I want to see Dr Rich for a second opinion for a labral tear. Even though he knew he wasn't going to be treating me he took the time to explain the surgery, drew diagrams of my problem so I would understand the procedure better and treated me like I was very important. His knowledge, care and bedside manner are top notch. I would definitely go back to see him if I ever needed to and will recommend him anytime.

The service , personnel and the Doctor were very attentive, respectfull and very professional.

I went to Dr. RIch for a first time visit for pain in my calf/knee. He was amazing! His patient bedside manner is excellent! He went over my MRI and explained the issue with me and spent a great deal of time discussing the possible cause and options to remedy my problem. He is light hearted and comes across as a very competent, knowledgeable, caring doctor. I am not surprised he has a five star review. I highly recommend Dr. Rich to anyone who needs a Sports Medicine Doctor. I also want to mention the staff. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent experience all around! Thank you!! I filled out all my paperwork online prior to my appointment. The process was very easy. My appointment was at 3 o’clock. I showed up at 2:50. They brought me back to the exam room at 2:55 which was five minutes earlier than my appointment. I spent about five minutes answering questions for the nurse. Dr. Rich showed up a few minutes after that. He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. Great experience very knowledgeable

The staff was very amicable and listened. Doctor was very personable, listened to my concerns, explained the process and next steps clearly.

Very friendly and informative. He took time to answer all of my questions and included me in making choices for my treatment options. A+ medical professional!

Great customer service from the time you check in until you leave. Everyone there shows they care. Dr Rich was very thorough explaining what’s happening with my knee and after explaining everything he took the time to ask if I had any questions. This was my first visit and I was very impressed.

Dr. Rich is a very professional and lighthearted doctor. I see him several times a year for various orthopedic issues. He always asks questions and gives thorough explanations of the diagnosis and treatment. He has a nice manner with patients and I highly recommend him!

Highly recommend. Great patient interaction. Didn’t assume I knew too much or too little. Quick diagnosis and appropriate care plan. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back or to send my family members.

My visit with Dr Rich was excellent! He was very informative and gave me clear explanations/diagnosis of my condition. We have a plan for moving forward to heal my issue. I definitely chose the right doctor! All of his five star reviews are spot on. Dr. Rich is just wonderful.

Dr Rich is very down to earth and friendly. Explains everything very well regarding your visit.

He cares, he listens, and gives you the opportunity to express what you are feeling. He will explain so you understand and gives you a direction, goal and a plan that works to improve and hopefully solve the problem...that is why I've been coming to him for 20+ years...it is called Confidence & Trust !

I had to wait to get in to see a doctor for a very swollen knee issue. But it paid off. Dr. Rich was fantastic. He explained things so well and we got to the nitty gritty to fix the problem. I cant emphasize enough how painless the draining and cortisone injection process was. I can now go ahead with my work as a waitress with piece of mind, and less fear at the end of my work days. Everyone was very courteous n caring.

Had gel shots in my knees. Was in and out in 15 minutes but didn’t feel rushed. Dr Rich answered all my questions.

Excellent experience, Dr Rich was thorough and clearly explained my problem and the options for treatment.
