I recently switched pediatricians to Dr. Muntzel per family recommendations; I’m a first time mom with a four month old and my experience at this office has been great so far. Dr. Muntzel is very thorough and kind and I’ve always had good experiences with her nursing staff.

Rude PA. Shouldn’t be working in children. If your goal is to try and scare children. Then this is the place for you

Call Dr. Muntzel office to schedule an appointment today, The receptionist DONNA WAS SO RUDE, she can ONLY GIVE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THIS WEEK, she claim the office is short staff & only scheduling appointments out 3 days only, I couldn't get an appointment for next week, due to the office being short staff, SAD VERY SAD, I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS FACILITY AGAIN, THANKS DONNA, YOU JUST LOST YOUR EMPLOYER 11 YEARS OF BUSINESS!!!!!P.S. She is so polite very kind great listener and so knowledgeable Just love her and the nurses

I avoid going to this office when my son is sick. I'd rather go to A Kids Time Pediatrics because frankly... they care WAY more. I've taken my son here when he was sick and they literally told me it was just a cold and he would be ok... gave no meds. Mind you, he was feverish and breathing horribly. Few hours later we went to a kids time and my son had bronchitis, double ear infection (his ears were leaking bloody fluid), needed a nebulizer, AND eye drops. Called Dr. Muntzels office the next morning and all they said was kids can change in a few hours... seriously? Last Friday I took my son BACK over there (6 months later) because my son was sick again... all they said was it was a virus and gave him prednisone and said to go to the ER if not better (how come when we go to a kids time they get him better in 24 hours)... we almost called 911 the night before and I was in tears because my son clearly was struggling to breath. this is day 5 and he still isn't better. They didn't test for RSV which they told us was going around. Dr. Muntzel was in the room a total of 8 mins & seemed like her mind was somewhere else other then my son.. she didnt care to ask if we had questions. Gave no advise. Just aloof to us being there. They seemed annoyed when I wanted to bring him back in 3 days layer. It's really annoying because the only good doctor there is Dr. Goza but all she does is check ups. I'm all around annoyed with how they care for their sick babies. Switching pediatricians. Your child's doctor should be more caring. I'm not a parent who rushes my child to the doctor but when I do.. I'd hope their asses would give more of damn. Avoid it, unless you're just going for check ups. I avoid going to this office when my son is sick. We love Dr. Muntzel, we have been going to this office for over 7 years now and my 5 month old baby sees Dr.muntzel. She is so patient and listens to all my concerns and questions and always makes me feel important. She is always up beat and cheerful and so gentle with my baby girl! This office is phenomenal!

Very Professional and caring.

Dr. Muntzel is wonderful. I feel very confident in her knowledge of taking care of babies and children. Her office staff can be rude though, especially the front desk. If she wasn't as good as she is I would definitely find more professional office.
