Dr. Akpinar provides unmatched services to the children of Flint, Mi.

Dr. Akpinar is an amazing doctor! The medical assistants are always polite and professional. He was actually my pediatrician when I was a child and now I take my two boys to him. Out of the 14 years that my children have been to Dr. Akpinars’ Childrens clinic, I’ve never waited more than 30 minutes.

I really love them at there they treat you like family.the nice ones lol.they are sweet.

Been my first child doctor since before she was 1 will be all my kids primary!!!

He has know my children since the day they were born and now they are 18,15,16 he's a very good doctor and the nurses are good too. My children are gonna continue to see him untill they put us out!!????

My girls & I LOVE Dr. Akpinar & his whole staff!! We've been going to them for the past 8 years! We won't go to anyone else! Their ALWAYS kind, caring, considerate & greet you with a beautiful smile!! Reguardless of their professional advice or opinion they LISTEN to your personal concerns & opinions about your child even if they may not agree.. That is VERY hard to find in doctors & their staff.. I can't stand it when a doctor or nurse thinks that you have no clue what your talking about when it comes to yourself, your child, family members or someone you love! That is not true! Nobody knows yourself, family or loved one like you do! I think it matters an should be taken into consideration with their professional advice.

Dr. Akpinar is very caring, and takes his time to understand your child’s issues and assures he takes care of the issues!

not sure if the doctor know what is going on in his office after 3 pm no one answer the I tried several time no success this can be dangerous

Never had any issues with this office until yesterday. Had a wellness check for my children and sat in the waiting room for a hour. Why double book if you can’t keep up? Asked the one girl how far behind they were and she said 2 people in front of you. After 4 more people went back, I went back up to ask again how long as we had other things to do and stood there with no recognition. We walked out!! He is the best doctor I have come in contact with. He really cares for my kids and I love, love, love the staff.

Dr Akpinar has taken great care of my son's. Jake has CP and had some issues when he was very young. Dr Akpinar stayed all night at the hospital with us, went in and saw his office patients the next morning and then came back to the hospital again. Dr. Akpinar was my pediatrician growing up and now treats my own children. His office is always very busy, and wait times can be somewhat longer than the average wait time, but it’s part of providing such great care. He takes the time to address the concerns of parents, build a good rapport with the children, and make sure he is providing good thorough care. Love this office!

Very rude. Told me my daughter had a bend in her leg and be a better parent and watch her closely while she walks but wouldn't do anything for it. Even pushed me after I tried to leave because he was so upset I recently took her to the emergency room.. all this after I waited to be seen after an 1hour and 30 mins

Amazing Doctor

I love my kids’ pediatrician. I have been taking them to him for four years now. He’s friendly and treats me like I know what I’m doing (which I dang well ought to, three kids in). I can always get an appointment when I need one. He has a great staff their friendly as well and are always there to lend a helping hand.

I can not rate this doctor since I ended up walking out after waiting over an hour for a Wellness visit with my 3 and 5 year old. This is way too long for a pedestrian'so office to make you wait and is unacceptable.

He really listens to parents concerns and is not one of those doctors who throws a perscription a every probem,

He loves his job and that's what I like about him! You can tell he cares for children. He went out of his way on his day off just to see my daughter when she was having issues with extreme jaundice. The only issue is the wait because he is a walk in clinic as well. The most I ever waited for an appointment was about 30 minutes.

Waited 2 hours to be seen without explanation. Once he arrived to the exam room he began questioning the baby about why he missed his last appointment then turned to me and asked why did you miss your last appointment. he speaks in a belittling tone. Nice staff however.

Great doctor

Very good pediatrician I would recommend him to anybody that needs their child or children to be seen.

Wonderful man great doctor he has been with my family for 17 years so very glad he and his staff treats us like family

Waiting 2 hours for a check up is insane then he just referred us out. Also never bothered to touch my daughter for her 6mn check up. How do you do a 6mn check with out TOUCHING the child?
