DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Do not make “an appointment” here. Just arrived and the receptionist is telling each and every person that the wait time is currently at 2 hours! That’s at 10 am! She’s also informing us that we can not leave and come back. Wait the extra day and go anywhere else!!!

The office has really gone down. I have been going here for several years and this is the worst the place has ever been run. The wait is still bad, especially when you wait an hour or more to see the Dr and only 5or10 mins. W/them.

This place is horrible! I went in and waited TWO hours and wasn’t even seen. I had to reschedule my appointment because I had to go get my daughter. I rescheduled went in the 2nd time and the lady at the front desk was so rude! When I went to sign in they said that my appointment wasn’t even at that office. I said as nice as I could “ I didn’t even get a reminder call of my appointment and I rescheduled through y’all. Someone could have let me known” She responds with an attitude “you don’t have to be rude (which I wasn’t) it’s not my fault you went to the wrong office” I was truly upset then and responded back “well you don’t have to worry about me ever coming back” and walked out. When I was walking out she yelled out some more harsh words. I don’t understand how they hire such awful people when they’re supposed to be professional. I don’t know how the doctors are since I was never seen but if they let people like her work there I wouldn’t even want them to be my doctor! Needless to say I was referred out to another Amazing doctor and office staff! So in the end it worked out great for me! I have been in pain for 3 weeks with a pinched nerve and communication with my doctor has been near impossible. The do NOT use MyChart properly or as intended sadly. Getting in to see a doctor is nearly impossible. Once you are face to face with a doctor; they are pretty good, but make sure you get everything you need from them while you are there. Once you are out of the office you become a number and getting back in touch with followup anything is very poor. It takes days and weeks to get resolutions and they are horribly slow about everything. Most of the staff is friendly enough, but their processes are broken. They need to get their acts together. They can do better... This lack of concern and lack of compassion caused me to seek a second opinion...
