Roland Hart

I would gladly recommend Dr. Hart to anyone and everyone if he was not already RETIRED. He was the absolute best and one of the only dermatologists I saw in more than 35 years. As the only local African American dermatologist, I saw him for all of my dermatology-related issues since shortly after he started business in Stockton. I am happy for him that he retired in good health. But I am sad for me because of the loss to me and to this community.

I saw several dermatologists before Dr. Hart diagnosed my skin oroblem gave me a cream that actually worked to combat the issue. The other dermatologists I saw never did diagnose correctly or give me anything that actually helped some actually made my problem worse.
