No bed side manners.

I came to see Dr. Laidlaw and I was a wreck. He patiently explained my path and gave me tools to get healthy. I think he is a rock star but he says I am a star for following the plan. I had my insurance change due to Covid and Dr. Laidlaw and his office Asst. Called me 3-4 different times to help get me the correct drug that my uncaring insurance company would cover. Dr. Laidlaw is a very exceptional Doctor. Having to see a Dr. for this sucks but I am glad to have a caring partner and excellent Dr to help me on my journey.

I liked him and how he was not a knee jerk kind of MD, like my previous endo. My TSH levels were a little low, but he wanted to wait 6 weeks and test again BEFORE he just my dosage down. My other MD wanted to cust my dosage down significantly. And guess what? In 6 weeks, everything was just fine. His office staff is friendly and efficient. I am ususally seen right at my appointment time. I have to drive about an hour to see him, and he is not on my insurance, but I would not go to someone else.
