Dr. Cook was fine. But ... his nurse/assistant whoever she was ... had me almost crying the 2 times I went there. First time, she left me, never checked on me. I waited almost an hour then wandered into the hall almost in tears and another nurse approached me and I was able to see Dr. Cook almost immediately. The second time I went there, I was to have an exam but she told me I didn't need to undress and when Dr. Cook came in he was surprised I was not undressed for the exam and kind of implied that I was the one who did not want the exam. I told him it was his nurse. He didn't say anything and just skipped the exam and instead just talked to me ... totally wasted my time. That nurse made me feel like I was unimportant and just a number. No people skills. It was my worst doctor's visit ever! And I am 61 years old so I have plenty of experience with people in the medical field. WILL NOT go back.

The best gyn exam is when you get chatting about something and the examine is over before you know it and you can't remember any uncomfortable details. If you get to be his patient count yourself very fortunate.

Each time I have seen Dr. Cook he was very friendly and caring. The waiting time was unfortunately very long 1h30m before I saw the doctor the last time I have seen him, before that more around 45 min. I was a little shocked he mentioned a Hysterectomy instead of tying my tubes. After the exam I learned I had fibroids and the Hysterectomy is more valid but I am still wondering why he would suggest such a huge surgery. No other suggestions were made other than a better ultrasound.

Dr. Cook is an extremely caring doctor who has always taken the time to explain things to myself and my husband and has been extremely patient with us and always willing to do things our way. Can't give him enough praise!
