I've been trying to get some answers on what is going on with my current situation, 4 days without a call back is a bit ridiculous. Been dealing with a kidney stone for over a month at this point in constant discomfort and pain but can't get any answers

I've been having some serious issues I've been trying to make an appointment for Dr Murphy over a week now. The receptionist is very rude will not return calls still have not got an appointment from Dr Murphy at this time very disappointed starting to show their unprofessionalism.

You can forget any bad reviews you see here. Last week Dr. Murphy did an emergency surgery on me for a very serious life threatening condition and did a superb job. He has my highest recommendation. Four days after his surgery another superb plastic surgeon closed the wound which had to be left open for drainage. Dr Murphy checked in with me in ICU daily to check progress and make sure all was going well. HIghest recommendations.

I went to see Dr. Murphy because I was having groin pain. He looked me over and scheduled me for ct scan because he thought iT could be kidney stones. It was not kidney stones and he told me i was ok. I called a few days later with the same pain and they told me there is nothing Dr. Murphy can do and schedule an appointment for a month. I ended up getting a 2nd opinion from Dr. Basata. I wasnt even in his office 30 seconds and he told me I had a hernia and needed surgery. I had surgery with Dr. Ash today and he stated i had "6" YES 6 HERNIAS. Now u mean to tell me good old Dr. Murphy cant even diagnose a hernia. I would give this place NEGATIVE 5 STARS IF I COULD DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! Nurses were not very helpful at all. I have the VOICEMAIL saved saying there is nothing wrong and come back in a month. I AM GOING TO TELL MY PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN TO NEVER REFER TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!! I went to see Dr. Murphy because I was having groin pain. Dr Murphy knows what he is doing. Will do everything to get things resolved.

He is a wonderful Dr. Caring and makes you feel comfortable!

Dr Brad Murphy has been my urologist for at least 40 yrs. He has been very good to me and my son whom when he was 10 yrs old had to see him. He’s always been very good at what he does and answers your question too!!! He’s a people person!!!

I have yet to visit the doctor. I may never get there as I can’t get anyone in his office to call me back. Typical of all Genesys physicians. They may be good but their staff is not reliable. 27 hours and counting from first call to request an appointment.

When I had surgery at Genesys Hospital June 1 for the surgery The doctor that insert the breathing tube down my throuth had damaged my vocal cords , I still can't speck . I'm under treatment at UM for help. I can't recommend the care that I recived at Genesys

I have seen Dr, Murphy for a number of years. He has always been so thoughtful and kind. Always takes time for all questions and I feel very comfortable with him. Dr. Murphy has a awesome staff, very polite and helpful. I strongly would recommend Dr. Murphy for your health issues Diana

I am very satisfied with Dr. Murphy. He was up to date on my case and reviewed my chart thoroughly before meeting with me. His bedside manner was very professional and his office staff is efficient. I highly recommend him.

He has no bedside manners and he doesn't make important follow up appointments to o any test or surgery or procedure that is performed on you. He doesn't answer many questions & keeps your information on a "his need to know" basis only! He'll ask what tests from the past were performed on you, but that's because he doesn't pay attention to your charts, or know you or your case. And when you ask about your health, he will let you that it pleases him that you're interested, but won't answer the Q
