I have been a patient of Dr. Rose’s for over 10 years. She has always been professional, courteous and thorough with every appointment. I never feel rushed and all of my questions and concerns are addressed consistently. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Rose and her staff. Definitely recommend her to anyone.

Thorough but runs late a lot and is bad about returning calls.

I made an appointment and had the appointment confirmed. I had my doctor fax over a referral. On arrival, the front desk had no information on me. I pressed to find out why because am 31 weeks pregnant and needed an ultrasound. They stated that two employees conferred regarding my appointment and the ultrasound earlier in the week and decided NOT to take my appointment, but did NOT call. This was a major waste of my time and sent me scrambling due to thier inability to follow up or communicate with new clients. The follow up note suggest that I was given a detailed call. One week ago I had a hysterectomy and the care of staff, the surgery and my recovery have all been beyond my wildest hopes. I am very pleased that having been given more than one referral I chose to call Dr. Rose

Dr. Rose is the best. She patiently listens to all my concerns and answers all my questions in ways I can understand. It is always easy to get in and all the staff I have dealt with are sweet and professional, especially her nurse Kylee. I went to see her for a condition that my Previous doctor told me to ignore. She was appalled that I was told to ignore excessive bleeding and quickly started treating it. I would highly recommend her and this office. A rare find.

She tried to tell me I'd need a $200 pain shot in order to insert an IUD. Talked to friends and family who have had an IUD and none of them were told to get the shot. Some took pain pills and others did nothing and had no problems. Also my charges were more than I was promised for my initial checkup visit. I felt scammed.

My visit was great until an incident with the front office. I am young and still learning, and was unsure if my insurance was in-network. After providing my insurance card and double checking with the receptionist, I was told that I was indeed in-network. I came back two weeks later for a second visit. A month after I was informed that I am out-of-network. I understand that mistakes happen but I had to take the hit and pay out of pocket for both visits. I should've been told they do not know.

Made a visit for senior wellness exam on April 6th and spent no more than 20 minutes with Dr. Rose. On July 12th I received a bill for my visit which showed a charge for 2 procedures totaling $689.90. One was for the senior wellness exam and the second was for "long"office visit. My visit consisted of nothing but a breast exam and a RX refill (not even a pelvic exam). I voiced my concern with the office and they said that Dr. Rose would call me but it has been several days without any response

Cant say enough good things about Dr Rose and her staff. Everyone is so friendly and Dr Rose is amazing, genuinly listens and cares about her patients. The staff is fantastic and they all work to make you feel welcome. I have been to other doctors but have not gotten the feeling of total care and helpfulness as i get with this office.
