I had A2M injections in both knees. Dr. Lundquist explained what she was going to do and why. Everyone made me feel comfortable, while being professional.

Doctor Lundquist is an amazing physician. She treats you with kindness and really listens. Has many options for treatments and continues her research on cutting edge procedures. I trust her completely as she has helped me immensely. Her staff is friendly & knowledgeable.

She always takes the time to answer my questions and I am so pleased with the excellent results of the medical procedure she and her team have provided.

Very cheerful Office staff and very courteous. Office neat and clean. Always on time with your appointment. Dr Lundquist is polite and goes all out to help you to relieve your pain and advice which treatment would be best for you. Thank you Dr Lundquist!

Dr. Lundquist when she first started this practice was a wonderful caring doctor who seemed very open minded and seemed to truly care. Maybe she cared too much because recently she doesn't seem to care about much else than squeezing every single dollar she can out of insurance companies. Now I am sure this has to do with how little they want to pay, but I can tell you first hand that her caring about patients first seems to have fallen off. When ever I had any issue and was in extreme pain she would get me in and perform an emergency procedure to help alleviate the pain. Now she has gotten to have her gastapo stop from seeing her. And all of the PA's and NP she tries to push you off on can't do much of anything. She was a great doctor many years ago. If you saw her then and compare to now, you'd think it was two different doctors. Doctor Lundquist is an amazing doctor. She’s been working with me for almost 3 years, after a car accident. With her cutting edge treatments I’ve gotten my life back.

I've been seeing Dr. Lundquist for over 9 years now and she's the best pain specialist in the area that who cares for her patients and since I've seen here for knee treatments , from. lower back pain to a spinal cord stimulator that takes the pain away from my lower back and my knees from Boston Scientific and not needed any pain medications for since mid 2018. I am so happy I found Dr Wendy Lundquist to aid me with pain issues I have had for 3 years now. She and her staff have been of great help and she explains what options I have to deal with my pains in a caring and clear manner and she was able to get the pain in my back pretty much cured with a procedure called Vertiflex. Very professional and courteous staff from the moment you arrive to the time your done with visit or procedure. Always a positive experience every time I have been there.

She is thorough and explains things well and is active to help with one’s pain issues.

I was having trouble walking after a run. It got so bad that I could hardly walk after a few weeks. I was referred to Dr. Lundquist and she injected both knees with growth factors. After 6 weeks I am able to walk and no pain. I am actually amazed and I cannot explain who great it is. Dr. Lundquist is also a very caring person. Thank you Dr. Lundquist

Felt listened to and got great advice.

All of the doctors and staff have been great with my treatment, which has changed frequently with my progress. Always improving with the least invasive treatment possible, and the staff very patient with a detail oriented person. Referral manager stays on top of my insurance needs (government insurance) better than all of my other specialists, i have 8 of them.

The staff at Dr. Lundquist is very helpful and are always willing to listen and take care of your needs. I see Dr. Lundquist and Maegan Kitzmann and they have both given me excellent care and take time to know me and understand the pain I experience and always give be the best care. I recommend this pain care team because of their great care and excellent staff.

I have been a patient at Active Life for a couple of months now and continue to find the staff very welcoming. Dr Smith listens and reacts showing a genuine concern for patient care. I definitely recommend Active Life.

I would give 5 stars for the level of care. But I'm a bit upset because they stopped taking my insurance...which is completely lame. Seems like all Dr's should take all insurance, if they truly believe their oath, to help people. I'm sure that they have their reasons...but it probably comes down to money...as it does for all Dr's. For any Dr to decide to not take an insurance, means that they are putting money, over me getting the care that I need. NOT saying this is the case here for sure...but I'm just not sure, and not happy about it. Because Wendi was the best Dr I've ever had. That why I said, 5 stars for the care she provides. Just over a year ago i became a sceptical patient. After my first injection i was hiking a hill with limited complications. After a few more treatments and some acupuncture my pain has gone from an 8 to 10 almost daily to a 0 to 3 (most days 0). After 14 yrs of pain i was happy to take the 3, but my 0's are amazing. It really hit me when i was walking my property where i work with a coworker and she said "remember last year when you would have to stop all the time because your back and leg hurt so bad? Now all i see is you zooming around walking everywhere all the time." Funny how simple things like walking were so hard and now i can do it without hesitation. I have struggled with horrible headaches for year. Dr. Lundquist and her team ran the proper test to find out what was going on. I am so happy with their treatment as I haven't been experiencing headaches for months now.. I could not be happier :)

The staff was very courteous. The Dr was attentive, and was able empathize with my military experiences. I have only had my initial visit, and I have not received treatments, yet. I am hoping the treatment is as good as the customer service.
