Welcoming and helpful staff. Caring surgeon. Easy to understand.

Dr. Teeter provided excellent treatment for my broken knee. She attends to the patients without too much waiting in the office. She is a very nice person to talk to as well. However her office staff were not responsive and they don't act promptly on any requests made on the phone. If not for the office staff, that practice deserves 5 stars. Thank you.

Really Great bedside manner. Really made me feel comfortable.

I was in Dr. Teeters office a little over a week ago, after leaving concierge at the hospital for a scheduled MRI. I was told, once arriving for the MRI, that my appointment had been cancelled, as my medical insurance declined payment. I went to Dr. Teeters office for assistance and received nothing less than the best assistance one could ever ask for. One of Dr. Testers assistants, whose name escapes me, went above and beyond the call of duty and contacted the insurance company to discuss the situation. She knew all the right questions to ask and as she was passed to multiple agents at the insurance company, she stood her ground for me and strongly insisted she get the rhyme and reason for denied treatment. This is exactly what we all hope for; someone who will take the position and provide top notch service. Sadly, caring is not a trait everyone possesses, but not just the assistant but the entire staff does. For the effort, I’m very grateful.

Dr teeter performed my surgery and the surgery went well. She answered all my questions and has been very helpful. I would have given 5 stars based on the doctor but her staff was not very helpful answering my pre surgery and insurance questions.

Great at first but had bad experiences afterwards. I went to Dr. Teeter for an injury a few years ago. She was very informative at the time. I experienced another injury to the same body part, and she was very negative. The follow up visits consisted of long wait times along with comments like: “this is your life now”, “physical therapy can only help so much”, etc. She also recommended an injection that I did not need that ended up causing additional damage. Thankfully, I continued physical therapy anyway and can now walk without crutches, but I still have the damage from the injection. I wish I had gone to another doctor sooner instead of going back to Dr. Teeter.

Dr Teeter is awesome. She takes the time to explain and answer questions, and is very knowledgeable and skilled. They have giant iPad-like things in the patient rooms where they can pull up diagrams of the skeleton and then draw on it to show where your issue is- it’s impressive technology and great for a visual learner. Long wait times, doctor did not spend much time, ridiculous billing.

Dr Teeter was excellent with me. I am terrified of needles so when said she was giving me an injection to my shoulder I started to panic. Dr Teeter put me at ease and administered that shot like a ro!

She listens, takes her time, and is empathetic. She is competent and caring and has a great bedside manner.

Prompt attention from staff, quickly saw Dr. Teeter. She was patient and listened to my issues. Offered several courses of treatment and recommended one. In spite of my anxiety, treatment was quick with minimal discomfort. Took the time with my visit and I would highly recommend this professional and her staff. Dr. Teeter is the standard for others to meet.

This was an initial consultation for me and my chronic rotator cuff partial tear/pain. Dr. Teeter was very thorough in her questioning as to duration and activities. We went through the "push against my hand," and "does this hurt" exercises to validate and pinpoint the injury site. Next up is an MRI to determine the exact extent and treatment plan. Dr. Teeter is very personable and easy to talk to.

Very attentive to client and needs of client

I am very pleased with my visits with Dr. Teeter first for my shoulder and then I broke my knee cap. I didn't have to wait long for an appointment or to be seen when I went for my visit. Dr. Teeter and her staff is so nice and professional. They make you forget that you are in pain. I highly recommend anyone who needs orthopedic care.

Dr. Teeter and staff were kind and considerate. Very punctual Dr. Teeter took the time to explain what my condition was and explained options that was available. The aftercare was exceptional and timely. I would highly recommend Dr. Teeter to my family and friends.

Did an awesome job of reconstructing a badly broken ankle with very little discomfort and no complications. Supporting admin staff is very helpful and easy to make follow up appointments. Highly recommend.

I went to Dr. Teeter to be treated for a shoulder injury. The front desk attendants X Ray Tech were very attentive and courteous. Dr. Teeter explained my diagnosis and recommended a treatment which seems to be working quite well. I'd highly recommend her to any patient suffering from pain in the joints or muscles.

