose several of her teeth. In Florida, five years ago my mother had two frontal implants in her lower jaw in order to support a complete over denture. Both implants of this last dental job also ended up loose and infected. At this point we felt discouraged until my mother's root canal specialist highly recommended Dr. Hervas and Associates at Implantation Dental Center. Dr. Mauricio Hervas is a board certified prosthodontist , an expert implantologist and master of complex cases. From our first appointment we experienced welcoming and punctuality. From the bilingual manager to the receptionists and the technicians team, all of the personnel portrayed a kind, friendly, and professional demeanor. From day one Dr. Hervas inspired confidence and had the urge to embrace my mother complex case with so much passion and dynamism. When he examined her case, very quickly he understood the situation and didn't skimp on time and effort to explain step by step her treatment options. My mother is 75 years old and has advanced osteoporosis. Dr. Hervas explained in detail that for her case both of her jaws could handle an upper complete denture and a lower permanent prosthesis He promised us that her constant infections and rejections from previous dental work would no longer occur and that my mother would regain her beautiful smile again. For her first appointment Dr. Hervas focused on her main infection and removed the two lower jaw implants with a special equipment in order to extract them without damaging her jaw bone.For my mother's specific care it was very convenient to be treated by only one doctor and in one location with top of the line equipments including 3 D imaging programs that depict bone density.How reassuring it was to know that Dr. Hervas could accurately place the implants in terms of the exact depth, location and angle where they are supposed to be implanted. All this without damaging any nerves or veins on the way. Once all her several other infections were treated and her implants finally in place again we moved on to the prosthetic chapter that would fit the best for her biology and physiology. And finally When it came to the aesthetic part I can assure you that Dr. Hervas takes great care and devotes all the time necessary to satisfy the client's desires. My mother wanted to make sure that her dental prosthetics would carry the natural look with her genetic imperfections that she used to have during her youth and that would reveal her full and original facial traits of her personality. In summary, between surgeries, interventions and healing processes the whole treatment took a full year, but Oh boy, how Worth it this has been!! Today, my mother is able to have a normal social life again, being able to eat all kinds of solid foods without pain or discomfort. Beside excelling in the field of implantology Dr. Hervas has a subtle and accurate sense of the aesthetic when it comes to meeting clientele's requirement. This particular skill is not taught or learned in schools and makes Dr. Hervas a complete and exceptional professional in his area. There is no word to truly define our feelings of appreciation and gratitude toward this journey from beginning to end. Thank you for making my mother healthy, beautiful and smile to life again! I went to see Dr Hervas to do an emergency , I drove 60 miles from very south of Miami but for me was more important to get the best Dr for my dental needs, Dr Hervas was very professional and gentle I will back again . The staff was amazing and very informative . Thank you
