While having long time sinusitis, allergies and surgery to correct a deviation of the septum still experiencing constant headaches, pressure and pain I was hopeful when Dr McDuffie suggested the balloon procedure. What I wasn't aware of was what I experienced during the procedure, in office with nothing more than a Valium prior. He said I would hear cracking and then it would be over. The pain I experienced was excruciating. I later learned that generally this surgery was done on an out patient basis, not in office. However, Dr McDuffie proudly stated he had completed another procedure minutes before mine. Everyone in the office was extremely nice. Dr McDuffie was fantastic in his quick assessment, and communicating his recommendation for my son.

Dr. McDuffie did my sinus surgery to relieve chronic sinus infections and fix a deviated septum. He was very thorough and the surgery was almost a year ago with zero sinus infections since and my nasal airway is completely clear. He also did surgery on my three year old to remove tonsils, adenoids and put tubes in her ears. She has experienced no more ear infections or strep as a result. Great experience. Dr. McDuffie and staff did a great job taking care of my daughter's ear tubes.

Don’t go there! Horrible place, irresponsible medical staff. The doctor forgot to treat his patient and left, the nurse was called instead but treated the WRONG patient, a 2 year old! And no immediate actions were taken after the accident, the staff had no initiative to solve the problem. I have to call SIX times to request a medical accident report, still not getting it after 2 months! Don’t go there! Horrible place, irresponsible medical staff. Dr. McDuffie is AWESOME! I had very compacted sinuses, and had the balloon sinoplasty, and let me tell you. I have not been sick since, and my sinus headaches are gone! He not only fixed the issue but figured out what was causing the issue. He is super nice, very knowledgeable and the most personable ENT I've ever been to

I was recommended to Dr. McDuffie by a co-worker for some nasal / snoring issues. Scheduled my appointment. The staff was very friendly, I didn't have to wait long. Dr. McDuffie was very professional, asked questions, responsive to my questions, diagnosed my sinus issues and recommended the septoplasty. I scheduled the surgery, the surgery staff explained everything that was being done, then a weekish later my post-op appointment to remove the nasal splints. WOOOOW! I can not get over how good I feel. I CAN BREATHE. My deviated septum has been corrected and I feel like a new person. I walked outside from the office visit and literally had a moment. To be able to smell and breathe like this I cannot believe it took 38 years to feel this way. I would & have already recommended him to several people. THANK YOU Dr. McDuffie!!!!!!! I wasn't sure what to expect but I was so impressed! Nice office and friendly, helpful staff (have been to two of their locations). Dr. McDuffie explained everything and took what felt like extra time to talk about test result in detail. He was friendly, pleasant, and easy to talk with. Definitely NOT a typical physician/specialist with an egotistical attitude. I liked he and the whole staff very much and would recommend the practice to anyone.

Not only is Dr McDuffie compassionate, light-hearted, and top notch in his profession, he is also highly recommend by the nurses who work for the hospital. A++ Without hesitation, I would use him again and recommend him for providing excellent ENT service.

I found the office staff to be friendly. However after seeing Dr. Mcduffie 2 times in one week for extreme sinus pain and pressure with no resolution. I was given an antibiotic and then a steroid and told I need a CT and allergy testing. No scope was done to check my sinuses etc... I found another ENT who as part of my initial exam scoped me and found that I have silent reflux that was going up into my throat and sinuses causing all of my pain and inflammation. She began treating it the same day and I have relief. I would avoid this office, they are just not thorough. I found the office staff to be friendly. Dr. McDuffie is awesome! I have had nasal congestion breathing problems all my life. After the balloon sinuplasty from Dr McDuffie I can now breath freely through my nose without one side or the other always clogging up. Thanks Dr McDuffie!

Dr. Chad McDuffie did surgery on my lips un-necessary for a bump and made a big scar and the bump never went either on 2015 Feb. I took so long to write, because still hoping it will go away. Surgery is not the solution for everything Chad Mcduffie, our body is not your money making business machine, he would have thought i am easy catch to make some money. Rediculously disgusting, what is the use of so many paper degrees useless. Disgustingly disappointing. Life goes on though. After surgery i never ever went back to Chad Mcduffie or anybody. What a waste of our hard earned money, all the cries and prayers of God's children are not going to go in vain. God will continue to heal. Surely Dr. Neelesh and Dr. Lav are good. Be smart people, do your research and homework. Get many second opinions. Every Dog has a day. Writing deep from my heart, so that you people will not go through what I went through. This Doctor is horrible, keep your children away. My daughter was taken to him last August with hearing concerns and constant ear infection how the pressure in her ears were not checked until this May when I said she needs tubes. And most recently she put a huge rock up her nose that he did see so 4 days later we end up in the ER getting it removed. He is horrible to say the least!! Dr. McDuffie is hands down one of the top 3 physicians I've ever had the pleasure of seeing. I went in to see him for a deviated septum and he recommended surgery. I scheduled the surgery, had my pre-op appointment, had my surgery and then today for my post-op appointment had the nasal splints removed from my septoplasty - wow. I can not get over how good I feel. My deviated septum has been corrected and I have been given the GO to resume to normal activities. I saw Dr. McDuffie a total of 4 times and I feel like a new person. Every time I saw him he was prompt to get in the exam room, thorough on his diagnosis and answered any questions I had confidently. Dr. McDuffie proposed correcting many of my issues related to sleep apnea. The prior Sleep Center did not check all my related issues ... Thank you Dr. Duffie for correcting all things ENT; and my wife of 38 years is very happy I no longer snore.

i am not satisfied with his treatment, as am suffering with sinusitis,he simply gave me Allergy relief tablet which i can buy from a wall mart or gastation . even now also am suffering with stuffy nose and blockage .i spent 250$ for 2 min.utes examination ,its not worth

I explained to that doctor that I may have major issues in the morning where I am spitting out greenish to brownish semi-thick fluids and sometimes with hints of blood everyday or every other day. I also mentioned constant canker sores (which of course hadn't been a cure or form of medication created for it yet but still can mean possibly mouth cancer) and am constantly spitting out flem, maybe rooting from nostril inflammation. Took him only 2 minutes to tell me there's nothing he can do...

Dr. McDuffie's staff found a slot for me right away, and the schedule was running on time. He was extremely personable and knowledgeable, and I was very impressed with his exam. Dr. McDuffie prescribed a round of antibiotics, and also recommended meI see an oral surgeon. He called the oral surgeon prior to my visit, and so the surgeon was very informed about my case. I was also impressed with the oral surgeon, Dr. Mark Craig, in McKinney. Overall, I had an excellent experience.

The doctor was in the room with us for no more than 5 minutes, said to consider surgery, and gave us a prescription. $250! I had the same treatment in our home office clinic for $10 for me, and they ran the same test. My son hadn't gotten over strep and had several courses of antibiotics. We went to an ENT thinking he would suggest a different form of treatment. Highway robbery if you ask me for VERY little time with us. Wish I could make that kind of money for 5 minutes!
