Dr. Jose Cohen

The Clinic office has a strict policy of allowing only the patient into the lobby area and individual office for appointments with Dr. This is incredibly detrimental to patients when considering major surgery. A patient has a right to have at least one support person accompany them to help process information. I understand taking precautions regarding COVID, but this is an extreme approach no longer warranted. I would not recommend this Dr.

Dr. Cohen was very professional and kind. He explained the procedure clearly and addressed my concerns clearly and gave me follow up instructions. I was very pleased and confident I am in good hands.

Went to see him for a routine visit 1 yr after birth of youngest. I told him about my heavy periods, 10 days, bleeding through tampons in 1 hour, about 20 days between. He says this is normal. I tell him it hurts during sex. He says don’t have sex in that position. I ended up having to get a hysterectomy a few years later when my uterus had doubled in size. He never caught that there was something wrong; completely IGNORED all my symptoms, everything I said. Don’t see this man.

Dr cohen and staff are the best you can find they are very professional and kind.make you feel good about being there.

If you want a caring and attentive doctor, don’t go to Valley Women’s Clinic. Save time and go elsewhere. Everyone in his staff has to run their medical decisions by him and if he disagrees with it, you are out of luck and basically left hanging. If you have an actual woman’s problem, don’t bother.
