She's outstanding. I wish she could be my primary care doctor.

I saw my GP & was referred to Dr. Srikulmontree & I just called to make an appointment. The guy that I spoke w/ got my birthdate wrong, my name wrong & then told me that he couldn't schedule me an appt as my referral was most likely in her office. I said I have Cigna PPO plan & he said they don't take Hills or Sutter groups so couldn't sched an appt. Again said I have a PPO & can go anywhere & he could schedule me as a cash pay. He put me on hold & said sorry they weren't taking new patients.
