I called to get an appointment and was seen within 3 days. The staff was amazing and friendly. I didn't even feel the shot. Best experience I have ever had.

I've had a few root canals over the years, and Dr. Buurma was by far the easiest process with the least amount of pain. I was using the tooth that evening with no problem. He was kind, and his staff was friendly and engaging. Highly recommend (if you have to get a root canal)!

Dr. Burma did a great job explaining and doing my root canal. I had no pain and he was efficient and thorough. This was my first root canal and it went smoothly.

I took my 10yo daughter in for some work after a referral from her primary dentist and Dr Brian has no bedside manor for a first time patient. My daughter was so scared and all he did was talk down to her and was quite rude even said to not bother trying to reschedule

My Wife took my 8 year old for a procedure on his tooth after being referred here based on insurance. This doctor took offense to my timid and nervous 8 year old not looking at him and saying hi when he came into the office. After that he was telling my wife she should have told him to acknowledge him. Its not surprising to hear that after that my son would not open his mouth for him and instead of helping in a situation where my child needs relief from the pain and infection he makes the scenario worse and he told my wife who drove an hour to get there they would not do the procedure now and said to go somewhere else. This is ridiculous and after reading reviews I see similar events have happened. After waiting for him to contact me back to discuss his Rudeness and lack of patience when dealing with a child......he stated he requires a level of cooperation from the child as well and Max simply wouldnt do that by not saying hello to him. Then went to state that my wife should tell him to say hi to him and tried to lecture me on the phone about it being a parents responsibility to have their kids know how to act in social situations.....Im sorry "Doctor" but as I stated he is a child that has been dealing with extreme pain and was nervous so I would not expect him to be very willing to endure any more pain. I confronted him about dealing with children and he said he deals with children all the time. Seeing other reviews and speaking with this "Doctor" I seen those do not go very well either. I WOULD LOOK ELSEWHERE rather than waste your trip to see this man who is on his high horse! He didnt even do a procedure on my child but I still felt it necessary to inform anyone I can that someone in that role and in that industry should work on his people skills!! If I could give this man ZERO stars or even negative stars I would!! I RECOMMEND NO ONE GO TO THIS MAN AND PLEASE DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID!! I brought my 12 year old daughter in he was very rude lacks empathy to a child that had to get a root canal procedure done, while doing the root canal he was so RUDE and aggressive twords my daughter, he left her so bruised and swollen. He was slamming his instruments when she stated she could feel pain, the list could go on, but I BEG you for your child sake and yours DO NOT GO HERE! I get root canals is a procedure the the lack of professionalism and empathy And being aggressive is soooo not needed. He traumatized my daughter! Came here for a root canal and... It's going to cost me $700 more than originally quoted! They didn't inform me that I hadn't met the time requirement for my insurance to cover their half of my root canal. I'm sure I could've found that info out but they ran the insurance and this has to be a common occurrence. It had already been months since the tooth hurt and I would have definitely waited to save the money. The work was good and staff was friendly enough but the money means more to me. I went to see Dr. Buurma after having had a failed root canal procedure done by my regular dentist. I was a bit skeptical....and did not relish the idea of going through a second root canal. But, after a consult with Dr Buurma I felt it would be smart to give it a "go"....to save the tooth. The procedure was painless and successful! Horrible experience. Struggled so much with my insurance info for no reasonwhatsoever. Got there for my daughter's appointment & the doctor was just rude to us. He had a bad attitude the whole time. Do not go here

Brian did a great job and the whole team was very welcoming. The procedure went perfectly and was comfortable the whole time.

Very friendly, had to get a root canal here and i didnt feel a thing! Last place I went it hurt pretty bad. I would definitely recommend that if you need a root canal you have it done here!

Both my teenage boys have had to get root cannels done,of course they where very nerves, but I have to tell you they where so nice and respectful to them, talked with them made them feel as comfortable as they could. Great job.

First ever root canal and I walked out of the office feeling great! No pain ,great service. My face didn't feel like I was hit with a two by four. Awesome job!

I'm no fan of going to the dentist but Dr. Buurma was just terrific with my root canal. He's very knowledgable, professional and thorough. After the initial injection, I felt no pain; however I never felt over-medicated either. My molar was complicated with four nerves but he and his assistant took care of matters efficiently and effectively. He's smart, his degree is from the U of M, and this is what he does - root canals. A real specialist!

Horrible experience. Do not go here. Waste of your time and money.
