The best doctor! So caring and thorough. He takes his time with every patient he sees. He took extra good care of me while I was pregnant, got me an appt right away whenever I had a problem.

Dr Chima has been my PCP for about 6 years. He is thorough, smart, empathetic, knowledgeable, kind, takes his time and when there’s a health issue, asks a lot of questions and runs tests to investigate and find out the cause. He also is open minded about using nutrition to heal if possible. He’s truly the best doctor I’ve ever had!

Dr B Chima in Rocklin, CA is amazing. The care and kindness he provides is immense. I highly recommend him if you want excellent, quality medical care.

I have been seeing Dr Chima now for several years. Every time I have been to see him he has been very good at listening to what I have to say and asking questions to try and really understand what is going on. He is also very good at explaining what is going on with my health and what are the best courses of treatment which I really appreciate. He also has been having Medical Students participate in visits (only after asking for my permission) and it is very interesting to see how he interacts with them to make it a very good learning experience for them and me as well. With that kind of training/mentoring I'm confident these students are being well prepared! I have recommended Dr Chima to friends and family including my Wife, Mother-n-law and Father-in-law who also see him and are very happy with his care.

Best family doctor I have had in years! Bedside manner is great and he is really knowledgeable. Would recommend him to my entire family and friends if I had any here in California.

While the doctor seems ok it’s hard to schedule a appointment. If you walk in 5-10 min late they won’t see you, yet when you come on time it could be 20-45 min that you wait. Staff is rude and getting a appointment takes months with a doctor.

We called the office politely and. requested if they can refill my son’s medication because my son forgot his medication in the boarding house, we spoken the secretary and she said that my son is not responsible enough to do his part and she also said that Dr. Chima don’t like an irresponsible patient. In my point of view she shouldn’t say that to the parents who’s child is in danger situation. Of all the people they should know and understand how hard and sad for the parents to see their kids suffering from this kind of illness. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff and doctor's!

Dr Chima is an amazing doctor and I would recommend him to everyone. However, Dr Harris is the worse most condescending physician I have ever dealt with in my entire life. If it wasn't for Dr Chima and Dr A I would never go back to this practice. So, my suggestion is to always ask for any doctor BUT Dr Harris.

Finally a doctor that actually listens, explains thoroughly, is not arrogant, and gets you whatever tests you need

He is very kind person and smart.

I unfortunately had to move so I can no longer have Dr Chima as my primary care doc. After seeing 4+ other doctors, he was by far the best. listened to me, spent time explaining, and not demeaning.

I would not recommend Dr Chima or the Rocklin Family Practice & Sports Medicine. I went to Sutter Health Urgent Care and the Physician there told me to follow up with my PCP. I was diagnosed with Shingles and experiencing extreme pain. The pain medication prescribed by Urgent Care wasn’t working. I called Rocklin Family practice where my PCP Dr Chima is located. I explained the pain I was experiencing and she said she would speak to Dr Chima and call me back right away. My call was not returned.

Dr. Chima and his staff are awesome!

Dr. Chima is one of the best physicians I have had the pleasure of knowing as well as working with during his residency. Not only is he professional and intelligent but his bedside manner is excellent. Greatful too know he has his own practice and I look forward to scheduling an appointment with him for better healthcare. Dawn Garza
