Bobby O Tackitt II

Dr.Tackitt was my gyno for 20 yrs but all the sudden he decided not refill scripts that he was doing for years and his bedside manner had changed he was fast and out the door!!!! So sad that a Dr. can change all the sudden with NO EXPLANATION!!! I do not recommend him if u r looking for a Dr. who has compassion and bedside manners!!

Dr. Tackitt has been my OBGYN for about 20 years. He has always treated me like I was part of his family. He takes time to answer my million questions and he explains every option in detail. I am so thankful for such an amazing doctor. He truly is the best!!!!

Dr. Tackitt is amazing! He delivered all 3 of my children via c-section, and he has taken great care of me and my babies. He made my scar look flat and barely there. Thank you Dr. Tackitt! You’re an angel!

Absolutely pleased with this practice. I started going here in 2021 for my first pregnancy. All staff is kind and helpful between both offices. I was mostly seen by Dr. Tackitt, Dr. Huffman & Dr. Needham & I have no complaints! He delivered my son via c-section and made my follow ups comfortable despite my nervousness of how I was healing! I have been a patient of Marietta OBGYN for more than 20 years! Dr. Tackitt is amazing! He takes great care but also makes you laugh! Love the staff here and would not choose anywhere else!

Dr. Tackitt and his staff never disappoint. They have been consistent in meeting all my needs in a timely manner and always do so with a smile. I have complete faith in the Dr's professional ability as well as his true compassion for his patients. Thank you for returning my quality of life back.

Dr. Tackitt is fabulous! I saw him for a complicated surgical situation. He was caring, competent and very skilled surgically. His nurse and other staff members were consistently kind and responsive to phone calls, questions, or concerns. Additionally, his sense of humor kept me laughing during a time when I could have just been stressed out and crying. I was referred to Dr Tackitt by my longtime GYN for surgery. It was a scary stressful time and Dr Tackitt was kind and informative about my needs. His bedside manner is great, and after the successful surgery I have stayed on as a patient.

He is always patient centered and makes you feel comfortable right away.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Tackitts for many years and could not imagine going anywhere else. Both the staff and Doctors are all extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommended this practice to anyone.

I have been seeing Dr. T for almost a decade. He always goes the extra mile and his staff are equally as gracious.

Dr Tackitt is upbeat, thoughtful and knowledgeable. I have a lot of complexities in my case, and he take his time to think through the options and select a recommendation and rationale that is data driven and aligned with my objectives.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Tackitt for a few years now and I couldn’t have better things to say about him or the practice. He is the type of guy that will make you laugh out loud but also shows genuine care for you and baby. Going through first time pregnancy I always felt at ease after seeing him because he would answer all my crazy questions, explain all the facts and educate me well and then tell me to stop reading the internet haha! My husband also like him a lot because he likes a doc that can “tell it like it is.” I’m a classic over-thinker and he helped me get over most of that while pregnant. I’d always say to myself “what would Tackitt say.” I’m now on baby #2 and continuing to see him throughout this pregnancy. Although he may not be the one to deliver my babies, he sure does take good care of me while I am in his care. Highly recommend! I love Dr Tackitt, he’s the best. Dr Tackitt’s wonderful manner made me stay because I was about to find somewhere else after I had my baby due to other experiences. Awesome guy. I won’t see anyone else again!!!

Dr. Bobby Tackitt is the best OB/GYN in Atlanta. He been my doctor for than 20 years. I love him. He listens and answers all questions to my understanding. I have recommended him to my friends.

Dr Tackitt saw me through my hysterectomy and other procedures from beginning to end and was there for me every step of the way. He and his staff were always so caring and helpful. I would recommend him as the best surgeon and awesome OBGYN doctor.
