I was a little late to an appointment (which is on me), had to wait in line for an extended period, and then was told I was too late and would have to reschedule. Receptionist was rude about it, which is what made this unacceptable. I'll be switching to Northwestern.

Dr. Becker is personable, compassionate and down-to-earth. He took the time with me and was courteous and professional. It’s clear he is the same with his staff as they are all knowledgeable and friendly. Farra was a great assistant! Highly recommend!

I came to Becker's office a few years ago as a Medicaid patient with mental health struggle. He takes the time to talk to his patients with care. His office manager Amy is caring and wonderful and his nurse Karen is nothing less than kindness ALWAYS. I'm beyond grateful to have a wonderful and caring doctor that ultimately aided me in overcoming my anxiety by refusing to let me be victim of benzo addiction. Thank you a million! This doctor is excellent with a kind and compassionate staff. I feel BLESSED to have been poverty level and still be treated with respect by everyone in the office. Thank you to all of you for a JOB well done!

Dr. Becker has very poor manners with his patients. Had multiple times where he made comments to me that are rude, inconsiderate, & disrespectful. Also, he indicated that he would submit me to a specialist but when I called the specialist after waiting over 1 week, he never did submit to order for me. His staff are excellent people who are always very kind & respectful. As for Dr. Becker, I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND him as a doctor. He needs to learn to be respectful to his patients.

Great doctor and nurses!

I needed to switch primary care physicians a few years back when my existing docotr at the time was no longer "in network" for my insurance. After some research, I chose Dr. Becker. I have been very satisfied with his care for my medical needs. He provides the necessary informatio for me to understand what is going on when I am ill. His staff is most pleasant, professional, and personable. I give Dr. Beckeer and his crew my highest personal recommendation.
