Staff responsive and courteous. Dr. Watts is knowledgeable and explained my dexiscan and the follow up actions that I need to take.

The most unresponsive doctor and staff ever! Definitely falls well below the minimum standard of care and respect for patients health. Took 7 days of repetitive calling where the phone just rang - actually let it ring for 32 mins one day and still no answer! Finally they turned on the answering machine so i got to leave a message but again no response 12 days later! Unacceptable and inexcusable level of care ???? I have been to many doctors. Dr. Watts took the time to carefully explain what was going on. He was clearly experienced. He had a sense of humor about him to make the otherwise tense situation feel okay.

Dr. Nelson Watts is one of the best physicians I have ever had the pleasure to see. He is extremely knowledgeable and is an expert in his field. He always takes the time to explain test results and the treatment plan. I hope he continues to practice here in Cincinnati.
