My earwax blockage was causing alot of issues for me. I was in the doctors office for less then 30 minutes including wait time. Very nice and professional staff. He had my ears cleaned and gave me home instructions for future care. 10/10 thank you so much.

I have been seeing Dr. Mukkamala for several years and have always been pleased with his depth of knowledge as well as his kind demeanor. I highly recommend Dr. Mukkamala to anyone in need of an ENT.

I was looking forward to seeing Dr Mukkamala because he has generally great reviews and accepts my insurance. Unfortunately, it is office policy to not accept patients whose PCPs are not in Genesee county, which isn't something I have ever encountered before with any type of doctor. Took care of my issue professionally and accurately. He is a kind Doctor who consistently gives back to the community. A+ rating

Previously a patient of Dr M for over 20 yrs. & used to love him. He removed tonsils & adenoids on myself & my 2 daughters & did a fantastic job. Little to no wait time on appts. I recently saw him for the first time in several years. He examined me for approx 1 min and gave an extremely brief diagnosis. He didn’t seem to welcome any questions I had and answered them as briefly as possible. He seemed rushed to finish. This happened twice over 2 visits each for a separate issue. I was very upset & disappointed and have had to find a new ENT who is actually willing to listen & address my concerns, both of which turned out to be serious issues. If I was a problem patient or my ins was an issue, which i am only guessing since I’m clueless as to the change in treatment by Dr M, I would much rather have had that addressed beforehand or even be dismissed as a patient rather than be treated as I was. Previously I happily referred him but will no longer after my recent experience

They got my son scheduled quickly and he was seated and examined right away. Dr. Mukkamala answered all my questions and we were out of there in no time. He was easy to talk to and seemed caring. Highly recommend Dr. Mukkamala!

Dr. Mukkamala was so caring, patient, and listened to all of my concerns. He put all my fears at ease and explained everything thoroughly and with so that I could understand. I would highly recommend anyone with ENT issues to go see Dr. Mukkamala! He is one of the best doctors in the area!

I just visited Dr. Mukkamala today for an ear issue. He was patient and kind and listened intently to my ear concerns as well as the other concerns that I thought might affect my hearing. He took his time, and I was so relieved after leaving his office.

The office visit went very quickly. There was only a short wait until the Doctor came in. He was very friendly and took care of my problem. I felt very comfortable with the fact that mask were worn to protect both of us. If I have any more problems with my ears I will see him again.

Dr. Mukkamala was very professional and explained everything to my son he was going to do! Pre and post visits fast and on time. Surgery day Dr. Mukamala communicated with me through txt after surgery was complete. He answered all my questions, Due to Covid restrictions. Office staff were just as wonderful!

Everyone was especially nice and attentive. I was worked into the day and still had no wait while there. Dr. Mukkamala was very professional and dealt with the issue I was having. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is need of an ENT.

Dr. Mukkamala made an excellent first impression on me. My appointment was at 11:45 A.M. and I arrived about 10 minutes early. I went straight to the room and the Dr. was there BEFORE I even took my coat off and sat down! He was very polite and professional. He asked what was going on, fixed it, asked if I had any questions and told me to call him if I needed him again. I was in and out before my actual scheduled appointment. I'm not saying everyone's visit will be as smooth as mine because some will have problems more complexed but this visit was definitely refreshing.

My primary care/Nurse Practitioner was adamant about Dr. Mukkamala. I had a growth coming out of my nose and she said I needed to see my ENT, not my skin doctor. So I made the appoint with some apprehension, but the office staff was great on the phone. I got an appointment right away, and was taken back right at my appointment time. Dr. Mukkamala was friendly, caring and examined my growth. He told me in plain English what it was, what he proposed – and would I like to proceed RIGHT THEN, to have it removed. I had already planned in my mind that I would have to make a 2nd visit, and the time and worry that would take. But he said he could prep the area (deaden) and remove it now. It healed as he said it would, and the growth is gone and not come back. It healed nicely. He was just the best, and I would not hesitate to return – or suggest him to others. And office staff/nurse were nice day-of too. I see now why my NP spoke of him so highly. 5-stars, and thank you Dr. Mukkamala!

I recently had a septoplasty and bilateral endoscopy and the results were amazing! This is the first time in over 50 years that I have been able to breath freely through my nose. Thank you Dr. Mukkamala! Everything turned out exactly the way you told me I could expect. I appreciated the time you took to explain the procedures and your willingness to answer my questions putting any fears at ease. Thanks again.

