We have always been respectful and have never requested special treatment. We are the same as any other patients and this doctors’ office is like any other. When my son was born 20 years ago, I was told immediately following delivery we would be lucky if he ever walked. I forgave the physician that said that to us b/c I knew he did not fully know what he was saying. With surgeries, and therapy, our son walks well. God bless.

Dr. Paruolo is one of the nicest pediatricians I’ve ever come across and is awesome with my 3 year old daughter! Any parent going in with anxiety is immediately put at ease. Also the front staff and nurses are great! My daughter had to get two shots and normally she would freak out but the nurse made sure it was over quickly and as painless as possible. The staff is organized and very helpful. We’ve used Dr Bill and Dr Pete over the last 14 years. They’re both patient, helpful, and approachable.

Miss gendering and Some of the rudest white Karen’s working in this front office. The doctors and nurses are great. Most doctor offices she go to are fine with the email copy of your insurance card or give them the insurance information but not this place they are so far behind on technology. I emailed them a copy and that’s rude Karen stated it was not good enough. So I ordered a physical copy of my insurance card and bring it up there so they can scan it in. Now I get a text message a few hours before my doctors visit and they need the insurance card back to scan it in one of my daughters. I left my wallet at work I’m not sure I have a copy in the house. So confused why they need it again since I’ve already bring it up there to scan. So I called up there and they said well I can email it in. I said I was already told I couldn’t do that. So the white Karen office manager Stated it’s pretty simple to understand just bring it in when you have it talking down to me. And then proceeded to call me ma’am when I’m stated that I recognize myself as a child’s father. We had an 1130 appointment for my son’s lingering cough. Walked in and was called back within a few minutes. Saw the doctor who asked some questions, examined my son, and made a diagnosis. I appreciate Dr Paruolo is very kid friendly and even though my son tends to be shy, he and the doctor got along well enough during the exam.

Dr. Paruolo is awesome! He is so good with our son. He takes time to listen to you and answers all your questions. The staff is very nice as well! Highly recommend if you are looking for a pediatrician.

I love our doctor, Dr. Paruolo! However his office staff lady that answers the phone is so rude every time I call. She has a nasty attitude and answers the phone very dry and unwelcoming. I just tried to schedule a sick visit and with recent employer changes we still don’t have the insurance card (which they can clarify online or with the social) and they won’t. She said “you do it” I told her I have a sick toddler and if I could just self pay it as my hands are full at the moment and she said “we can’ see her then” you have to use insurance…. Love Dr. Stellman. He really tries to get the on the same level of the child he is assessing which is appreciated. The front office staff is another story. There is one particular lady who is just flat out rude ALL THE TIME. She’s been with the practice for a while so I guess when You have any questions she gets very rude as if you are questioning her authority. Frankly I’m tired of it. Awesome experience, He is spent a lot of time with his patients and answers all the questions we have. Very friendly and caring atmosphere.

First time meeting Dr. Bill and I was very impressed! He listens to all my silly questions and reassured me that I'm doing a great job! Definitely happy with choosing him as our first child's pediatrician.

The best pediatricians in The Colony!!

My kids, 7 and 1.5, have been patients of Dr. Stellman since the day they were born! We drive half an hour just to make our appts and won’t switch to a closer doctor because we love the staff and Dr. Stellman!

Dr. Paurolo is always attentive, helpful, and humorous! We have loved our pediatrician office for the past 16 years!

Iv been taking my kids since they were babies to Dr. paruolo. Both Dr. Paruolo and his staff are amazing! They are super quick and helpful to get us and we never have to wait. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We LOVE Dr. Paruolo!!!! My boys have been with him from day 1 and they enjoy visiting with him during their checkups.

I adore Dr Paruolo and his team. We moved and still go here because we love them so much. Plus the after hours nurse advice line is invaluable.

Excellent doctors and staff. Dr Stellman, was great dealing with my child. Office Manager Tony was of great support setting up the appointment and answering my (many) questions.

Wonderful office staff and providers. I am new to the area and the wonderful office manager got my daughter an appointment without hesitation. The doctor was so nice and friendly and made my very shy child more comfortable. I love the themed rooms and safe, clean and friendly environment. Would recommend!

The Best team to take care of your children’s health, Dr. Stellman would gain your child trust and respect, they would only want him when you mention a Dr’s appt. He makes sure they feel confortable that they will follow any treatment , recommendation , even with adolescents !!!

