Customer service problems, billing problems. If they pick up the phone, play the lottery that day. The doctor does not assume responsibility for anything, rude. There's something inherently wrong when a 'doctor" says his time is more valuable than the patient's.

Dr Dominguez staff and doctor were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Dominguez really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic. I thought obesity is just a name, but now I understand my whole future complications rely on this issue. I am now on track con control it.

Dr. Dominguez is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming his patient!

Excelent doctors

Worst non-responsive office staff ever. The phone # sometimes works but then, they never return calls. I don't believe non of the office staff is adequately trained or have experience to work in a doctors office.

My nightmare began July 2, 2020 where my primary Dr. Carlos Dominges’s office first sent into my insurance paperwork with the wrong code, then the wrong doctor name. I spent 4 hours with my insurance and escalated as high as I could to get the issues resolved because I had an 8 am conference meeting with the NeuroSurgeon. Yeah, issue resolve due to my persistence. So I thought, well I waited from July 6, 2020 until July 13, 2020 thinking they needed time to get the ball rolling between the two doctor's offices. Here we are Aug 5th and no one has made sufficient effort to resolve my dilemma. All three entries are not smart enough to escalate the calls with each other to resolve the lack of communication between each other. It's sad that the patient who is the one in pain and pays the doctors salaries to do all the calling, escalating and driving from one doctor's office to the other to get resolution. If that is bad enough my primary Dr. Carlos Dominguez in Deltona had the audacity to say to me (the patient) who has been doing his office staff's job, that if “I came to his office upset, no one in the office would assist me and he'd release me as his patient.” Yes, I was upset but at no time did I curse in the office. He truly threatened me.  I rightfully was angry because I was getting the run around and no one was resolving my issue. I was so angry that I started to cry, then he said “that crying wasn't going to get me anywhere”, I composted myself and looked him right in his eyes and said that I was very angry and that is why I had tears. He also proceeded to say “that my insurance was not good” and that his office has done their job. What bedside manners, I would not take my dog to this man, he is not an advocate for his patients and is incompetent to treat his patient in this manner. The sad part is that I googled his name before going to his office and his office staff has  many bad reviews. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. What a mistake! I had an appointment on 8/10/2020 with Dr. Dominguez and before seeing him I advised the desk nurse that It has been a month and I had brought in a letter from my insurance asking for some justification for a medication that the doc has given me. The nurse looked in the computer and said that the doc had changed the medication, so they didn't have to fill out the form. Once again here goes the incompetent staff didn't call me, didn't send it to my pharmacy, they just don't follow through. The sad part is that they have on their web page “how they care for the community”, what a joke. The nightmare continues, on 8/31/20202 I was told that the paperwork for approval for surgery has not been sent to the NeuroSurgeon or the hospital, mind you my surgery is on Sept 1, 2020 but once again the proper paper was not sent into my insurance for approval. I had to call into my insurance to have the approval expedited.  Please take this doctor off your list as primary doctors you recommend.Â

Terrible! The man changed my medicine without even having my blood work back! Causing me some serious side effects! Would never recommend him to anyone!

I was impressed with the staff, they worked me in efficiently and were kind and knowledgeable! Met the doctor for first time and was impressed as well . Overall it was a great experience! I found this doctor to be proficient and knowledgeable. The staff went out of their way to get my referrals in and get tests ordered, was very impressed and overall with everyone from front to back, great experience ??

My mother went in for a follow up for some x-rays she got done and the receptionist was setting her up to do the x-rays all over again. My parents tried to explain to her that they had already gotten x-rays 2 weeks ago from there and that they wanted to see the doctor because my mom’s pain in her jaw was intolerable. The receptionist was extremely rude and had the nerve to say to my mom “If you are scotting out for pain meds, this isn’t the place!” MY MOM DOES NOT AND NERVE HAS TAKE PAIN KILLERS FOR ANY REASON. That was why she was going there to find a solution not a bandaid. SO DISRESPECTFUL AND ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE. This will not be sweeped under a rug, and I will make sure that this women loses her job. See you soon.

I was warned not to go and found out within a half hour why. It was my first appoinment and the office adm was completely incompetent in dealing with my Insurance company. Because of this, they wanted me to make another appointment for a month away so they can get some sort of approval. I immediately called my insurance company and was told everything can be taken care of within one min. Slackers in my book. Cant imagine what else they would slack on...

Last appointment was deceiving he was arrogant and treated me as an object made me feel worst ,today I called and secretary was completely unprofessional so I decided to look for a new primary care doctor The gave the impression that only care about money ,greedy and unprofessional team if you HAVE to go better ask for the assistant she has much better attitude and cares

Been with Dr Dominguez for many years, 15+. Even when I moved out if the Deltona area for a few years, I would travel an hour to see him.He is VERY THOROUGH, and isn't afraid of referring to a specialist if needed. He takes his time with you, and I never feel rushed. I am very comfortable with asking him any questions and feel very confident in his answers. He is very thorough with blood tests he orders, and follow up accordingly. Good doc!!!