Dr Teeter is an experienced caring doctor specializing in upper body orthopedics. She has really helped me with my shoulder and has relieved my pain and mobility issues without surgery. She is easy to talk to and really listens.

No long wait in the waiting room. Dr. Teeter welcomed me, listened to all I had to say, gave me options for treatment. I chose the one I wanted. Dr Teeter spoke clearly and loud enough for me to hear her. Great for people who are hard of hearing. I was very impressed with Dr Teeter, I am glad to have found her.

New patient paperwork took a while to complete. The receptionist and nurse were very polite and professional. The Doctor listened to what was going on and took care of the issue in a professional manner.

Dr.Teeter is one of the best Doctors i have gone too. She listens, she emphasizes with you, she takes the time to explain properly why you might be feeling the way you are and then explains how she can help. She never gives short answers and never seems to ve in a hurry to leave the room. DR. TEETER is Wonderful ! I am Blessed i found a good Caring person to help me. Thank you Dr. TEETER I am Greatful.

I've been a patient of Dr Teeter for about 8 months. After the first visit my shoulder pain was reduced dramatically - so dramatically that my husband is now Dr Teeter's patient. We love Dr Teeter and highly recommend her and her friendly office staff.

Dr. Teeter is professional, listens and offers appropriate suggestions for treatment. She operated on my shoulder, and she did everything she said she would do. At this time I'm still recovering, and I feel positive that I will heal well. Dr. Teeter and her staff have been great with the after surgery and recovery instructions. I've been able to get back to see the Dr. for follow-up and seems all is going as expected. All staff are very pleasant and helpful.

She is amazing very personable and explains things very well. Hopefully I won’t have to have another surgery but if I do she’s the best can’t say enough good things about her

One very cautious Doctor and extremely careful to use all areas to eliminate all possibilities. Pleased with the outcome even that it at the time, it seemed to me, the time it took from the first meeting till the time of the operation was longer than I would have wanted it to take. Eliminating all of the possibilities was a good thing and very productive. Great job and thanks for the experience. You seem to know what to do and are well versed in what you do.

I went to Dr. Teeter and she gave me an injection in my knee after we discussed my condition and pain level. I plan a follow up visit with her to make sure my pain and knee is treated in a few weeks. She was very nice and listened to my concerns. Her staff was very friendly made me feel at ease.

Based on my experience and treatment under Dr. Teeter I would like to say that Dr.Teeter is excellent Orthopedic Surgeon. She replaced my Hip after I was brought into emergency from DFW airport The surgery and treatment after surgery were excellent.. Dr Teeter is calm and smiling doctor. She is good listener. During my regular checkup , She listens all my concerns and tries to explain me in a simple language, Dr. Teeter has good staff and try to fulfill all my needs including appointments.

Dr. Teeter is a warm and caring professional. She is an excellent surgeon and provides you with a truthful assessment of your situation. She and her team deliver great aftercare. Yes, I would recommend her to any of my friends and family if the need arose for an excellent orthopedist.

Dr Teeter was very upfront and honest as well as punctual and even got the results from tests ahead of time. The office staff was thorough and courteous. When you have a loved one in pain these are characteristics that are very important.

Within 3 weeks of my initial visit my knee surgery was done and over. I had a meniscus tear fixed, and from the time I woke up from anasthesia I’ve had zero pain. I quit taking pain meds the day after. I highly recommend Dr. Teeter. She did a great job.

I know Dr. Teeter is in my corner when it comes to advice or action. She takes time to listen and never rushes me. I trust her knowledge of what is best to do.

Love Dr Teeter, she is honest with you but at the same time has a great bedside manner, I had rotator cuff surgery heard all the bad things about it , but I didn't have any problems Dr Teeter took very good care of me I followed her instructions and was back to work as a nurse in 2 weeks light duty of course I would recommend her 100%.
