Dr. Byron T Henry

Hi, my name is Jonathan Holbrook. I was really shocked to read the first 2 comments & 5 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, are they family members or maybe the workers who wrote these comments? I am not here to judge or write false statements. I came 3 times to this oral surgery office because my previous surgeon ( dr Brock Mckinley) who is a great person and great oral surgeon started to work with dr Bryan. I never met dr Bryan, so I have no right to say anything about him, but, the amount of stress the front disk put me under is beyond believable, honestly, third-world country workers are more kind and professional than dr Bryans's workers. I will be sad if dr Bryan knows about his workers' quality and does nothing about it. Every time I go there they tell me dr Mckinley is not her and they push me to see dr Bryan. The front desk woman is there for a paycheck and does not care about patients, be prepared to go there and your appointment is rescheduled without advance notice.SAD

The staff was very kind and I had a great experience with my extraction. Would highly recommend Dr. Henry along with the staff they were awesome!

Dr Henry is a must see oral surgeon. His passion, knowledge and empathy is by far the best i have ever experienced from any Dr. His staff is equally accomodating.

I was led to believe they accepted our insurance, and after waiting for nearly an hour beyond our scheduled appointment we met for a brief consult. At the conclusion, we were informed that our insurance was Out-of-Network AND and we owed $90.00 for the consult. I never would have wasted time at the Pre-consultation if we had known it was Out-of-Network. Plus, I was never told of the fee until finished. Initially I was told the bill would be voided, but now I must pay or face "Collection".
