Dr. Bradley Tayler Hammond

I was recommended to NW Oral & Facial for teeth removal of 2 back molars. Staff was friendly and dr. Seemed nice. Had an intern with him. I'm still numb since before Christmas. Miserable experience and I still need implants but I will not go back here. Office is aware I had no feeling weeks after but I was told "you'll get it back". Only follow up appt was for implants, not for nerve damage. I will not be going back for the next appt.

Horrible. I had wisdom teeth removed from there almost 5 years ago and has resulted in permanent nerve damage. And fast forward to now, I now need surgery because those spots turned into really bad cavitations.

Just giving a shout-out for my superb experience at Dr Bradley Hammond oral surgeon! I needed a surgical excision of a tooth and had horrible fear getting this done. I had very bad dental experiences as a child/young adult and while I get cleanings every 6 months, I've not needed any work since my last bad experience 45 years ago. I made my anxiety known to him (I was crying) and the bedside manner of both him and his entire staff put me at ease. Not an issue to be had.

Had gone to another oral surgeon for a recurring benign tumor. He did the surgery, it grew back, he did it again and said he'd never had this happen more than twice. Well it grew back for me! Went to Dr Brad. He did extensive work and said he would almost guarantee it would not grow back again. Well, I am here to say I had my follow up this morning and--after a four-year ordeal-- it is FINALLY gone. Dr Hammond and staff are the best! I was at another dental office and they were not able to fix the issue I was having with one of my implants. I had not seen Dr Hammond in about 10+ years. With one phone call, the office said come on in and in less than an hour, the issue was fixed at no charge . Dr Hammond really cares about his patients. Thank you so very much for helping me. I could write a lengthy paragraph extolling the virtues of Dr. Hammond and his entire staff, but suffice it to say that this was the most pleasant dental experience I have ever had to the point of being enjoyable. I highly recommend him.

Both my boys had their wisdom teeth removal with Dr. Hammond and both experiences were very good. The staff is friendly and Dr. Hammond’s personality is calming and friendly.

Dr. Hammond is the best! He is very thorough and explains everything very well. He listens to concerns and genuinely cares. I have and will continue to recommend him and his office. He is always available to help calm the nerves of scaredy cat patients, also. He is definitely a 5 star Dr!

I was referred to Dr. Hammond due to my complex medical history. I have a history of severe reactions to anesthesia, so I was very nervous about the procedure I needed. Dr. Hammond listened to my concerns, didn't brush me off (like other doctors do), and came up with a game plan that used the least amount of anesthesia, but made sure I didn't feel pain. The procedure was quick and painless, and I cried tears of appreciation at the end. I was so relieved and grateful that I even hugged him! And his assistant, Felicia, was so great. I was having anxiety before the procedure, and she was so sweet and kind, and helped me so much. I had an amazing experience and my family will only be going to Dr. Hammond's in the future. Very professional and great quality!

Very compassionate and patient. Dr. Hammond was very professional and caring with my family member. His demeanor and service was night and day different than the last oral surgeon we visited. I totally recommend Dr. Hammond.

Dr. Hammond is amazing. He actually cares about his patients, he spends time evaluating your situation, he explains everything, and answers your questions. I had to do four complicated wisdom teeth extractions, he eased my worries and the surgery went very very well. I really did not feel anything and recovery was fast. Outstanding he accepted me when others would not. He understood the pain I was going through. The root canal was done in a very professional way. Highly recommended!

Absolutely love this DR. he's one of the most caring doctors I've ever met. He always works his absolute best for his patients. His staff are always very kind and welcoming. I would 100% send all my friends here.

He is truly am amazing human being. We have gone to him for all of our surgical needs for my entire family. Which has been extensive. He has the best demeanor of any dentist or doctor I have dealt with. Our financial bills for all of this was weighing heavily. But he stepped in without asking and helped us out. Making it possible for us to finish what we needed. I would recxommend him to anyone who needs any surgical dental work done. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Thank you Dr. Bradley Hammond. I have been so very pleased with Dr Hammond and his staff. They are so very courteous and helpful. Have been so very pleased with his work. He is definitely a perfectionist! I come from out of state and recommend him to all of my friends.

I arranged to have my wisdom teeth taken out last month. Spoke to the office about the total cost and the co-pay and deductible. They estimated my charges to be approx $100 and then I received a bill for 5 times that amount. When I called to question the office, they told me that the amount was correct and they only give an estimate. The estimate wasn't even in the ballpark range. I've been totally mislead and had I known that it would have costed me $500 dollars to have my wisdom teeth taken

I have been a dental implant patient of Dr. Hammond's for more than seven years. I cannot give him enough stars; he is top drawer! On a personal note, I first met Dr. Hammond when he was studying at the University of Nebraska and assisting my second full mouth restoration at the U of NE Med Center, which included many dental implants in my back teeth. After we moved to Goodyear, I found that he was working in Surprise and was able to reconnect with him and his new office. Since my front teeth are failing with age, I am very lucky to be able to always count on Dr. Hammond to assuage my fears and fix my complex dental issues with his superior skills. He has "installed" seven implants with more to follow as my teeth wear out. His staff is outstanding, and his team is extremely efficient and pleasant. As you can surmise, I have spent a great deal of time in dentists' chairs in many different states and I can honestly attest that Dr. Bradley Hammond is, without a doubt, the most skillful, honest, and personable dentist I have found in my 70+ years of life. You would be smart to check out Northwest Valley and Facial Surgery. Not only is Dr. Hammond a skilled oral surgeon as a board certified DDS, but he is also an MD and does plastic surgery as well. I had an excruciating toothache. My dentist was out of town. I called Dr Hammond's office at 8:30 in the morning. They told me to come in immediately. By, 10:00, my problem was taken care of. Everyone in the office was caring and helpful.
