Such excellent workers in all phases of dentistry

I've been a patient of Dr. Sata since he took over the practice, and I couldn't ask for a better experience. His staff makes visits comfortable, his chairside manner is outstanding and takes the pain of going to the dentist away. Great work, great comfortable atmosphere and always friendly.

Dr Sata is knowledgeable and sensitive to how I am feeling during my appointments. I would gladly recommend him.

I am treated well and get my dental work done professionally without having to wait in the office.

Dr.Sata is amazing. Him and his office staff are always friendly and pleasant. My son had to get in right away to take care of a cavity issue. He had to have his braces removed to take care of the problem and Dr. got him the next day so we could go back to the ortho to get the braces back on. My family has gone to Dr. Sata for at least 20 years and he has never disappointed us. My son is 26 lives in Ann Arbor and stills drives up here to see him. Relationships go a long way.

Dr. Sata & his staff are the nicest people. They make your visit as comfortable as possible.

I truly appreciate how kind, caring and genuinely concerned about their patients Dr. Sata and his entire staff are. And, I trust Dr. Sata implicitly to do any dental work I need.

I always have a positive time at my appointments with Dr Sata. My hygienist is kind and friendly! I had to wait 15 minutes today but that hardly ever happens. I've been going to Dr Sata since he started at his office and will continue to do so :)

Couldn't have been better!

Great dental service, friendly office staff.

Dr. Sata and his team are WONDERFUL. I’ve been to a few dentists in my time but none have been so kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. I feel that they are what dentistry should strive for!

Today was not a typical day for me, My blood pressure dropped way to low and so did my sugar. Everyone knew what to do. No one panicked. Dr Sata was awesome and so was his staff. I would recommend them to everyone .thank you all so much for the care I received .

I have never written a review for a health care provider, so that says a whole lot. Dr. Sata and his entire staff (including Remi) are awesome, awesome people! I used to have alot of anxiety about going to the dentist.  I have had a few bad experiences in the past with other dentists.  I had a crown come off that I had for about 40 years. My old dentist replaced the crown with a new one......the new crown came off twice in about 2 months. 6 years went by while I was using temporary crown cement to keep my crown in place (I do not recommend using temporary cement for as long as I did) because I didnt know where to go or who I could trust.  I ended up having pain issues with that tooth under the cap. I did not want to go see a dentist, I didn't trust them, but I knew I had to. My daughter recommend her dentist. She assured me that Dr. Sata would take very good care of me. My daughter was right! Dr. Sata was great! I cannot say enough good things about Dr and his team.  Dr. Sata has made my anxiety pretty much disappear. My entire family are now patients of Dr. Sata, including my small grandchildren and my special needs daughter. Dr. Sata is absolutely wonderful with my special needs daughter, she cant wait to go see her new dentist. I trust Dr. Sata and his staff 200%! Dr always answers my question and takes time to explain everything he is doing. He has a very calm manner and makes us all feel very comfortable. I would give 10 stars if I could. I have never experienced the kindness and professionalism that I experienced at this office. I had lost my front tooth, and was really having a hard time finding a dentist that could give me a legit series of procedures I would ha e to go through in order to eventually get my bridge. Not only did these guys give me a solution, they sat on the phone 30+ minutes multiple times with my insurance company fighting for them to ensure they would cover me. Throughout the process, even on days I wasn't scheduled to come see them, they would call me to ensure me that they hadn't forgot about me and were still working on my case. And that's just the front desk. Dr. Sata is amazing. He goes above and beyond to ensure that you are taken care of in the best way possible. Even on days they were booked, if I had an emergency, he did his best to get me in. I will never look elsewhere when it comes to the well-being of my teeth. Dr. Sata's office was all around the best example of customer service I have ever experienced. I highly recommend this office. Especially if you're somewhat nervous about the dentist. Excellent dentist, wonderful dental staff. When you arrive they go out of their way to make you comfortable, it's a very family-friendly practice.. Finally I have found the type of dentist that treats the problem instead of pushing Cosmetic Dentistry. Thank you Dr Sata and your beautiful staff.

