My review went from 5 stars from my visit in 2015 to a zero Star review if I could! Front desk lady handed me my new patient packet to fill out since I had not been there since 2015. Filled it all out, they never put it into the system, they didn’t update my address, phone number not insurance! They closed their office for the day, on the day MY appointment was scheduled, didn’t get a called, email, NOTHING. Drove about TWO HOURS to get there just to not be able to enter the office! Door was locked, no one answering the phone, I had to go to the office next door for them to inform me that they closed up shop for the day. I slipped a note under the door with my name, DOB, call back number stating that I was not informed the office would be closed and to call me as soon as they got that message! NEVER received a call, and when I call up there when hours are open I can NEVER get anyone on the phone! How UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! My grandmother is a patient there as well, and they had her address as my address from when I lived with her in 2015. Thank goodness she never moved! They sure did make sure that I got that bill in the mail though. Can’t answer the phone or update the right information but sure can make sure you get that bill so they get their money. Ladies in billing are very sweet and helped me change all information so the bill could properly be sent to insurance. My grandmother was supposed to have surgery with Dr. Walshe, she had all the pre surgery testing done and all, she then received a call from the lady that works up at the front desk and was told that the office would be closing for good and that they had to cancel the surgery due to them not being in business anymore. WEIRD because since I had the lady on the phone from billing, I asked her if she heard about them closing office for good and she informed me that she never heard anything about it, and as a matter of fact, the office is open today! What a freaking JOKE. I’m so glad my grandmother didn’t undergo surgery here. Very unprofessional and unorganized. Everyone BEWARE! Their hours that are posted online are not correct as they close office when they please. You never know when they are or are not open. My elderly mother is a patient here. She has a device that needs monthly cleaning that has not been cleaned since the pandemic began which puts her at higher risk for a UTI. She did however finally get an appointment here for September 1 which was cancelled by the office and I was given no reason for them cancelling it. She had an apt today, originally for 230 that was rescheduled for 2 today. I was getting ready to leave my mom’s house at 123 and I received a call that the doctor “had an emergency” and had to cancel the appointment for today 37 minutes before her appt time. Something is going on at the office causing the level of patient care to deteriorate. It takes a lot to prepare my 93 year old mom for an appt, but I guess it’s easy for them to just say screw it’s and cancel her appt. My elderly mother is a patient here. His wife angela Walsh the doctor wife is very nasty and rude and talk to ppl like their kids she claim she is the mannger so who do you complain to she got nasty with me on phone and in person Dr Walsh need to check his wife how she talk to patience

My mother was a patient of Dr. Walshe's and as her advocate it was by far the most traumatic experience either of us have ever encountered. I will spare you of the details because the list was excessive, but hope that you will seek your urological care elsewhere.

Dr Walshe, & all of his staff, are very caring & compassionate to me, thank goodness for all you're helped me with, & through, so glad you are there, for all of us women, his office is lovely, decorated very well, & all my details were explained in person, video, & by phone, thank you all, again????

Such a miraculous place. Absolutely wonderful and helped me feel so much better. Honest Christian man and let's God guide his hands to heal the the patients needs. And he will pray with you before surgery. I dont think their is any others that do that. Since my surgery I have reccomend him to help several of my friends. He has done so. The environment is peaceful and friendly. The staff is absolutely wonderful. When you are there , they treat you very well. Like family. Very knowledgeable as well. Dr Walshe and his wife are some of the most welcoming people I have ever been around. Their nurse is super amazing. I adore her. :)

I had major surgery in November, 2018. I can't say enough good things about this practice and this doctor. Dr. Walshe is, hands down, the most thorough doctor I have ever seen. He has a great bedside manner (probably from his years as a nurse); he explains everything in great detail; he takes the time to answer every single question you have; he spends time with his patients, and he treats them like real people. His lovely wife, Angela, is the office manager and insurance guru. She took excellent care of me. I didn't have to do anything with my insurance company. Angela did it all. Alicia, Dr. Walshe's amazing assistant, has unfortunately left the practice to finish her college degree. She will be terribly missed, but good for her for continuing her education. I am quite sure the new nurse will be amazing. I highly recommend Dr. Walshe to anybody and everybody who is in need of a urogynecologist. He is a miracle worker!! Dr. Walshe has provided my 92 year old mother with the best of care. His staff is kind and caring and they treat her with kid gloves. They are very accommodating and they are wonderful about getting her in on short notice when she needs to see them. We are very happy with the care that she has received there.

This doctor is great as far as personality goes. But unfortunately his office staff and even medical staff are very unprofessional and have a history of violating my HIPAA rights. Do not come here if you want your records to be kept private. They will scheme you of your money for medication that you do not even need, and give you other patients medicine without notice to that proper patient, and attempt to force you to refill that patients medicine. I will not be returning. Unfortunately it has taken me two years to understand the degree of seriousness these people have done to me. Thankfully, it's never too late to take action and warn others. From the time i walk through the door, nothing short of excellence, from Mrs. Angela, nurse Vines to Dr. Walshe. The beauty and calm atmosphere ,immediately soothed my nervous spirit . Dr Walshe and his staff are truly professional and caring . The office setting is lovely and immaculately clean. I have been his patient for nearly ten years and I trust him beyond measure.

