Dr. Kristin Nicole Leis

I had questions about my care and asked sachem dental group to call me back or if possible have dr Leis call because I had skin cancer and my surgeon informed me to try to avoid cat scans because they are extremely high doses of radiation and always get an MRI if possible.after multiple friendly nice calls no one returned my calls. Finally I get the office manager at sachem dental group and she gets on the phone screaming at me and would not answer any questions she would not tell me if the doctor would call me back or not (dr leis never did) and this was not the first time this happened I had the same questions for my dentist dr George and he also never returned my calls I really believe neither dr ever was even told that I had legitimate questions about my dental care I believe the problem was entirely the office manager it was as if she did not want to be at work or have to do anything above and beyond the most basic work
