Today i have called the office to get a dr's note to go back to work.i called 4 times between 9am to 3:30 and left messages with each person answered the phone to let me know before the office close and one person said they close at 4 and another person said 4:30 and i have got no calls from them. This place is 20 minutes from my place. Because Of their irresponsiveness i am not able to go to work the next day. I dont think staff pass the messages timely. Got me in right away in response to my note thru' patient Portal last night. The staff are great. I like my twin Drs. Bains & Rakkar very much. Her partner, Dr Bains is my regular PCP. They are twins and so am I so loved that.

Dr Rakkar has been my Primary Care physician for over two years. She is very competent and caring. I am happy knowing that she will be there for me she will be there for me when needed.

Dr. Rakkar was a new primary care doctor for me. As soon as I entered her office, I was made to feel welcome. I barely had time to sit down & realize that I had left my phone at home before I was called back to the exam room. The MA had a great sense of humor & knew her job well. I have quite a medical history so I had brought in quite a bit of information.. Dr. Rakkar took the time to look at every page. She asked questions & gave me time to ask questions. She immediately ordered lab work & other items that I wasn't up to date on. JoAnn, the main MA at the front desk, did a heroic & compassionate job of trying to help me get transportation home, since I had left my phone & couldn't call my medical transport. She tried to reach my sister via texts & phone messages. When they locked the door for lunch, she told me exactly where they would be eating & to holler if I needed anything. She finally called me a Lyft so that I could get home. All of the staff are courteous and ready to help in any way that they can. I had been searching for a new primary care doctor. Finding a good one began to seem like the Impossible Dream. I chose Dr. Rakkar as she had positive reviews, and her office was close to my home. From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel welcome. I barely had time to sit down & realize that I had left my phone at home before I was called in. I had brought in lots of medical information, and Dr. Rakkar reviewed all of it. She gave me plenty of time to ask questions & to tell her what I needed. She answered clearly & succinctly. She is compassionate but very competent. I was unable to reach my medical transport as I had left my phone at home, JoAnn (the main person at the front desk) called my sister & texted her to see if she could come & pick me up. It was the staff's lunch hour, so they had to lock the front door. JoAnn made sure that I knew where they were eating & could come & ask for anything that I might need. I can't thank her enough!

Worst office in the world. Horrible receptionist. SLOW rude

Dr. Rakkar she so so ok but she and her nurses don't communicate to each that well or non at all and the nurses will tell you the Dr says this about you meds or whatever it is and they will lie to you. There no team player and the Dr will come in and out fast and sometime she fights with you or don't listen. I lost all trust in them. There lies and more got me in the hospital cause they were not truthful with me. So you want at trusted Dr don't go to this one. Dr. Rakkar always has time and listens to patients. Refers appropriately. I have referred several friends to her and they are all happy with her

She is through and listens to you. She does not push pills and always has options for treatment.

So happy to have found Dr. Rakkar. She is very attentive and she's you personally each visit! She addressed my concerns directly and I felt very safe and comfortable. Her office is very organized which helps get the patients the care they need. I recommend her highly.

Both my husband and I had her as our physician. The only reason we no longer use her is that we moved to Dallas Texas and she would not come with us.

Nice doctor but sometimes they bill you for your copay after you already paid in the office! In the past this has been a problem but now I only pay when they mail the bill.

Spends very little time with patient (less than 5 minutes on average even though no one's in the waiting room), somewhat personable but conveys rushed attitude, front office staff are not friendly. Excellent follow through with labs, tests, etc.
