I called on Tuesday, 2/22/2022 at 1:54pm. A lady answered the phone and I stated, hi, can you please connect me to Dr. Betsy Horton office. She said in a RUDE voice, " This is her office, how can I help you!" She said it in a tone, like I was disturbing her. I plused and said, boy, you are rude, I was calling to become a new patient. I said, what is your name? She said, I'm her nurse. I said never mind! She said whatever, have a nice day, and hung-up! Dr. Horton is a skilled doctor who discovered my condition when no one else did. She is caring and compassionate, and I recommend her to anyone what needs quality care in a comforting environment.

Tried to call in for an appointment because she's nearby my house, I just asked for Betsy because she's highly reviewed and a female. Didn't even mention about cost, and the rude receptionist straight up told me that I wouldn't be able to afford her because she's a "V.I.P doctor", like is this a corporation? I just need a regular doctor for my primary, you know, a DOCTOR, someone who is supposed to care for you, not a money hungry corporation. Clearly they value that over care. MD Horton is better known as Money Doctor!!

Dr. Horton is an excellent physician. She takes time to explain what and why she is prescribing a certain plan of care. She is very trustworthy and I respect her judgement.

Dr. Betsy Horton goes beyond measure of any expectations a patient may have of what a Primary Care Doctor should do! She not only listens, but cares deeply for her patients. One of her beliefs that makes her a great doctor:"if you don't seek you will not find." She is a "gifted" Doctor, that I treasure.

Excellent doctor could not be any better she always takes time and answers questions she is a very caring doctor

Dr. Horton is very caring with all her patients. Listens to you ?nd does not come in on a skateboard only giving you 5 to 15 minutes of her time like many doctors. She takes her time with her patients and is not condescending like many other physicians.