Absolutely wonderful and caring doctor. My 7 year old and 4 year old are patients and he is great with them. Takes time with each patient and doesn't rush you out. He has done two operations on my 4 year old and the after care was outstanding. Always available for questions and concerns. Best doctor hands down! Love him!

Service was great, visit was 6/2/18, left office "We will let you know what you owe". FIRST bill I received was 8/4/18 and was informed via extra letter that we were no longer patients because we failed to make payments to our account. Front of bill: "THIS IS YOUR FINAL STATEMENT. IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 30 DAYS... TRANSFERRED TO COLLECTION" ????? Calling and getting voice message this is Melissa. ??? He needs better acct. co. Poor business practices.

Dr. Mukkamala is the best of the best. He has performed three surgeries on our young children. The office staff are kind and doctor knew exactly what to say to help put our fears aside during a few of scariest moments of our lives. This weekend our four-year-old daughter had a sudden onset of hearing loss and urgent care could not find a cause. Dr. Mukkamala stopped what he was doing on a Sunday morning and went into his office to examine our daughter. How many doctors do you know that do that!

The Dr. is a down to earth fella'. Easy to talk to and was very good at explaining my issue in a way that was easy for me to understand. After filling out my initial paperwork for my 1st time visit, I was in and out w/ in 20 minutes tops. He is a must to use for your E.N.T. issues!

My 90 year old mother and I saw Dr. Mukkamala yesterday. We were incredibly impressed with his professionalism, kindness, and punctuality. We have never been in and out of a dr.'s office so quickly, yet we felt that all of our questions were thoroughly answered. I would highly recommend Dr. Mukkamala to anyone with ENT issues.

Dr. Mukkamala is very nice! My 8 year old daughter goes to him for ear problems and she really likea him and feels very comfortable around him. His staff is equally nice!!!!

We went to Dr. Mukkamala for a second opinion and immediately decided he is our new ENT. He listened and formulated a plan to treat my son. His staff was incredible (Stephanie went out of her way to help!) . The whole staff was friendly and organized. Thank you so much!

Dr. Mukkamala was prompt and very helpful, he answered all my questions and took the time to throughly explain every possibility. He didn't just do a 5 minute consultation then bill me a office visit and set up another appointment for a simple procedure. He took care of the issue on the spot and his professionalism is above reproach to most Drs I highly recommend him as one of the best Doctor I have ever seen. He clearly sets the tone for his staff as they are the best.

My daughter needed her tongue clipped. And he was very confident and made me feel safe with him doing the procedure.

Went to see Dr. Mukkamala due to sinus issues. He explained what the plan was and explained why this route would be taken. Did not feel rushed at all!

Very quick, does not take time to explain anything, arrogant in his diagnosis and does not listen to what the patient is telling him their symptoms are, but yet and still he gives a diagnosis!

Dr. Mukkamala was very nice and helpful with seeing my son for a first time visit. He made me feel content with his diagnosis and treatment plan.

My 21 year old son was diagnosed with cholesteatoma at age 5. After 3 surgeries he was on a 2X a year maintenance program with his doctor at Mott's Children Hospital. At our last visit we were told that his doctor of 16 years was retiring. Since we needed to meet someone new, we decided to find an ENT closer to where we live. Dr. Mukkamala impressed us from the moment he walked in the exam room and greeted us. He is friendly, confident and compassionate. We are thrilled to have found him!

I have been a patient of Dr Mukkamala for about 10 years, he has performed, surgery on me, and taken great care of my ENT needs especially my ears. He has always been professional, and very qualified to fix what's ailing me, and answered all my questions. His staff is awesome, helpful, always smiling, accommodation in their care. Dr Mukkumala has a warm smile and a relaxed manner that conveys a feeling that he truly cares about helping people, more than he cares about making the most money. Two people whom I referred to him came away with the thought that he could fit them with hearing aids but the really didn't need them at this point. This was after one of them, in fact, had visited a widely advertised hearing aid seller who was quite willing to fit them with an expensive set that just happened to be "on special."

For only being there two times I would recommend anyone to Dr. Mukkamala. The office staff both times have been very personable and pleasant when approach or if you have a question. I have ever had to wait pass my appointment time. Dr. Mukkamala is also very personable and pleasant.

Dr. Mukkamala is easily the best Ear, Nose, and Throat specialist in Genesee County. The thing that sets him apart is his approach when helping patients, particularly children. I have seen first hand his ability to diagnose ear issues, treat them accordingly, and then provide us as parents with the information needed to prevent further issues. He is relaxed, confident, and extremely knowledgeable and I can say that we cannot, nor will not take our daughter to any other ear specialist.
