those people are the worst. they have no manners. The belittle you when you go to their. I had an emergency i went there, they did not attend me. They are very rude and have attitude toward patients lie if you were a beggar from the streets.

Complete incompetence! The MRI Technician was polite, professional, and very friendly. This is the second time I have been to this facility. My doctor ordered an MRI due to my neck pain getting worse. She put it on the order to compare with previous MRI, that was done at this same facility. On the Radiologist report it said that there wasn’t a previous scan, which there IS! In addition, he put very few findings and didn’t have any findings that was on the previous MRI results. I took the copy of my report and CD to my doctors office and they were shocked to say the least! She reviewed the MRI through the CD from the facility and not only were the same results as prior report indicated, there were significant changes, for the worse! I have been referred to a neurosurgeon. My doctor called the facility and asked why didn’t they see obvious findings, but didn’t compare to previous MRI. Asked that it get re-read and compare both, and asked for a new report. It’s been over a month and they still haven’t sent an updated report or even respond at all! Have heard not so great thing about this place, and should have gone elsewhere. But because my doctor wanted the comparison, I went back. Oh, and the forms that they require you to fill out, are clearly made up by someone in the office. Asking for the same information, over and over and over and on several pages!!! NONSENSE!!! Step up to this century and use a computer to create a form that can be done online prior to your visit and have all of the patients information automatically fill in on ALL of these “necessary” forms. Just went back to this facility after leaving them a year ago to use more up to date facilities. Dr. recommended them and they were always convenient, well never again. LAD has allowed their practice to become so in need of cleaning and updating that I felt I needed a shower after leaving my Thyroid Ultrasound. Really, clean the place up, tech who did the procedure used the ultrasound gel and never even put a towel around my neck so now I have to wash my shirt I wore. This place is shabby.
