My primary care physician sent me to this practice group for further evaluation of my thyroid. Sparing all the details, I could not be more pleased than I was. In particular, nurse practitioner Leeanna Peterson was superb. Her medical assistant Susie, the front desk staff of Diane and Lori, and phlebotomist Anita were top notch. Leeanna is thorough, empathetic, available - and patiently answered my questions and concerns. Highly recommend this team! (Dr Rudgears was unavailable, it seemed.)

I've been hung up on, called while in the waiting room asking where I am for my appt., & ambushed by sponsored diet products, not to mention the insanely rude staff. Rudgear just wants to shove you off to one of her NPs. They tried to have me sign a form saying that I'm never coming back to the practice & wouldn't give me my labs until I came in for an appt & paid my copay. I am afraid to call bc of the rude/mean/awful staff. I cannot express how horribly I rate this practice. NEVER go here.

Dr Rudgear is in a huge hurry when she see you after she’s late coming in. Recently complained abt all the labs she had to go over in one visit. Seems more interested in selling vitamins than care giving.

I will never step foot into this office. I've never been spoken too so rudely in my life.