He is a fantastic doctor, every detail of my surgery was explained to me. I was shown a video of the procedure that doctor Walsh has made himself. Doctor Walsh is wonderful he help me when no one else could. He's the greatest.

Nurses are very patient and nice. The office is clean and very inviting. Front office staff is always very friendly. Referred by a friend and not disappointed. Doctor Walsh is very knowledgeable as well.

I was referred to Dr. Walshe by my physician's assistance. I had 8 weeks of therapy. I want to give a shout of for the wonderful, professional help that I received by Dr. Walshe and his medical staff. I would highly recommend him as a great urogynecologist. Thank you!

I have been misdiagnosed for over 20 years and Dr. Walshe was the only one who diagnosed me with interstitial cystitis and who actually listened to me and my symptoms. I am going through bladder instillations and although the first set of them aren't working like they should, we are trying to figure out what to do next. Both Dr. Walshe and the staff seem very sympathetic and caring and they are quick to get you in when you are having a flare. I highly recommend them, especially if you are getting no where with any other doctor. I even went to a specialist (Urology Group) and they were no help whatsoever. Everyone in this practice is wonderful. Upon arriving you are greeted by Ms Angela (Office Manager). She is professional, friendly, warm, welcoming and respectful, as well as, tries to accomodate requests if possible. Even when confronted with difficult patients Ms. Angela is friendly, professional and respectful. The professionalism and friendly manner is carried through the entire office. Dr. Walsh is great. He takes time to explain everything and shows his patients great respect. He never rushes you through answering questions. The support staff are helpful and friendly. I had to have several procedures performed and Dr. Walshe and his staff were absolutely the most caring and professional group! His preoperative appointments were thorough and his explanation of the procedures was exact and left almost every question answered before I could ask. He puts patients at ease with his calm kindness and absolute focus. The postoperative care instructions were detailed and again, all questions were answered. I was referred to Dr. Walshe by my PCP. I had surgery previously for a prolapsed bladder by my ob/gyn but the following year my bladder prolapsed again. Dr. Walshe was very thorough in explaining all the tests that were going to be performed and why it was necessary for me to have them done. He explained everything that he was going to do during surgery to correct the prolapse. He is very kind and genuinely cares about his patience. My surgery went very well and I feel great! Was referred to Dr Walshe by a friend, she said he was wonderful and had helped her. She was right! From my first visit with the doctor and his staff I felt very comfortable describing my symptoms. The office is always peaceful, everything they (nurses or Dr Walshe) do is fully explained to you beforehand and while doing the procedure. This office has a great team approach to helping patients. Dr. Walshe is simply the best! He is professional and has a kind heart as well. He takes a lot of time to explain everything and answers all your questions. I knew after the first visit that I was in good hands. I had complete confidence in him. My surgery for my prolapsed bladder went extremely well. No complications and I feel wonderful! His staff is kind and courteous and make you feel at home. The atmosphere of the office is very soothing and the music is quite relaxing.

Dr. Walshe is very professional and has the best bedside manners. He is very pleasant and is full of knowledge and I have never felt rushed, in fact, he made me feel as though he did not mind spending time with me and completely explained my condition. I intend to recommend him to my sorority friends. Thank God for this doctor!

When I first came to see Dr. Walshe, I had previous bladder prolapse surgery by another physician. Six weeks after my surgery I had prolapsed again. I made an appointment with Dr. Walshe. I was thoroughly impressed with the time he took with me and the way he explained what had happened and what needed to be done. I have been well taken care of by his staff and Angela (his wife). If you have a problem, do not hesitate, call his office. They will take care of you.

Dr. Walshe spent a lot of time with me running tests to find out the absolute best solution for me (with my input). I had to have a hysterectomy along with a lot of unpronounceable (!) procedures and was walked to about each procedure at length and fully informed about everything that he was doing. I had the surgery in June of 2015 and it?s now October of 2015 and I?m doing great. God has a special place in heaven for this man.

Dr. Walshe has been a very good doctor to my mother. I accompany her on all her visits as she has been diagnosed with dementia. I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone. His bedside manners are superb and again he has taken care of my mother in an excellent manner.

Dr. Walshe is absolutely AMAZING! He made sure I knew everything about my surgery beforehand. He saved my life when I had an unexpected reaction to a medication. I was hemorrhaging and he calmly let me know we were going back to the OR. I had no idea that it was a serious issue until after I got out of the hospital. He didn't want me to panic...which I would have. He is also a Christian...HUGE plus with me! Also, when you go in for an exam...you will find a posturpedic pillow to lay on and a REAL sheet to cover up with! No paper sheet that rips as soon as you set your hands on your lap.
