My appointment was as usual an excellent experience. The wait to see the doctor was less than 15min and total visit took a very reasonable amount of time. Dr. Spencer gave me a thorough exam and I am pleased with both his work and his staff.

I can't say enough good things about the Dermatology and Skin Institute of North Texas, Dr. Spencer, the staff and the work that they do. I have used their services for surgery more than once and each time it has been as positive an experience as something like that can be. The skills of the Doctor, the overall staff competence and friendliness and the facility are all top drawer. I give all of it 5 stars out of five.

The best in medical care.

Dr Spencer was no-nonsense, but thorough, clear and concise. Much appreciated. The staff was excellent throughout my visit

Dr. Spencer and the entire support staff or kind, thorough, and efficient. Never have to wait… get in and out … and solve all my issues.

Let's start with the call to schedule the appointment. The ladies that answer the phone and check all your details to schedule, they are absolutely fabulous. Then you get to see the assistants who take your history. All very nice and detailed as well. Just so easy going. Dr. Spencer and Rebecca his PA are both very thorough. They take time to explain things and even give you options on what they have see work well in treatments. Just really thoughtful and you do get a feeling they appreciate you and are always there to provide he best. I don't see myself going anywhere else.

Knowledgeable, thorough, and on time

Biopsy of hand tissue came back positive for a type of skin cancer. This appointment was for removal of the affected area. Doctor Spencer is very good at this type procedure. I have had several appointments with him and highly recommend him.

I have been seeing Dr. Spencer for several years. Rarely do I have to wait past my appointment time and often am seen early. I trust his judgement re what needs to be biopsies. I highly recommend him!

Visit was informative. I was prescribed a cream for my itching which had been really good & it has not bothered me today.

Having skin cancers removed isn't something one looks forward to, but in the hands of a MOHS specialist like Dr. Spencer, one can rest assured that it will be handled smoothly and efficiently with the least possible discomfort and the most unobtrusive scarring possible. What more can you ask for?

Staff is very nice and welcoming. Dr. Spencer was very professional and explained what he was doing step by step. I didn’t feel any pain. I’m healing great, no concerns.

On this day, Dr. Spencer seemed a little rushed especially for a first time patient. He was very thorough and answered all my questions I could think of at the time. The PA Rebecca was especially nice and put me at ease. I had my paper work filled out before the appointment, so the check-in and check-out process was breeze. Office personnel were very friendly. PA was very good. Dr. Spencer gave me a very in depth exam.

I was referred to Dr Spencer by my PCP. Easy to get appointment, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr Spencer was able to visually confirm the diagnosis by looking at my lesions in addition to the Test Results which came through after few days. I've been seeing Dr. Spencer for a couple of years. I found both he and his staff to be courteous and professional. Unlike so many other appointments with medical professionals, his appointments actually start when scheduled. Visits are kept short as the staff doesn't go in for small talk - their focus is directed on their patient's care. I had dermatologic surgery on my face and the results were outstanding. I would strongly recommend Dr. Spencer and his staff for anyone with dermatologic issues.

Dr. Spencer rocks. Removed an annoying cyst and had me stitched up in under 3 minutes. Entire office visit took less than 15 minutes. Couldn't be happier.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Spencer and his entire staff. His consideration and attention to detail are top notch, and he is the most knowledgeable dermatologist and skilled skin surgeon I’ve ever visited. Dr Spencer is a master at his craft. He is an expert at diagnostic and surgical procedures

Dr. Spencer's himself and his office is unreasonably rigid. They have outdated posted rules and regulations since during the pandemic in 2020 and restrict patients creating unnecessary stress and anxiety for patient and their family. I do not recommend.

I've been seeing Dr. Brent Spencer for at least six years. That's all I need to say because if he wasn't excellent, I would not keep returning to him for my skin exams/treatments.

I am always treated very professionally with the best of care. I appreciate that my appointment is never rushed, and the entire staff is friendly and supportive.

Love this office. Front office staff is nice on the phone and in-person. I can often get same day appointments for urgent matters. Never a wait. Dr. Spencer is knowledgeable and responsive to the skin condition I have. He is both thorough and efficient. Highly recommend.

At first I was skeptical due to me having darker pigmentation and not being successful with other dermatologist office. However my skin has healed tremendously, I started going here and Dr.Merediths treatment plan has helped. Also, I’ve also gone for chemical peels (AMAZING RESULTS).
