Called to make an appt and they would noit see me. I am an existing patiient with diabetes and they are only taking emergencies due to Covid. All other Doctors are seeing patients now but not them. Diabetics need to see a podiatrist routinely due to poetential problems with the feet due to the diabetes. So now I have to find a new podiatrist. This shows that they really don't care about the health of their diabetic patients. When I did see Dr Knapp he didn't really seem to care that much anyway so no big loss. Called to make an appt and they would not see me. I am an existing patiient with diabetes and they are only taking emergencies due to Covid. All other Doctors are seeing patients now but not them. Diabetics need to see a podiatrist routinely due to poetential problems with the feet due to the diabetes. So now I have to find a new podiatrist. DR. H. KNAPP.....PROFESSIONAL, COMPASIONATE AND KNOWLEDGABLE. WHAT MORE COULD I EVER ASK FOR IN A DOCTOR.

We have been using this practice for many of our family members, but it appears that they may be developing the “We are TOO big” mentality. We always appreciated their customer service but lately wait times have become excessive, staff are less friendly, and it just seems like they are not hungry for business anymore. They have no problem leaving you sitting in a waiting room for hours past your scheduled appointment. It happens to businesses from time to time. I've gone to Dr. Knapp for over 15 years. He helped my daughter with a broken ankle and has done 2 foot surgeries on me. Thorough, skilled, compassionate -- my favorite doctor!

Dr Knapp cares for his patients and really wants to fix your problem so you can lead a normal life. Also he's well experienced!

Dr. Knapp was truly a find. After dealing with foot pain for so many years I finally bit the bullet and retained Dr. Knapp. My experience has been a good one. He is extremely competent, very personable as is his staff, and goes out of his way to ensure good communication between patient and caregiver. I would give him my highest recommendation to others with foot and/or ankle problems.

I don’t normally take the time to complete reviews however, Dr Knapp and his staff are worthy of A+ positive review. The office staff are amazing to include Rosa, Diane and Stephanie. They are professional and very considerate. Dr. Knapp himself is a jewel! He treats patients with dignity, respect, compassion, patience, VERY detailed and much more. I’ve never met a physician that displays such exceptional bed side manners! My bunionectomy was yesterday and I’m confident the outcome will be A+!

Great doctor if i could give 10 * i would

I've been going to Dr. Knapp for almost a year, for multiple issues. I also took my son there. This is the best, most professional, most personable doctor and office staff that I have been to. There's never more than a few minutes wait, either in the waiting room or in an exam room. When Dr. Knapp's in the room with me I know that I'm the most important thing on his mind then. He is never trying to rush to get out of the room, or has his mind on other things. He takes time to explain things in a clear way. He also checks many possibilities to identify the root cause of issues. They have diagnostic tools like x-rays and MRI machine in the office which is convenient. In some cases, such as with my son's ingrown toenails, they operated on the first visit -- it was great to just get it fixed. I've been going to Dr. Knapp for almost a year, for multiple issues. If i could give 1/2 star I would. Terrible - after waiting an hour to get a toe looked at, then after the cold screw you attitude. Not make you feel at ease before they want to remove your toenail. Then charge you 268 bucks for lancing an infected blister, exactly what is covered with the insurance? Just walking in? Maybe I am old fashioned but when I used to go to a Doctor because something was wrong the fixed it and sent you on your way. Not try and sell snake oil. We have been going to Dr Knapp for many years now. His service is outstanding to say the least. He knows what he is doing, he is a amazing Dr. He is the kind if Dr that actually cares for his clients and dont just look at them like $$$.

This doctor is one of a kind!!! I took my 6 year old to see him after dealing with a fungal toenail for over 3 years. I've never seen such a great bedside manner. He fully evaluated the situation and came up with a very good treatment strategy right away. He could tell our child was nervous so he got down on his level and talked to him in a way he could understand. We are so happy to have found him!

Superb doctor!!! He actually listens to patients and explains the options and his recommendations in a way that the patient can understand and participate in their own medical decisions. Great person, strong communicator, clear desire to help patients. Staff is also wonderful in every encounter. Only negative for me being in a wheelchair is that his waiting area is a bit narrow and hard to navigate with other patients wearing casts/boots/etc.
