Dr. Nancy A Jagodzinski

I’ve had hammer toe surgery before by an orthopedic surgeon and I’ve never been satisfied with the outcome. My toes began hammering again and I decided to go to Dr. J based on friends recommendations and they were right! My toes have never looked better and even though she called it an enhancement, I felt she did more to correct my toes than the previous surgeon and takes pride in helping people with foot issues. Her bedside manner is caring and she listens to your concerns and explains solutions.

I went to Dr. Nancy with an issue on the base of my big toe. She took an in-office X-ray & sent me for surgery at Rush-Copley. She did the surgery & it went well, along with all follow-up. She was awesome in all aspects. She is my third Podiatrist, so far the best!

Dr. J is very passionate in your work and takes complete ownership of your outcome. Office and staff friendly, professional and responsive.

Dr.J and staff are very professional and caring. I felt like I was in good hands since the first time I came in. I had foot surgery and it went well with no pain except for the normal healing pain which was is normal with any surgery. Dr J has a great bedside manner and I trust her totally. Definitely recommend.

Literally one of the best and kind hearted doctors out there! Nancy is very professional she explains everything she’s doing she has patients and is very knowledgeable! I would recommend her to anyone as I felt safe each and every single visit.

The billing department needs to get it together and not charge their patients 7 months later for some cheap inserts to make up for the rising costs. Then on top of that they charge 8 dollars a month for bills in dispute. New year and new insurance and they are still billing a consult visit early the previous year. You aren't getting your money. Especially after the rude encounter with the female staff who wasn't willing to help. Customer service lacks. Find another place. Dr. J was recommended by a friend, and I'm so glad I took her advice! Dr. J did 2 different procedures for me over the course of three months. Her professionism and personal attention are unparalleled AND I am thrilled with the results. The office staff are welcoming and thorough, too. I highly recommend this practice!

Dr. J. Is fabulous. I had chronic foot pain ever since giving birth 9 months ago. I started with a different Podiatrist who I had gone to a few years ago. I was not diagnosed properly with him and had to complete many weeks consisting of many days of physical therapy wich I was not seeing any benefit and was expensive. After speaking to other people, I found Dr. J. She took the time to listen to me and listen about my pain. She took detailed notes, x-rays, and was able to identify that I had a heel spur and severe tendonitis in my Achilles. She quickly was able to help my pain! By using a night splint and a topical gel, my foot pain was gone within days. It’s been almost a month now and I’m able to work out,Get out of bed quickly and easily in the morning, and stand for long periods of time without any foot pain!! Worst doctor. She will waste your time. I went to her for 2 years. I went through the process; inserts, ointment, shots... I finally get to the stage of surgery which in my opinion should have been done from the start. The original x-ray showed a broken bone. She claimed all broken bones don't require surgery. Nothing she did helped reduce my pain. Not only that she is doesn't really listen. She explains what she knows about the foot but doesn't listen to your past experience or past procedures. She is focused on what she knows rather than assessing the journey of the patient that may have impacted their current state. There are plenty of foot and ankle specialists. Find another one.

Dr, J is absolutely amazing as is the staff. dr. J takes the time to make sure you understand everything and are comfortable with the direction of treatment. I saw Dr J initially in January and was instantly in love with her bedside manner and caring personality when I met her. I had already been to one podiatrist who I wasn't impressed with so I thought I'd get a 2nd opinion. I was recommended by a couple friends and I'm soo glad I decided to switch doctors. She is the nicest, most caring doctor I've EVER had! I wish she could be my primary doctor Lol. She really took the time to listen to my questions and was determined to heel my foot. I had been dealing with pain in my heel and plantar fasciitis for about a year and a half and she told "well, that is just unacceptable!" We devised a plan that really worked :) You could tell she really wanted to help me. She's very knowledgeable in her field and you can tell she really cares about all of her patients. Her bedside manner and sense of humor are second to none. She answered all my questions and even provided me with her cell # after surgery in case I had questions. I was very disappointed in my experience with Dr. Jagodzinski. She was condescending and patronizing, refused to wear a mask during the height of COVID-19 when I inquired about it (defensively telling me that her office was “her home” and she didn’t need to wear a mask because it was a private place; going as far as suggesting I leave her office if I wasn’t ok with it), gave me a small bottle of medicine for a plantar wart, as well as flimsy foam foot inserts and never informed me that they would cost anything. I found out about the costs ($80 and $120, respectively) when I received a bill months later. I will never return. I would never recommend her practice to anyone.

