Dr. Lyle Dean Haskell

Unfortunately staff is in business prevention mode. Not even willing to check on insurance coverage.

Dr. Haskell he is okay at what he does. They use codes in billing that will cost you more; they're all about the money there. He fixed my foot a couple times for ingrown nails but it didn't work because they came back and now my nail beds are small and the problem still isn't fixed. I do not recommend this office.

Can I add 5 more stars??? Barbie, Heather, and Dr. Haskell are phenomenal. Starting with the interaction with Heather, prior to arrival, I could tell this place was great. Heather maintained the same friendly and personable attitude she had when I spoke to her on the phone. Can I get a whoo whoo!!! Barbie is one of a kind. My interaction with Barbie started with me feeling as if I was more than a patient. Despite a long working day she had that day, she remained professional, courteous. Now is that cool or is that cool? And then we have Dr. Haskell. Going to the doctor is never fun and tensions are high because you never know what is going to happen. From the moment Dr. Haskell walked into the room, he not only eliminated the tension that was in the air, but he assured me I was in good hands with his friendly approach. Even as Dr. Haskell started to look and diagnose my foot, he did everything in a calm manner that eased my mind. Dr. Haskell was great. I cant wait for my upcoming appointment. Excellent surgeon. Excellent at diagnosis and conservative treatment before surgery is needed.

Dr. Haskell healed my Plantar Fasciitis in two weeks with his unique treatment and stretching method. The receptionist was so pleasant and friendly like to chat with you and comfort you. The nurse was nice and patient.

he did a blood test. They didn't call so I called them is how I found out the results and they told me that they had been in and yet they failed to call. He said I was vitamin D deficient and sold me Vitamin D (special brand) that costs me $100....right. He then said wear better tennis shoes which seemed to have corrected the problem. 2 of my toenails were discolored so he said he would write a prescription for it. He forgot! Like the guy personally, but now I don't trust him or his staff. One mistake OK, two is unacceptable.

Dr. Lyle and his staff went above and beyond. He is very professional and cares deeply about fixing his patients problems.

Seriously... this doctor REALLY knows his stuff!! I limped into his office 2 weeks ago with a really very painful foot... he did some tests and gave me a few easy to do tasks (I later found out he even pioneered the small, not bothersome, MAGIC brace I sleep in) and viola!!! Within 2 weeks my pain went from a 7 to a 2. Without surgery. His bedside manner makes you feel like you're his only patient for the day. If you're doing a Google search, you're looking for a good doctor... I HIGHLY recommend that you see him!! I'd have never thought that I could feel this good again! Yesterday, I had my 1 year check-up on my foot. Dr. Haskell operated on my right foot July 2017. Prior to the surgery I had been with another doctor who after seeing him for 4 months I commented to him. "You are my foot doctor, I've been here 6 months and you have not touched my foot yet that seems strange to me!". That day he gave me a shot of cortizone and put me back in a boot. At this point, my foot was swelling, and I could not move my big toe. I was in constant pain. A friend gave me Dr. Haskell's name and number and encouraged me to make an appointment. I did and today I can walk pain free. As I drove to my one year check-up, I was really thankful that I had not seen Dr. Haskell or his very friendly staff in 6 months!!! I really felt like I was heading to see trusted friends. They saw me in pain before my surgery, and struggling after the surgery as I healed. They were always a call or visit away if I needed them. I got a good report, and was told to call if I needed them. I really enjoy his office and especially his nurse Diane, but I told them, "I hope I don't see y'all again!". Dr. Haskell is a caring and involved doctor, who spends time educating his patients on their injury and options to heel them. You can tell he is committed to his profession and it comes across in how he interacts with his patients. I would whole-heartedly recommend him to my family and friends. I highly recommend Dr. Haskell. He is professional, caring, and straight forward, which I appreciate. He explains everything very clearly. He also took me seriously when a different doctor just wrote me off and told to "watch it" to see if the problem changed. I'm not a wait around and see if it gets worse kinda patient. I had in office surgery, everything went great, no pain, and easy rehab. All the office staff is very caring as well, all the ladies there truly seem to care about the patients! I have been a patient of Dr Haskell for 7 years. I am diabetic and have some issues with my feet. He has treated me, got me into some diabetic shoes and has treated my wife. I highly recommend Dr Haskell and his staff. He has a medical assistant by the name of Stephany that is amazing.

I have seen him for several years and trust him as a dr. He has treated me for a few different foot related ailements and i never have trouble getting in for an appointment. Great bedside manner and not afraid to stick around and explain things instead of quickly dashing in and out of the exam room.

I took my track-running teenage daughter to him for the first time today. My Orthopedic Doctor had referred us to a foot doctor in Dallas, but I'm not doing that drive, so I found Dr. Haskell via Google. We had North Star Diagnostic (who I also swear by for the least expensive diagnostic testing!) send his office her ankle MRI report before our appointment so he could look that over. I could not believe how much time he spent explaining everything that was causing her pain, and how to treat it. The amount of detail he went into and the amount of time spent with us is hard to find these days. We left there without any questions and with a full-understanding of how the ligaments, bones and muscles, all combined, had been the cause of her chronic pain the last two years. Such a relief to finally have answers and understand. She's not out for the track season after all! THIS is how to run a great medical practice! Office staff and nurses were all very helpful, pleasant and professional. They allowed us to pay for some much-needed expensive orthotics in a couple of payments, and that was a big help. Dr. Haskell has treated members of our family for 17 years and is absolutely fantastic! He is super knowledgeable about podiatry and the different treatment options for all kinds of ailments to the feet or traumatic injury-- he's done it all for our family. My wife and I are both patients of Dr. Haskell. He is a superb physician with a gentle touch. He patiently answers questions and insures that we were totally on the same page. His office is efficient and professional. His outside billing agent is another matter. In September, we received bills for claims dating to last year and which stated that the bills were due 4 days from receipt. "That's just the way statements come out," was their response.
