I was a new patient at uc health dermatology and I arrived for my appointment 30 min. Prior to time as instructed and was told to put on a gown and the doctor would be right in, an hour later the medical students came in and informed me that they changed my appointment to be the last before their lunch without informing me. I was put in a gown in a room with door shut while they seen all the patients whose appointments were after mine. I wouldn't recommend being a new patient to this doctor. Dr Adams is extremely friendly and attentive. He is competent and reassuring. It's a pleasure to see him once a year.
