Mr. Craig Steven Garfolo

The doctor is a good doctor and he is good at his practice and the externs are learning and most of the visits they are wonderful but the receptionist is very opinionated and I feel that the doctor needs to acknowledge that. Overall the office is clean and they are pretty good at getting in on time to the office and the doctor gets the job done. Thank you Dr Garfolo!

The office staff, Anna specifically, is much worse than the reviews document. The real issue is Garfolo allows her to be disrespectful, argumentative, condescending, and rude. He was present, witnessed her behavior and allowed it.

The front desk receptionist, Anna, is extremely unprofessional and rude. Makes the entire office and the doctor look bad. I see several complaints alone about her. Maybe anger management classes or another job will make her happy

Anna is unbelievably rude, hostile towards towards clients, and has a major attitude problem when it comes to requesting a day to schedule with the office. She would not even allow me to speak to someone else in the office. Very unimpressed with the way the office is being ran overall.

I like Dr Garfolo well enough but his front office person, Anna ruins his practice. She talks down to everyone, is sarcastic and needs to be fired immediately. She talks about other patients behind their backs, and shared information about other patients to me.

Despite negative ratings related to office staff and related issues, my personal experiences with Dr. Garfolo have been nothing less than positive and professional. He outfitted me with arch supports (with titanium plates) in 2007 which served me exceptionally well and prevented my having to have surgery on that toe. I returned just recently to get those supports reconditioned. (Dr. Garfolo assured me there was no need to have them replaced). For $40, these supports now look and feel like new. Dr. Garfolo's exams are thorough and painless. He is caring, thoughtful, has a kind and professional manner, and he explains things well. I would recommend Dr. Garfolo to anyone, despite the issues with his front office staff.

Absolute horrible service. Only go here if you have like being talked down to. The lady up front needs to be replaced or this doctors office is going to lose alot of patient. The nurses in the back seem scared of the lady at the front desk. Feel sorry for them. Dont waste your time going here. Horrible customer service up front. Only seems to care about the getting paid instead of actual care for the patient. Asked me to pay for a procedure up front that they didn't even know if they were going to do because the doctor never looked at it. Would not recommend this to anyone at all.