I love this office! It is so rare to find a great doctor that also has great staff, but they have it here! The office manager has worked with us from day one, when my second son was born, due to insurance issues and everyone has always been more than kind! We see Dr. Stellman and he’s absolutely amazing as well. He takes the time to talk with you Every. Single. Appointment. I had concerns at my older sons visit and he took quite a bit of time talking with me. He even personally called me to discuss what he wanted to do after doing some tests. We love Dr. Pete but the front office staff has been so rude. My husband went in this morning HIS FIRST TIME AT THE OFFICE and he didn’t read the sign on the door. The front office lady was incredibly rude. I understand that they have policies and rules but there is a professional way to handle situations. I just called to find out where they sent my daughters prescription and the lady that answered the phone said “what pharmacy did you tell them to send it to.” She didn’t even let me explain that my husband took our daughter and he was unsure. They told him to call if he had any questions but it’s as if we are being reprimanded or treated badly because we call to ask questions. We love Dr. Pete but the front office staff has been so rude. Dr. Paruolo is great! Seen my baby since newborn and my older kid and he has been great with both!

We were bit worried with our previous visit but all our concerns were addressed in today’s visit.Thank you very much Dr.Bill and Dr.Pete. We will definitely taking our kid to Dr.Bill and Pete’s office. We thank you all the staff as well for their support during this tough times.

Just the best care a baby can receive

Dr. Paruolo was recommended to us as new residents of DFW. I was initially non-plussed by having to drive 30 minutes from our temporary housing to his office, but he was totally worth it! His staff is polite and willing to work with you to get a quick appointment when necessary. Dr. Paruolo is thoughtful in his diagnoses, patient with children (as one would hope from a pediatrician, but is not a given), and, equally important, patient with parents (I'm sure much harder than being patient with the kids). When our child had what turned out to be a nonissue, he reassured us, educated us, and gave us tips for what to look for and when to come back. We're fortunate that we found our permanent home within a handful of minutes of his office! Dr. Paruolo was recommended to us as new residents of DFW. Dr. Paruolo has been our Dr. for 10 years. My kids love him. He’s super awesome with kids and is always great with answering all my questions. His new office is very nice. We’ve never had any issues with his staff.

Dr. Stellman is awesome! He is very nice, compassionate and understanding. However, his front office staff and office manager are another story. Robin has a very persnickety attitude almost everytime that I call. She is very snappy when you ask questions or disagree with what she says. They are adding late fees to a 6.00 dollar balance that I was not aware of because the statement came to an address where I no longer resided. I called on April 10th and no one said anything to me about a balance. A statement appeared in my email on May 2nd. My son became ill on May 8th and they refused to work with me on paying co-pays due to this 6 dollar balance. I am an educator who gets paid once a month and my son became ill and I needed to take him in. They want me to pay late fees, the past due balance and his expensive copay in order to see my son. I DON'T MIND PAYING AT ALL, but I just didn't have the money at that moment. You all are not willing to let me make a payment arrangement now for his leftover after insurance charges that amounted to 6 dollars?? I HAVE ALWAYS DONE THIS AT THIS DOCTORS OFFICE, but you want a 50.00 dollar copay just for Dr. Stellman to tell me that I need to keep doing what I am already doing. Dr Paroulo is such a cool, caring individual. We have been taking our children to him for many years. So glad to have him as part of our community.

I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by friendly office staff from the beginning of the visit to the end. I liked the nurses and especially the doctors treatment given to my children. He makes you feel respected as a parent. I am glad to have found such a great Pediatric and older kids office with friendly staff.

Dr Paruolo is great with my newborn! He makes me wish I was a kid again. I highly recommend.

Our grandkids have been cared for by Dr. Pete for over ten years. The kids love him, their parents love him and we love him. I am so glad my friend told me about Dr. Paruolo and Dr. Stillman's office. They are so kind and caring, and really take the time with you. They never made me feel like I asked silly first time mom questions, and instead have always encouraged me and told me how I'm doing great with my girls! We have been seeing Dr. Paruolo for 10 years and I cannot imagine taking my 3 children to any other pediatrician. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who work us in as best they can on same day when I call about a sick kid. Dr. Paruolo has always really listened to what I have to say and he really cares about the kids and has great "bedside manner" with them.
