There was only a brief wait after my arrival plus everything was done promptly and efficiently. Dr. Graham listened attentively to my answers and gave me reasoned responses to my questions.

Timely, professional, to the point.

Dr. Graham is alway very punctual. It’s nice to have a Doctor that cares about your time.

Dr. Graham is a RUDE doctor. Poor management. Thinks too highly of himself. As I an writing this, I read so many 1-star reviews about WRONG DIAGNOSIS. Bringing bad name to a great chain. Will NOT RECOMMEND.

No option for ZERO stars so ONE it is. This Dr and practice is an absolute joke. Firstly they misdiagnosed me with Kidney stones in March of 2022. I came in to have the recommended surgery only to be woken from Anastasia shortly after telling me there were no stones. They still billed me and my insurance. I should have sued them then for medical malpractice. Instead giving him another chance today for a routine check up I ran 12 minutes late to an appointment and they turned me away. It’s disgusting what these Dr’s and their staff try and pull. 10/10 definitely do not recommend ever using this clown!

Great visit and amazing customer service and care

Everyone was very polite and professional. I arrived 30 minutes early as requested and was taken right in. Dr. Graham was extremely professional and explained everything very clearly. I was back in my vehicle before my actual appointment time! Highly recommend this practice for any Urology needs.

This doctor is very pompous. If you don’t mind being belittled and talked to like you’re beneath him then go see him. He was rude out of the gate and my daughter decided not to continue her visit. He was very short toned, and just a jerk. We remained polite and politely left letting him know his behavior was an issue and he didn’t seem to care. This doctor is very pompous. The worst experience I have ever had at a Dr office. It seems Dr, Graham is just there to make money. Very unprofessional and uncaring. Will never go here.

Please read all of the negative reviews that people have posted here, as they are spot on. I will not waste my time restating the negatives. I've since gone to another Urologist; the difference is night and day between these two doctors. Dr. Malcom Perry III, on Bethany Dr., in Allen, TX is the best doctor I've ever been to. Unfortunately, I visited Dr. Graham's office one too many times, before getting so offended and finding another doctor. Dr. Graham is very knowledgeable about his chosen practice. He listens to what you need to say then answers any questions you might have. Very direct which is what I appreciate so much.

Chester Graham is the only doctor I have ever encountered to be so RUDE AND UNCARING and refused to listen to me giving my mom's medical history for why we had the visit. Friendly and professional treatment

Great Dr. Great Staff. Everyone is very knowledgeable and professional

I am not sure why the people who have complained about their treatment by Dr. Graham but I think he is one of the best I have ever had. He talked to me about my condition, told me what to expect and listened to me when I wanted to wait a few weeks to see how things went. We discussed what was happening on every visit and when I decided it was time to have surgery he agreed and after the procedure I was a new person. I thank him every day for taking care of me. I can have a normal day and night, thanks to him. PS I never had to wait to see him and the office staff was as good as any.

They saw me quickly. The doctor and staff were great. Hate that I had to see them at all but it couldn’t have been a better experience.

Definitely feels like an assembly line. The front office staff was rude and the doctor spent at most 10 minutes with me, quickly dismissing any questions I had.

They reminded me of apt., got me in quickly and gave me all the time needed.

Dr Graham was very personable yet calming in a delicate, somewhat embarrassing visit. I highly recommend Dr Graham to anyone looking for a urologist

Staff was not friendly - didn't even acknowledge that I was at the window. When she did, she was very abrupt, somewhat rude and not very helpful. I was 30 min. early for my appt. but she said I hadn't completed the online info. I told her that I had and then offered to finish it and she said I'll check and see if you can do that. Waited about 15 min. and she came back and said "you will have to reschedule". Keep in mind that she never made eye contact, or smiled that entire time I was talking with her. I was furious, so I left and am glad I did after reading the reviews. Apparently, Dr. Graham sets the tone for his office. My wife had an 2:00PM appointment. We arrived at about 1:35Pm. She was a new patient. We stood at the window for five minutes before they even acknowledged us. The staff was rude unfriendly and did not have any eye contact. I think he must have hired his staff from Philadelphia They were definitely not Texans They told my wife that she did not complete the online registration. After making us wait for 20 minutes they told us we would have to reschedule. We told them yes, we will reschedule with another doctor. I was in and out very quickly and Dr. Graham gave me some information about my condition that I did not know about previous.

Dr. Graham is condescending and rude. He interrupted me when I was explaining my concerns and answered my questions before I could finish asking. He would answer my questions with the attitude that I should already know the answer. The way he conducts himself is as if he was bothered that I was occupying one of his exam rooms. Unfortunately, he is one of those doctors who has been practicing for so long that he has become completely calloused to the concerns of the patient. His practice is clearly a factory, and there is no true concern for the patient. He told me to schedule a follow up in a month, but I will not step foot back in his office. I would not recommend Dr. Graham to anyone. Dallas is way too big to waist time driving to his office and waiting to see him. Go find another Urologist who enjoys their work and cares for their patients because you will not find it from him. Dr. Graham is condescending and rude. Dr Graham provides excellent medical advice in Ackerman concise manner.As an aside his assistants are superb . I’m a difficult patient to draw blood from but they are successful every time.

Was in such a rush to get me out the door the second he sat down. Also he made absurd comments like "oh young people always want there to be an issue". Very unprofessional and not what someone wants who is spending good money to have a procedure done

This is one of the rudest Dr' s I have ever met, the staff was nice and understanding, but this so called Dr is very unprofessional in the way he speaks to people, I would never recommend this Dr to my worst enemy. Sad

The worst experience I ever had at a hospital. I liver in 10+ states across the country and never seen someone like this. My appointment was at 9pm and they told me to come at 8:30 to fill some paper work. When I entered the building they closed the entrance and I didn’t know what to do. I went to the next building and they told me to go to emergency entrance where they provide sanitizer and all because of covid. So I went that way and finally entered his office at 8:40. They checked my temperature and said am late. I told my appointment is at 9 and I can fill paper work in 20 minutes. The front desk lady said Doctor doesn’t want to see me and he wants me to reschedule. I told her THEY CLOSED THE ENTRANCE AND HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT? Dr. Graham is running a conveyer belt of senior citizens and that is very obvious. He was condescending, interrupted me & treated me as if I was a hypochondriac. Told me that I couldn’t get a scan for almost two weeks and at that point, I might not even need one because it’s most likely all in my head. As soon as he found out I had been treated for anxiety in the past, suddenly all of my symptoms were created by “my anxiety”. I tried to ask honest questions and he’d say “don’t do that! That’s your anxiety!” ...what?! My appointment lasted 3 minutes and I got zero answers for why I am feeling the way I am or why there is a lot of pressure on my bladder. Zero. I was so shocked by my treatment or lack thereof that I didn’t even say anything. I guess I would have required some actual work. The office staff didn’t even seem like they wanted to be there - if he treats them like he treated me, no wonder morale is down.
