Dr. Michel A Sucher

I was summoned to Sucher's office, for an after hours meeting, with 12 hrs notice. My crime purportedly "disruptive physician!" In my opinion, my crime was a solo physician without any political clout which could protect me from the usually work place politics. Upon arriving in empty office, was given paperwork to sign, acknowledging Sucher as my treating physician. I refused under threat of reporting me to State Board as impaired physician. Subsequent independent evaluation under continued threat by Sucher, resulted in referral fees given to Sucher of approximately 5000 dollars. Not to mention 100k to the so called independent (co conspirators) evaluators. At the end of this game, no findings of psychological impairment or infractions from standpoint of State Board. This physician has monetary incentive to find fault and using federal immunity clause for protection, wraps himself in American Flag and will tell you he did it for good of profession and and protection of society. One thing I learned during my experience, pounded into you during your evaluation/treatment, all present and recovering addicts/disruptive physicians are liars! It's their nature. I'm not an addict. Can Sucher say the same? I know given my brief interaction with him, in a career which spands almost 40 years , he lacks integrity.

I wouldn’t know where to start ... I could write a book about Sucher and his personal/professional problems.

Poor integrity, a tendency to self-deal with his buddies and a focus on money over concerned care.

Absolutely horrible customer service, Kristy was horribly rude and unprofessional. Not to mention an evaluation was over $1000 more than close competitors. Highly not recommended.

so many bottles on street with his name with high doses of methadone.

Unfortunately Dr. Sucher seems to have a loose relationship with integrity.

I am shocked by this 'doctor's' recommendations for Dr, Robert Marouk's the 3rd drug induced car accident where he injured innocent drivers , was caught 'shooting up' while driving. Police discovered (only after witnesses demanded the pd look in the trunk of Marouk's car-as heard on 811 tape) They discovered several open bottles of Propaphyl, fentynal and various other narcotics and turnics needles etc. (all w/lot # coinsiding with a 'fake' DEA time controlled safe 'burgerly" ) After being cited with 3 felony counts of DUI and possession. Dr. Marouk was evaluated by Dr. Sucher, in Dr. Marouk's 7 page statement he blames his drug addiction, narcissism & pathelogical lying personality on his wife of 20 years ! Dr. Sucher filled his report with Robert's slander and complete lies about me claiming I was a drug addict, bipolar, abusive etc wife. THE MOST NEGLENT ISSUE ON DR. SUCHER'S SHOULDERS IS THE STATEMENT HE WROTE TELLS OF A PRECALCULATED 'PLOT' DR. MAROUK HAS HAD OVER THE PAST 10 YEARS TO HAVE ME, HIS SOON AS POSSIBLE X-WIFE, LOCKED AWAY SO HE WOULDN'T HAVE TO PAY SPOUSAL MAINTAINCE FOR ME ! I HAVE DEVOTED MY LIFE TO MY FAMILY AND CHILDREN BUT I WAS NEVER GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO PRESENT THE FACTS AGAINST DR. SUCHER AND DR. MAROUK'S FALSE ALLEGATIONS ! FURTHERMORE IT IS COMPLETELY UNETHICAL FOR DR. SUCHER TO HAVCE SUCH A SICK CALCULATED PLAN TO HARM ME SINCE 2007 AND NOT NOTIFY ME OF THE IMMEDIATE DANGER I (AND HIS INNOCENT PATIENTS)AM IN AT THE HANDS OF DR.ROBERT MAROUK ! EVERY SINGLE WORD IN MICHAEL SUCHER'S REPORT IS A LIE TOLD BY ROBERT MAROUK. AND DR. SUCHER DID ABSOULTLY NOTHING ABOUT IT BUT BELIEVED ROBERT MAROUK (AS MANY WRONGLY DO) BECAUSE HE IS A SURGEON. THE COMPLETE LACK OF ETHICAL CONDUCT IN THIS 'SEALED' FILE IS TERRIFYING TO ME AND FOR U. 20 YEARS AGO, I MIGHT HAVE BEEN NIEAVE ENOUGH TO BELIEVE THAT DOCTORS UPHELD PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS OF CONDUCT AND WOULD RESEARCH STATEMENTS GIVEN BY DRUG/PORN ADDICTED SURGEONS. NOT SO, FILES ARE WRONGLY DISMISSED AND SEALED. ROBERT WAS ABLE TO 'BUY' IS WAY OUT OF ALL OF THIS LACKING ANY COMPASSION FOR THE PEOPLE HE'S INJURED. DR. SUCHER HAD HIM GO TO 'REHAB' AT A LUXURY RESORT IN CALIFORNIA COSTING $8K+/MO . WHICH HE STOLE FROM ME UNDER FALSE PRETENSES IN MY ROOM SAFE ($302K) WITH A MONTH HIS LISCENSE WAS REINSTATED AND HE'S BACK CUTTING OPEN PEOPLE IN IS PRIVATE SURGERY CENTER WITH NO SUPERVISION. AND DOES ANY AFTERCARE ONLINE ! I HAVE NEVER MEET DR. SUCHER BUT DO HAVE HIS WRITTEN SIGNED STATEMENT HE & ROBERT FILLED WITH LIES. AND KNOW THE TRUTH...DR. MAROUK DOESN'T EVEN HAVE A DRIVERS LISCENSE BUT DRIVES TO HIS 'TORTURE CHAMBER' SURGERY CENTER AND LETS DIANEE COVER AND LIE FOR HIM. FOR THE RECORD, ROBERT CLAIMED I WAS A BAD MOTHER..ASK ANY SINGLE PERSON AND YOU WILL FIND I AM THE BEST DEVOTED MOTHER. DISPITE THE FACT ROBERT STOLE ALL THE MONEY OUT OF OUR BANK ACCOUNTS, HAS BEEN USING ALIAS FOR YEARS, ABANDON MY SON AND I IN A FORCLOSED HOUSE WITH NO MONEY OR UTILITIES. FILED 29 FALSE POLICE REPORTS AGAINST ME IN 1 YEAR, TRYING TO HAVE ME 'LOCKED AWAY', FALSLY CHARGED ME WITH ARSON, ASSULT, THEFT (EVEN ONE REPORT HE GAVE WAS WHILE I WAS IN OKLAHOMA!!) AND THAT HE WAS 'THERE' FOR MY CHILDREN WHEN INFACT HE NEVER EVEN SPOKE TO US JUST HID OUT INDULGING IN HIS X PASS TIME. I HAVE BEEN FORCED OUT OF MY HOME INTO A LITTLE APT. BUT AM HAPPIER THAN EVER, SINCE I NO LONGER HAVE TO 'COVER' FOR ROBERT. AND BOTH MY CHILDREN HAVE CHOSEN TO LIVE WITH ME SINCE ROBERT 'CREEPS THEM OUT'. IN CONCLUSION, DR. SUCHER MISSED THE MARK ON HIS EVALUATION AND RECOMMENDATION FOR DR. ROBERT MAROUK AND CONSEQUENTLY HARMED HIS OWN FAMILY AND ENDANGERED MANY OTHER PEOPLE. I AM AWARE I COULD LOSE INCOME BY GOING PUBLIC BUT I NO LONGER CARE. READING THIS EVALUATION BY SUCHER SICKENS AND SCARES ME FOR MYSELF, MY CHILDREN, AND ALL OF YOU.
