Took my son to have his 8 yo annual check. During the check discussed with Dr. Cook on some of our concerns such as behaviors, growing pains, etc. and got prescribed an ointment. Was surprised to find out that we were double billed for both the wellness check and a medical visit. Was told by the billing department that anything outside the routine check, such as attention, concerns, discussion will result in billing extra. Family members including my son have had health discussion during our wellness all the time. After all isn't that part of purpose of the annual checkup? We sometimes got prescribed for further diagnosis check and medicine, but this is the first time we were billed as a separated visit. Based on the discussion with billing department, the "routine check" is not that broad inclusive so anything in addition to the measuring height, weight could potentially add another bill. Oh well. Kind, thorough and professional. We are new to this practice but I am SO happy with the office (have been 3 times for different family members and appointments). All the staff is friendly, facilities are clean and they don’t over book appointments. I’m so tired of other doctors that make you wait hours even though you have an appointment. Love this place!! I’ve never reviewed a Dr office before so that tells you how happy I am. Kind, thorough and professional. I have taken my kids here since birth. Dr Cook is great - very thorough. Agree with all positive reviews listed before. He lays out the facts and let’s you as the parent decide on the course of action. He doesn’t pressure you into anything. His physical examination are thorough and not rushed. Highly recommend his office.

We have been going here for 4 years. The staff is great! The front office is delightful and the doctors are detailed in their exams and helpful with all visits.

Dr. Cook is very friendly and knowledgeable. He really listens and gives us the opportunity to ask questions and not feel rushed, even though I know he is crazy busy right now.

Dr. Cook is very friendly and explains things very clearly.

I love the staff and the environment! Dr. Cook is excellent with both my kids and talk to them like little people. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a doctor's office. I have referred several of my friends and coworkers to become part of this family.

Dr Cook is great! He doesn't just send you off for hundreds of scans at the first sign of trouble. He uses a common sense approach and talks about the risks of waiting vs what the actual likelihood is something may be wrong with your child. Dr. Cook is very thorough, he takes his time to explain everything to you and answer any questions you have

Always professional, friendly and helpful. I received my flu shot quickly, no wait time. And the best part is that it didn’t hurt! Whether it is simply to get a flu shot, check-ups or sick visits, the doctors and nurses are knowledgeable and friendly , and the receptionists are always friendly and welcoming.

Very thorough telemed visit and quick COVID testing available that helped us get better and back to school!

We have been visiting doc Cook for the past 8 years, ever since our little one was 2 weeks old. We are very pleased and would trust his opinion and recommendations.

Dr. Cook is thorough, respectful and does not rush. We've seen him since our son was a baby and appreciate that he speaks directly to our son.

We have been coming to Raintree for years. Dr. Cook spends as much time as you need and does a through exam. Gives data and the whys he's giving the data. He seems to love his job and the children he sees.

Dr. Cook is the best. He truly cares about his patients. He explains everything so parents understand, so happy he is our pediatrician!

Both my kids are super happy with Dr. Cook they said he is funny and caring!! We have being with them for more than 7 years and it’s has been great experience ! Thanks ???????? Dr. Cook.

truly a great and reliable place with a REALLY COMFORTING ATMOSPHERE, and efficient, very qualified employees.

We recently took my son for what should have been a well visit with Cook. We waited almost an hour, saw Cook 10-15 minutes and then were charged 212. It wasn’t coded as a well visit so this came out of our pocket. We’ve had issues in the past with this office with poor attitudes, get billed twice and now this over billing. We will not be returning to this office in the future.

I work at Cutting Edge Pediatric Therapy and I love working with Dr. Cook and his patients. Their front desk is always welcoming when I stop by and they always send us our therapy prescriptions and signed plan of cares back in a timely manner. We appreciate everything you do!

This may be the hardest review I have written. I own a medical practice so I completely understand what reviews can do to a practice. I am hoping this review will open the eyes of Dr. Cook and the other providers. First off I want to say the doctors are AMAZING. We LOVE Dr. Miller, Dr. Cook and Michelle PA. The providers are top notch. Unfortunately, the front office team is destroying this office. They are completely unprofessional. About a week prior to my son's prescription running out I began calling the office. Dr. Miller and I had spoken that we would be increasing his dosage, so I was unable to request a refill from the pharmacy. This medication is a daily medication that cannot be stopped cold-turkey. I called, left multiple messages, and even called the on-call nurse over the weekend- no response, zero, zilch, nada. On Monday I called the office three times. I basically begged the front desk to let the nurse know my situation, "sorry ma'am, I am only a scheduler, I can't help

Dr. Cook is amazing! He is so thorough and so sweet to my two boys. His staff is the absolute worst though. Their attitude is just disgusting! What a shame that a great doctor has the worst staff I have ever dealt with.

Dr. Cook has been my children family doctor for over 16 years. He is fabulous. Last 4 years, the billing department has been making a lot of mistake on billing issue. I ended up have to pay a lot of out of pocket for a routine checkup and I have zero deductible high premium insurance which covered all wellness. Often time, a wellness visit will get charge as outpatient visit. When called to question billing department, they said because we asked the wrong question during wellness...WHAT!!!! if we can't ask question, then what's the point doctor will ask "do you have any question or concern? ". Must as well give us a cheat what question is free and what question consider outpatient question? We have to end this 4 years of billing battles and sad to leave Dr. Cook.

My children are attended to by Michelle, she is awesome. I had to jump through hoops to get records, I emailed on Fri, called on Mon and I was told they are short staffed. They don't have a problem billing my ins. but they have a problem giving me my medical records. Asked about the portal, couldn't get help with that either. After calling on Tues and still couldn’t get help, I had to yell, then I got my records. Poor Alondra got the wrath of some other lazy associate who didn't help.
