I think she's a great doctor she's been working with me for months trying to get my diabetes under control.

I have built many healthcare practices all across the US. This is the ONLY office that cannot respond with reasoning when referring you out to a specialist. They additionally cannot be bothered to answer the phones for anyone for scheduling, payment of bills, updating demographics, or reporting a serious change in medical condition. I have had this confirmed from multiple sources aside from experiencing this myself. Not only is this malpractice, but also extremely detrimental to patients with serious or chronic illness. To the managing physician, I suggest replacing your staff and addressing the apparent operational issues. Until this happens, I suggest prospective and current patients seek another primary care physician whom can, at the very least, answer the phones. Got into appointment on time which is great but it went downhill from there She rushed me and left the room while I was still talking. I had to follow her into her office to get the info I definitely won't be back

She is not a good doctor. She gives you 9min. In her office. I requested MRI and different blood work to see what was going on with me because I was in so much pain and she refused to give me an order after my X-ray I had to keep calling her to find out my results.

Good Doctor..

Our dear Dr. is very kind and listens attentively to all of our concerns. She never belittles any requests we make as some have done in the past. My husband and I are grateful for all that she has done for us.

Dr Bains took time to talk to me and she found things on my mammogram that my previous Dr missed. I had leaking implants that was compromising my health that showed on both my previous and current xrays. Dr Bains was the only one that caught it. I was able to have surgery and am very much better. I moved from the area, but am forever grateful for Dr Bains. Just wish she could still be my GP. Dr Bains took time to talk to me and she found things on my mammogram that my previous Dr missed. When I see Dr Bains I am always so gratified that when she enters the exam room she is never reading the chart to brush up on who I might be. She knows who I am and that is so important. I'm happy that she listens intently to me and allows me to be an important part of my health choices.

Always spends the time necessary to thoroughly explain everything.

I am a fairly new patient of Dr. Bains. I had my second visit for a physical yesterday. Her staff was friendly and professional. The doctor was professional and thorough. Her schedule was timely, and my wait in the reception area was less than 10 minutes. I am a proactive patient, so I had quite a few questions to ask her. She came back to the treatment room after my physical was completed and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. However, I wish her manner was a little more warm.

I have had serious medical problems & Dr. Bains is very knowledgeable & thorough. I feel lucky to have her as my primary care Dr. The staff at the front desk are extremely busy and also do a good job.

Staff are Inappropriate and unprofessional. Staff will lie to you. When my pharmacy made a three-way call to my doctors office I could not believe how inappropriate they were with the pharmacy. The staff seem to lack common decency, medical knowledge and an understanding of how a pharmacy works. Staff complicate every aspect of your medical care. Don't try getting a referral here. Can' I give half a star? The doctor is only as good as her staff and they blew it. NO TRUST and NO CONFIDENCE!

Every time I call there they either put me on hold or they don't answer. I call during normal business hours and I get the after hours voice mail. I called 13 times at 4 pm and no answer then I get the after hours voicemail. The dr is great but the front people need to figure it out.
