Great clinic and doctors there

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Eldewek 2 months ahead. She refused to see me on the appointment day because I changed my doctor to her! I had to change my doctor because I travel a lot and I couldn’t schedule an appointment while I’m in the country. She could just tell me that 2 months ago and I could schedule with another doctor. Now, I missed my annual physical exam after 2 months wait.

Always a pleasure to see Dr Eldewek. Especially for a recheck & being healthy.

Dr. Eldewek did a thorough review of my health and filled out the requested form for my admission to Sunrise Senior Living. We'r still in the process of checking for TB.

Dr. Eldewek is very understanding, and very knowledgeable on medical issues.

Dr. Eldewek involves her patients in their overall health and well being. We need more like her.

Dr. Eldewek did a very thorough job of reviewing and updating all my records. When I expressed a concern about pain in my left foot, lower leg and knew, especially when I put all my weight on it after getting out of bed or sitting for a long time, she prescribed ex-rays for that foot and knee and physical therapy as a first attempt to correct the problem.

Professional and considerate about my needs and time

I have had the privilege of receiving care from Dr. Eldeweck for almost 15 years. She is caring, kind, attentive, and a true advocate. When I got inexplicably ill 10 years ago, I saw specialist after specialist and was met with dismissive attitudes and cold staff. Dr. Eldeweck fought for me and found me a specialist who finally listened and diagnosed me with Crohn's disease. She's been fighting for me ever since. Time has not affected her compassion for her patients or her ability to get to the root of the problem. Her level of knowledge far exceeds expectations, and I continue to be astounded by her. In addition, her entire team mirrors her compassion and level of care. They work equally hard to make sure patients get what they need while maintaining an incredibly positive attitude. I have had the privilege of receiving care from Dr. Eldeweck for almost 15 years. She is caring, kind, attentive, and a true advocate. When I got inexplicably ill 10 years ago, I saw specialist after specialist and was met with dismissive attitudes and cold staff. Dr. Eldewek has critical knowledge on how a patient's health is integrated with the different specialists on the healthcare team. Her listening skills and interaction with the patient calms the environment to truly contribute to the healing process.

It was great to get to see Dr Eldewek once again. She listens and explains and most of all she cares !

Dr E always is on top of things, knows how to explain them, is kind and considerate of her patients. She is responsive to suggestions too. She's a wonderful doctor.

I have mixed feelings about the physician. There are times when she is nice and helpful, and then times when she does not know what is wrong or wanting to overorder tests when not indicated or necessary. There has been two instances when I was referred to either the wrong specialist or misdiagnosed. She does not always pay attention to what I need as a patient but her decision is more ego driven on what she wants to do which sometimes is the wrong decision and not very helpful to me as a patient.

Best experience! Dr. Eldevek is Excellent doctor!!!. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends. She gave us enough time she did not rush us. She came highly recommended by my daughter's friend who lives in Naperville and that is how I went to her. She is very nice and very caring. Her staff is wonderful. My experience is nothing but good with her and her staff. All of them Very professional.

Dr. Eldewek and her staff were not friendly or empathetic. Follow up with the staff was difficult and they would not call back for days. Seems as if they have too many patients

Recent health issues have caused me to see the Dr more often. Dr. Eldewek was not prepared and the staff was not friendly nor helpful.

I have been a patient for more than 10 years. As a senior citizen I have had more than a few doctors. Dr. Eldewek is one of the best. She is kind, compassionate and she listens.

Dr Eldewek is the Best! She is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. She is a great listener and is truly interested in any concerns I have. She remembers and is familiar with my health so we aren’t starting over every visit. She is warm and caring.

I have been seeing Dr. Eldewek for years. She is very easy to talk to, listens to all my concerns, and is very thorough. She is incredibly busy, but I always am able to get in if I'm sick. However, for something like an annual exam, I recommend scheduling the next year's exam right after you have the current one. The wait time in the lobby is short. I can't recall ever waiting more than 15 minutes and that includes the time I spend prior to my actual appointment time because I'm usually early.

Superb Physician. Listens with compassion! Feel as though I can bring any concern to her! Excellent!

Amazing Doctor and staff!

Dr Eldewek is a wonderful doctor! I'm grateful she is my Mom's PCP. She is very professional and also very warm hearted & friendly. She listens well, is very observant and has excellent judgement on how to handle any changes in Mom's health status. We are very grateful for her! I'm planning to switch to her from my previous PCP.

I have been a patient of Dr. E's for over 10 years now. She is outstanding in her care for the patient. One thing you want with your PCP is the ability to be able to talk openly and freely, and that comes with trust. I completely trust Dr. Eldewek. She shows that care for me and my wife in our visits and we consider her not only our Doctor but our friend!