I have been going to Dr. Sata since he opened the practice here in Grand Blanc. He and his staff are very professional and caring. I will miss Cindy (who will be retiring before too long) who has cleaned my teeth for longer than I care to remember. Went for my semi annual cleaning today. Hygienist Corine (not sure of the name) does a nice job. Pleased with the staff and the doctor (even though he is a Michigan fan). As usual, excellent semi annual check up today. Dr. Sara and his staff are excellent. Appointment today to install a permanent crown. Got in and out quickly (perhaps 20 total minutes). Very prompt. Dr. Sata and Karina were amazing! Not to mention Sherry at the front desk was amazing and super sweet as well! My son is 4 and was not scared by any means, very gentle and explain and let them see what they are doing! Highly recommend !

We LOVE Dr. Sata and all of his staff! All three of my kids have grown up going to him, and they have never been afraid of going to the dentist. He is hands down the best around! He is patient, caring, and always takes the time to explain everything that needs to be done. He's totally worth the half hour drive it takes us to see him.

The office staff always makes me feel welcome. Their professionalism along with Dr. Sata's expertise is the best in Grand Blanc.

Dr.Sata was very helpful and not pushy about my care. Suggested different affordable options in care plan. I will definitely be seeing him again.

Dr. Sata’s office has definitely changed my experience going to the dentist. I feel so much more comfortable there then any other dentist I have been to. Everyone there is so kind. Another great semi-annual teeth cleaning -- went very easily, friendly dental assistant, nice conversation with Dr. Sata, and out in less than one hour.

Most kind, compassionate & friendly dentist and office staff I have ever been to. Went in due to an emergency/pain issue and continuing with additional treatment. They go above and beyond from initial treatment, follow-up calls (after treatment) convenient appointments & expectations. So happy to have found them

Dr Sata and his team are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The office is clean and protocols are followed. I drive an hour and 15 minutes to the office and have been going there about 14 years.

I can't say enough good things about Dr Sata and his fantastic staff. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Grand Blanc dental Center to anyone. Up to date, clean, great established covid-19 protocols, and everyone is very welcoming and friendly.

What a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The warm and inviting atmosphere feels more like visiting a good friend that you haven’t seen in a while. Sincere smiles and a engaging team seamlessly see that everything is addressed and every concern is tended to. No crazy jargon, no stuffy our condescending lectures, no judgement ! Nope none of that anxiety inducing atmosphere found here. Sign in, sit back in the waiting room that is very relaxing and spacious. All safety protocols are in place for everyone’s safety. Adorable little mascot is the hidden gem if you want your heart to melt with the cuteness overload. (Paw bumps Optional) The tech is all state of the art and decor calm and serene. Oh that’s right critique something…. Hmmm tough call to find anything to improve upon. Always had dental issues my entire life (thanks genetics for that one ) so I probably have been in the chair more than most and that’s when Dr Sata puts his purposeful but practical chair side manner to good use with detailed simple explanations and advice to respectfully not was time or money with unnecessary procedures. Respect is felt when he advises the best course of action but supports any plan you want you follow ensuring all your clinical needs are met and performed to all industry guidelines. Don’t really like dentist visits? Who does? You leave thinking, wow that was a great visit! Multiple billing options ensure they are just as easy on the wallet as well. Super friendly from start to finish leaves you looking forward to coming back to visit again! Being from Michigan and around the industry his entire life sets DR Sata or Milan as he is a normal easy going DDS who is a real person first who also happens to be an incredible Dentist! Taking care of the community and surrounding area with over 20 + years in Grand Blanc. Easy to get to with a large parking lot with plenty of parking as it should be! The provide every service under the sun and if you happen to need something out of the ordinary a specialist is part of the network close by and just a phone call away. It’s hard to find such a dedicated and well oiled team like they have and it shows by the quality of everything they do, say and touch.