Dr J is the best. She’s very thorough, gives clear explanations, very good listener, very relatable. We came for 2nd opinion since the first podiatrist we saw didn’t show improvement. Once we sam Dr J, immediately we saw imptovements! I wish there is version of Dr J in EVERY SINGLE doctor we need to see.

Awesome doctor with awesome and funny attitude!

Dr J is by far the best podiatrist around. She is thoughtful, knowledgeable, professional and her bedside manner is impeccable. I would highly recommend her.

Absolutely would recommend her to everyone! I have been suffering from bone spurs knowingly that changed my life, restricting me from things taken for granted such as walking and standing. After 2 weeks I am half way back to normal. Her loving, kind, compassionate spirit is like none I have encountered in any other doctor. She makes you feel as if you are her only patient for the day. Wait time in under 5 minutes. Absolutely would recommend her to everyone! Dr J is an excellent, thorough, and caring doctor. I am so happy I found her! I spend a lot of time on my feet as a volunteer dog walker. I have had several plantar fasciitis flare ups over the last couple of years and have seen more podiatrists than I care to remember. Dr. J has been my podiatrist for more than 15 years, including general diabetic foot care, a few diabetic ulcers and a couple of surgeries. Great doctor and staff, they always go out of their way to help me anytime there’s a problem or I need to juggle appointments with my travel schedule. They have to live in the modern world, which means they coordinate well with my insurance and other doctors. At the same time, the overwhelming impression/feeling is that patient care is most important to them and they work for you not the insurance (like so many places think they do these days). Can’t recommend them strongly enough. They’re great people, very modern office and facilities. Try them, you won’t be disappointed! Dr. J is FANTASTIC! She is very compassionate and driven to find the right cure for your feet. She never rushes your appointment unlike many other doctors. She explains all details and you will even gain a ton of knowledge on your feet. If you are looking for the best podiatrist don’t hesitate in calling . Your feet will leave happy.

I would not recommend this place as they don't have fair billing system. will ask you to sign many document which will allow them to bill anything and you won't be able to do anything except paying what they will ask. Be careful..

I had a bad experience with billing department so very careful with them as they will provide you many paper to sign and then bill saying that you have given us permission for the same. Very bad experience...

Dr. "J" is simply the BEST! I would highly recommend her to anyone with any sort of foot problem. She is one of the most caring doctors I have ever met. She spends time with you unlike most doctors who are in and out in less than 5 minutes. She is truly here to help so you can walk out feeling 10x better!

Office staff very friendly and professional. Dr. Jagodzinski was very caring , excellent bedside manner. Explained each aspect of the appointment from x-rays, findings to medication instructions. So thankful to have found such an excellent physician. Will recommend.

I don't do reviews I felt I needed to share with other people in pain.She is truly a wonderful doctor who cares ,my life has been in chaos because of foot pain .She has and continues to help me manage this journey ,she does not come from a place of ego , she has a gift and she is humbled by it .Anyone with foot issues will be safe and validated in her care ! Her staff is a reflection of her !Thank you doctor J,!!!!!!!

I started going to Dr. Nancy mid Feb 2016 to see what she could do to treat a long standing toenail fungus infection that I had for decades. My heels were getting severely cracked too, especially during the winter. Over the years I tried various solutions but not really worked. Dr. Nancy put me on a 90 day regimen of Terbinofine (250 mg pill daily, 30 day supply $4@Walmart). The improvement is remarkable! Dr. Nancy is a (comical) genius! :-) No more hiding my feet at the pool!

I was able to walk right after surgery with no pain and minimal swelling. She even sent me flowers and called me to check up after the operation. Overall a great surgeon and a very good person too :) I dont hesitate to make the hour long drive because it is worth it to see "Dr J" as everyone calls her thank you very much!!! 5 stars.
